Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. I decided to change all those ugly yellow light bulbs in my home and replace them with beautiful soft white light from LED bulbs. But the best part of the experience was dealing with Anderson and Steve and especially Jamal. We were drawn to the nicely lite large windows off the road. My friend is a designer and we were both intrigued. So we decided to make a quick stop to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space, the furniture, the greenery. The design consultant who greeted us and was such a pleasure to interact with, Johnny, gave us a tour of the space while he filled us in on the details of the store. The story is originally from Naples, and they recently expanded to open their first showroom on the east coast. So happy they ventured close to us! To my surprise I was informed that they focused on high-end outdoor furniture. In my life have I ever seen such beautiful patio furniture. He explained that they carried some of the best brands from Brown Jordan to Tuucci umbrellas to Vondom, and a few interior design companies that are now doing outdoor like Palechek and Bernhardt. Also, I happy to learn of a company called Pollywood that specialize in patio furniture made of 100% recycled milk jugs. Imagine yourself at home on your deck, backyard, poolside, or high rise balcony with beautiful outdoor furniture! What an awesome way to create a gorgeous outdoor space! This company is a scam...bought 5 EXPENSIVE lanterns with being told I could return two depending…read moreon the sizes I chose. When going to return two, they would not allow it. Shocked...got management involved, they agreed to return two. This was Feb. 2, and to date have not received my credit on my statement. (over 800.00 dollars). They are rude and condescending. When buying the original 5, each one comes with a battery and charging cord in a small plastic bag. I had two lanters with no kit bag attached and asked for them. One of the workers there looked up, rolled his eyes, and said in the snottiest voice ever, "Geez, how many screwdrivers do you need?" My daughter and I were shocked...what if I was buying gifts for people...am I supposed to gift with no charger or appropriate size screwdriver to take off the top? I was so uncomfortable, and just said that I would like to charge them at the same time, to use them adequately. Never mind that I had just spent 2700.00 on lanterns. So now we are fighting over a credit that they have not given, yet they have the returned lanterns. Stay away from this place. Such a joke. They do not care at all about the customer.

After many weeks of false starts - including a terrible experience with a nationally recognized retailer - we stumbled upon LED Unlimited Lighting as a last resort. This small, family-run operation has access to lighting that many retailers don't even understand. We received service that was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Don't let their humble offices put you off - it appears that they have opted OUT of flashy showrooms and instead have put their time and effort into great, seasoned lighting design and customer service. We'll definitely use them again, and I recommend them highly.
