I was very disappointed with t he experience I had with Free My Ink. It was truly upsetting…read morebecause it is ranked #1 on Yelp for New Orleans and I cannot figure out why. I had 3 laser tattoo treatments done and started with dark/black ink removal on the third treatment. I was told I would have to wait 2-months between treatments now that the laser strength was being increased. I was eager to have this tattoo removed and was having almost zero symptoms after previous treatments. I explained this and thought I convinced the technician to continue with monthly follow-ups instead of prolonging the process for no reason. A month later I called to confirm the appointment and was basically told no and I would have to wait another month and there was no logical, physical, or adverse justification for prolonging my treatment 2x longer than need be. So, now I have a half removed tattoo that looks like complete crap now but have no clue who to see and get this process finished, which is further exacerbated by the poor experience with Free My Ink; anyone have any advice or recommendations????

Its only $50 and when you spend the money I have here its not that much. But when you dont return calls or ignore my messages then it becomes the principal of it. They never have charged me and I cancelled 24 hours ahead of my appointment. Amazing how much money you spend and they pull this stunt on there patients.
