I love this nail salon!! Customer service is always amazing. Salon is nicely decorated, very clean and organized. You can do walk ins or make appointments. I've done both but I usually call to make sure they have availability. I usually do basic manicures and pedicures. I love my pedicure experience, my feet come out so pretty every time. read more

This place is terrible. Went to get tips/extensions and they did a horrible job. I asked for a specific shape and color and they did the complete opposite. I wanted light pink and they gave me basically hot pink. I'm honestly embarrassed of my nails, i can't go out like this. I asked for them to file and shape them more and the women told me she couldn't. What do you mean you can't?! They are MY nails not yours. And the best part is, they were $100 !!! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS like are you serious...why do my nails look like giant bubbles like so read more

Great Covid precautions- staff and guests wear masks, temps taken upon arrival, partitions between stations and owners wiping everything down constantly! Great pedicure! I went on a whim as I needed a last minute pedicure. It was one of the best I had gotten in a long time. Staff is friendly and professional. Can't wait to go back for another. read more

Always great service. I get a gel manicure about twice a month and I've been happy with the results every time. Scammed my mother with dementia. She wanted her nails painted. I was in a different room and explained to them my mother had dementia. I picked out the color for my mother. When my mother was done, she had a completely different color , a gold sparkle color and they gave her a $50 gel manicure on little short chewed nails. The woman said to me that's what my mother wanted. My mother has dementia I explained. And another manicurist also explained it to the nail manicurist in their native tongue. My mother was taken complete advantage of and I can't get by it. read more

I really wanted to like this place but it was awful! The girl who did my pedicure had the personality of a noodle. She gave an awful two minute foot massage yet kept digging at the corners of my feet forty minutes and I had to keep telling her she was hurting me. Horrible! The manicure was nothing great and I wanted to leave so bad that I skipped polish. Then they charged me $35 bucks! I am never going back read more

I am from out of town, and stumbled upon this nail salon by chance. The place was super busy and was able to squeeze me in without an appointment. The Owners changed over a couple weeks ago; place was gutted, seems very clean and nicely decorated. They took their time and I didn't feel rushed which was nice! Definitely worth trying out and spending the extra $ for the "reflexology" type pedicure. Enjoy ladies... And gents ;-)! read more

my initial reaction was that the place was adorable and the staff was VERY attentive and friendly. they did an great job, and everything was clean and organized however they're a little too expensive for me so i dont think ill be returning unless im in a pinch like i was today. great place though! read more

I loved my experience it was nothing short of paradise (pun intended). I had been to another salon 2 weeks prior and had disliked my results so I decided before work to give this new spot a try. I walked in at 9:30 am when they opened and was greeted by the kind and friendly staff. I didn't know what to ask for but I showed them a picture and my technician Sue did exactly what I wanted. My nails came out beautiful and she was very gentle and thorough with me during the entire process I felt very relaxed and pleased immensely with my results. I highly recommend this Salon. read more

I love coming here but it's gotta a lot more crowded and the girls are new which can be a bit or miss but the owner is nice and they're pretty clean. They do a good job at trying to keep you relaxed with hot compresses around your shoulders etc. read more

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was told 15 min wait. Okay, no problem. 25 min later...still waiting and now they are taking people ahead of me that are an hour late for their appointments and I am still sitting here waiting. Will be my first and last time here! read more

Got a gel manicure on Monday, it's now Wednesday and two nails have already started peeling! They didn't have any Essie or Opi colors for gel manicure. Staff was really nice however don't think they are very clean. Didn't see them put any tools in sanitizer so not sure how hygienic. Won't be going back there! read more

Very inexpensive. Always have 20% off their services. Usually only come here for my eyebrows. $8. It's about 5 minutes from my house and in the same shopping center as my work. Always do a very good job here on eyebrows. I've gotten my nails done here a few times too and they're pretty good. Can't go wrong for price. read more

I went in with my friend yesterday to get tips and to do the dip powder service. Well I got the tips and gel coat. And the French looks horrible and one already broke. Meanwhile it hasn't even been 24 hours. Oh and my friends nails are bad too I'm not sure whose looks worse. We spent over 120$ for the most disgusting nails and terrible service. My biggest pet peeve is when someone starts your nails and then gives you to someone else especially when they don't know how to do shaping or French. read more

This place has horrible customer service the guy who works there is rude!!! Jenny, the owner is super nice. The other employees seem afraid to talk or interact with you. Not a positive or welcoming environment at all. My nails (gel manicure) started chipping in two days and my gel pedi was sloppy. I do not recommend this place. If the service was better maybe they wouldn't have to keep their grand opening promotion going 9 months after they open. P.s. They still use UV lights. I'd rather drive farther to Blooming Nail or Spazio to avoid this place at all costs. read more

Several hours after I got my gel manicure one of my nails had a chip, which they did fix for free the following day. A week later it happened for a second time and polish on another nail started to completely peel off. Not pleased with the quality. read more

Came here for a much needed mani-pedi after work mainly because it was located on my way home. I arrived around 3:45 and they gladly took me without an appointment. The pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. My manicure was quick but she was also efficient and professional. The place seemed clean and was very cutely decorated for fall. They didn't have too many people working and I noticed it started to fill up. I'll probably make an appointment next time, as it seemed people had to wait the closer it got to 5:00. My only slight setback was that it cost 35 dollars for a mani/pedi, when I'm used to it being 25. However, I'm new to the area so maybe that's just a typical price outside the city. Either way, I'll definitely be back for my next mani/pedi. read more

I did enjoy the atmosphere and the people are nice but it was way more expensive than I had expected for nothing great. I originally got my tips put on elsewhere and needed a refill so I came here as it was close but I paid more for this refill than I did when I originally got them done. My gel nails are chipping and it's only been a few days.... I thought that if I had paid so much they would at least last but I guess that's not true. Will not be going back read more

Personally I think they over charge for their services but last time I was there I tipped the woman who did my nails as she was helping me to the dryer so I wouldn't have to find her when I was done. After I paid and went to leave the owner stopped me and said, "You don't tip?" I was so taken aback that I just told her I did before I dried, but how unprofessional and rude is that? I wish I would have put the owner in her place. I won't go back there after that rude comment. read more

Made an appt with my small daughter for a special mommy/daughter time. We arrived on time and they started on both of us right away, then walked away from my daughter for twenty minutes while her feet were in the water. They took two walk-ins before they continued with my daughter. Poor customer service. read more

My experience here was horrible. The lady who did my nails was nice however it took two whole hours for her to do a new set of tips. All the other nail salons I have been to were able to do a full set in under 40 minutes. The nails are uneven and bumpy. On the board it says tips are $40+ which I originally thought would be around the price of mine since I got them short and no designs. However, when I went to pay they charged me $90 saying "the color costs $40". This is beyond ridiculous. I will never come back here. read more

Wouldn't recommend. Place is beautiful, but 1) the technician's hands were not well cared for, 2) no-name gel polish (no OPI, gelish, etc.), and 3) at no point was I asked to wash my hands or even offered lotion when the service was completed. Good things: affordable ($25) and they put gloves on your hands to protect them from the UV light. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. The worst and most painful manicure experience I've ever had. 5 out of 10 of my fingers were cut during the cuticle process, two of which wouldn't stop bleeding. Sue spent more time trying to get my fingers to stop bleeding than painting my nails of which I only had one coat done because I was afraid of getting an infection. At no point did she apologize. I finally asked for a bandaid and said I would deal with it myself. She continued to file my cuticles (???) and it was so painful! She also tried to put lotions and whatnot on my hands when I literally had open cuts. Finally to top it all off, they charged full price. Really the most ridiculous manicure I've ever experienced. Would NEVER go back. read more

I wanted to like this place so bad. The decor is nice, most of the employees are nice. The owner was attentive. I was wearing a knee length dress when getting a pedicure and they brought me a towel to cover my legs. I thought this was great. The women who did my pedicure had no personality, basically washed my feet and painted my toe nails. One of the worst pedicures I got in my life. I had to come home and file my toe nails and remove the dead skin from my feet myself (even though I paid extra for Calus removal. I have had better pedicures in Manhattan for the same price. read more

not happy at all. Went in there to get a full set of pink and white French manicure gels on a Saturday. on Sunday the next day went back in because one popped off. Monday went back in because both of my thumbnails popped off. I was told "it is because I wear my nails long" I have been wearing my nails long for over 30 years. I DID NOTHING TO CAUSE THESE NAILS TO POP. 2 more have popped in the last 3 days. It has only been a little over a week. I will not go back in. glued them on until I can to get to another salon. For $100.00 I expected more. will never go back here again. read more

At no point did the makeup artist mention the up charge and I was a little taken aback. A friend of mine came in after and I mentioned the lashes to her and she opted out of them. I was frustrated as I literally had lashes in my purse while sitting in the makeup chair. I wish I had the option to pay the extra fee instead of not being warned. I mentioned I didn't get my makeup done often so this wasn't something I was expecting and it wasn't listed on their website that lashes were extra when booking. I was really disappointed as I felt like it was done secretive instead of being open with clients.
