Have been meaning to write a review on Paradise Nails for sometime. I love love love this place. Beautiful nails including acrylic, gel, shellac and full proper pedicures along with threading, waxing and 3D eyebrows. Staff are very professional, salon is clean and the prices are very reasonable. If you go once you will go back. So why did I drop the star you ask...because they don't take credit cards. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded there and it was horrible. they look bushy and are uneven. Worst threading ever.

The staff are rude, can't understand or speak english and I got the €10 off my next service (loyalty card - 4 stamps and 5th stamp €10 off) but when I went back to get my nails done, I was told I couldn't redeem the €10 off. The lady took my loyalty card and gave me a new different loyalty card, so now I have to get 4 stamps again for a €10 off voucher that we can't even redeem. I had to give one star to post the review but I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I went in to get acrylics removed and fresh acrylics put on. On arrival at the salon I asked the staff there if they thought I could have the acrylics removed and do biab on my natural nail as my natural nails underneath were very long. They said I could try the biab out which I was happy to do. As the lady was doing my nails following my nail removal she cut my natural nail very far down without asking. I then said to her again that I wanted my nails how they were just a tiny bit off the top where they were broken. The lady did not listen and filed my nails all the way down. When she painted my nails they were not correctly painted either. I asked for square shape and none of them are square. I was very upset and even had to try to fix the shape myself as I asked nicely several times for my nails to be fixed and the lady did not listen. I was very upset as I was really looking forward to getting my nails done and they have been done so poorly. When I got to the counter one of the nail ladies in the salon said that it was 47 euro for a removal of acrylics and biab. I told the lady my nails were not done properly and showed her. I told the lady I was happy to pay some money for the removal and some money towards the nails but I would not be able to pay the 47 euro as my nails were not done properly they were filed down way too much to nearly nothing and I did not want that. The colour is not done correctly and the sizing is all off and uneven. The lady then proceeded to tell me I had to pay the full amount and tried to embarrass me infront of a full salon with everyone looking at me. When I spoke to the lady about my nails being done badly I said it discreetly in order to not embarrass the lady that did it. It then became a screaming match in the salon with the workers shouting back and forward at each other saying that I needed to pay infront of everyone. At this point I had such bad anxiety and I asked the lady if I could pay some money towards it and go home. One of the nail ladies then said that she could take off my biab and colour and re do them. I have no nails left to do they are that bad. I respectfully declined and said that I would rather get my nails done somewhere else. The lady then proceeded to embarrass me. During this time another lady in the salon told the lady that was doing her nails that her nails were not being done correctly. The nail lady doing this girls nails grabbed the girls hands and put them infront of her face telling her to look at her nails that they are fine but they were not.The lady getting her nails done got frustrated and stood up and said don't grab me like that. The nail lady then squared up to the girl getting her nails done and then squared up to her again 2 minutes later. Absolutely disgraceful service. I would never go back to this salon and I would recommend that others find elsewhere to get their nails done. I made a part payment on the nails I had done and left feeling extremely anxious, upset and embarrassed. I appreciated the support from the lady getting her nails done in the salon and the fact that she stuck up for me while I was being embarrassed. I really appreciated it and hope she is ok. I really like this place, great colour selection, they take great care of your nails and are so kind, I would definitely go back over and over again and keep getting my nails done here, this is the best nail salon I have been to ! read more

They were amazing, nails lasted alonost 2 months before I roll them off or they would have lasted much longer I would definitely go back

I am horrified with this place. Went to have sheelac done, asked for a colour and the guy did on my nails a similar colour but with glitter when I specifically asked no glitter at all and when I asked why did he do that.. He made a comment with the receptionist in manadarin and start laughing at me.. That is just disgraceful and felt that I was not listen when I had a concern and made fun of. Plus I had two or three diffrent technicians changing.. For a sheelac? Seriously? Never ever going back again! Stay away read more
