During my first visit, the technician did not use the color I selected, and I ended up having to go home and repaint my nails myself. On my second visit, the experience felt chaotic--the technician nicked my skin twice, accidentally glued us together, and repeatedly knocked over tools and polish bottles. To make matters worse, the chrome finish I paid extra for began peeling in less than a week. Based on these experiences, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon.
