Great service, very helpful, good quality fresh food! Will def be here again. Only negative the containers didn't close very well & they were styrofoam.

SO delicious. We stopped by and the staff was so friendly. They let us try a couple of different flavors (there are so many!) before we decided on a mangonada, then a scoop of melon and avocado ice cream. The mangonada is DELICIOUS. Complete with chunks of mangos on top and in the ice cream. I was left wanting more. I really also enjoyed the melon ice cream and the avocado ice cream. They both tasted really fresh. I think you really can't go wrong with any of the menu ice creams here. All of the flavors taste real and authentic and the staff is great. Check this place out if you have a chance.

    Mango strawberry. Mexican style

The "ice creams" are really (Mexican style) helado, which is more similar to a sorbet. Unfortunately the helados at this heladeria are very rich in dye and sugar. My initial excitement gave away to disappointment as I consumed the mango and strawberry sorbetas and wondered if there was another dessert place nearby.

A hidden diamond! I had amazing bread pudding ice cream here. Unique flavors, all made in house. The placevhas no sign and no flavor signs. Ask the ice cream guy. The selection isbunusual and the quality is wonderful. Just do it. Stop eating boring slab slapped nonsense. Get dangerous.

Yummy mangonada! It's perfect for your sweet, sour , & spicy cravings, it comes in 3 sizes & this one is the regular sz.

A summer staple in Madison! The turtle sundae is absolute perfection. The caramel, hot fudge, and…read morepecans make for an amazing salty/sweet combo. A friend I was with recommended the cheese curds, and they delivered! Which is a big deal for a born and raised Wisconsinite! The breading wasn't too thick or oily, and they stayed hot. Service was very fast, and the outdoor tables were clean and available to sit at. I love that each table easily seats up to six. Cute spot for a sweet treat. It even drizzled a little, but the umbrella over the table kept us completely dry.

My life has been spoiled with good custard. Madison has plenty of good ice cream, but sometimes I want *frozen custard.* Rather than wait for my next trip to Milwaukee, I decided to finally give Michael's a shot. Note: Yes, I know about Culver's. Love their burgers. Their custard is fine and works really in moments of desperation. I decided to also try the basic (single) cheeseburger and fries to complete my dinner alongside my small vanilla malt. The fries were good, and I love that they're a sliced potato style that curls up as touch to create a perfect well for scooping into your custard. The cheeseburger was a very standard burger at $4, the reduced price as part of their 40th anniversary specials. Were I to get another burger, I would likely opt for one of the others that comes with toppings beyond ketchup. My shake was also fine. It was a bit on the thinner side, and I'm unsure if that's the custard or the ratio of custard to milk when mixing. Though I was giving a thicker straw, it wasn't needed. Overall, I liked my meal but was a little underwhelmed given the prices. I am intrigued by the rest of their menu, particularly the signature sundaes, so I will give the custard a further shot in the future. I can see why this is a popular Madison spot, especially on a summer night with its classic diner/soda shop vibes. I just continue to remain a spoiled Milwaukee custard loyalist.

They have a wide variety of Babcock ice creams to choose from for cones and dishes and there are unique flavors of shakes, floats, and sundaes. We ended up ordering the cold brew coffee float which features Let It Ride cold brew coffee and the hot honey mango shake. Both were quite tasty, but the shake was a standout. It's a flavor we haven't seen around Madison before and it's wonderfully balanced between the sweetness of the mango and the slight spicing of the hot honey to make a delightful shake. Staff was very friendly and we were able to try some samples of the ice creams to decide what we wanted. There is also a nice patio setup off of the bike path in the back. As it was opening day, they are still working out some kinks and working on some fun other options for the menu. We spoke to the owner and it sounds like there will be some vegan options coming in the very near future in some sorbets.

I went for a 4 scoop - churo, Berry proud parent, s'more years, Irish cream. S'more years was my favorite followed by churo. Berry proud parent was also a good flavor. Irish cream was ok.
