Disappointed by my experience…read more The staff are ok, the lady washing my hair did not smile or speak to me, the lady on reception was lovely and the lady styling my hair did curse a few times which I found unprofessional but I wouldn't have left a review if it was just based on personality. The person that washed my hair didn't actually wash it properly and by this I mean the right hand side of head was left still half dry and from the top of my head to the base of my neck all this hair was just not washed correctly. The water was tepid at best and it's like they are on a shampoo ration, I got one shampoo and I don't even think it lathered as there was so little of it. I asked for a curly blow dry with big bouncy curls and they couldn't do it, I was left with long stringy bits that were done with a flat iron (not a hairdryer and brushes) and looked like I had gotten out of bed after spending three days in bed with a fever, you know that look where your hair is kinda flat and stringy from sweating and lying on it when sick in bed, that is what I felt it looked like? This whole appointment took an hour and half nearly. It was very cheap so maybe people go here because of that but I would rather actually have my hair washed and blow dried correctly for double the money. Just awful.

A few days after they booked me in for a large group booking (multiple medi pedis gel removal) which I did not make as was travelling so not even in the country. I tried cancelling online but as it was within 24 hours you had to call. I rang the business and no one picked up. I had to ring 11-12 more times and call their other sites (Donnybrook and Monkstown) where staff seem to actually answer the phone to get this dealt with. To make matters worse I eventually get a call from someone called herself a manager and she says its been cancelled and barely apologised for their error. 2+ hours of phone calls wasting my time on holidays that could have easily been dealt with in 5 minutes if they answered the phone!!
