Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place. She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. One store and one knowledgeable, smart and friendly salesperson equals a new fixture that lights us up!

I decided to change all those ugly yellow light bulbs in my home and replace them with beautiful soft white light from LED bulbs. But the best part of the experience was dealing with Anderson and Steve and especially Jamal. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The space, the furniture, the greenery. The design consultant who greeted us and was such a pleasure to interact with, Johnny, gave us a tour of the space while he filled us in on the details of the store. The story is originally from Naples, and they recently expanded to open their first showroom on the east coast. So happy they ventured close to us! To my surprise I was informed that they focused on high-end outdoor furniture. In my life have I ever seen such beautiful patio furniture. He explained that they carried some of the best brands from Brown Jordan to Tuucci umbrellas to Vondom, and a few interior design companies that are now doing outdoor like Palechek and Bernhardt. Also, I happy to learn of a company called Pollywood that specialize in patio furniture made of 100% recycled milk jugs. After many weeks of false starts - including a terrible experience with a nationally recognized retailer - we stumbled upon LED Unlimited Lighting as a last resort. This small, family-run operation has access to lighting that many retailers don't even understand. We received service that was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Don't let their humble offices put you off - it appears that they have opted OUT of flashy showrooms and instead have put their time and effort into great, seasoned lighting design and customer service. We'll definitely use them again, and I recommend them highly.
