The decor was nicely done and the room was stocked with everything we needed. The pool is very nice as well. Overall, the resort was quiet and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I don't know that I've ever had a better breakfast anywhere else. My only wish was that the chairs outside the Seneca room were Adirondacks rather than metal chairs with cushions. It rained quite a bit, but when it wasn't raining, we were unable to sit on them because the cushions were wet. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B for a great location and experience!

No side tables to set things on and the bed and pillows were definitely uncomfortable. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The B& B was impossible to find at night...or even during the day & a little dangerous to cross a railroad track then make a sudden sharp right turn down a hill !! Breakfasts were very good and I especially enjoyed eating outside on the sunny patio with a view. I thought the price was a little high for my room as I have spent many a year in B&B's......The excellent wineries abound in the area and for that reason I recommend...

The space was perfect for the girls to be comfortable and we took amazing photos there in the morning before her wedding. Maureen, the owner, was so accommodating and readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions . We even hosted a small gathering on the porch after the rehearsal which was the perfect space. I would highly recommend the inn whether you are looking for a uniquely beautiful setting for a small group or looking for a romantic location for a stay in the Finger Lakes.

We purchased the wine and dine package - staying three nights and doing two days of wine tours with the man in the van. It was spectacular. Wine tours- were a great experience . We saw 6-7 vineyards each day and did the east side of the lake one day and the west the other! Dario, our driver, was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable about the wine and the region! You won't be dissapointed if you book your tours with him! Food- the breakfast at this B&B was out of this world - all made to order unique menu choices!! And then there is the 9 course tapas meal on Saturday night. Chef Andy really out did himself with an international culinary adventure ! In addition to the food at the inn Rossana will give you great recommendations for community restaurants. Inn- very clean and comfortable ! Wine and dine package - highly recommended! Andrew is a trained chef and his breakfasts are off the chart. Guests are given a full menu to order off, and on our visit the breakfast included French-press expresso, baked goods, fresh juices, a fruit course, and an entree. Andrew is a bit bewildered why nobody orders his huevos rancheros (I wish I had), so give it a try when you are there. You can have it straight up or in an omelet. Andrew and Rossana offer an excellent tapas dinner on Saturday night, which is not only a great value but extraordinary in its depth and complexity. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. We will be back.

The breakfasts were beyond delicious and we felt so cozy and taken care of. Our room was very big and included a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. They offer 24/7 self serve coffee and tea and have several small refrigerators you can use to chill your own items. There is an area for board games and a nice sitting area as well. The owners Micah and Darcy were extremely friendly and took into consideration our food allergies and dietary restrictions for breakfast which was wonderful (pictured). The home was built in the 1700's and is part of the original settlement of the town. Such a great place to stay and the owners were more than accommodating. We recommend this place to anyone passing through their small town.

We did notify them that we'd like to do an early check in seeing that the concert opened doors at 5! My husband also notified the b&b that I had an allergy to nuts and apples. We arrived around 4 pm and we had to ring the bell. We were greeted by a woman who did not introduce herself but we surely introduced ourselves! We were met by a very gruff woman who was the owner! Made sure to tells us no food in the rooms or drink! Use the common room! Being very accommodating people and very much the rule followers we said ok! Once in our rooms we found ourselves whispering, and my husband actually said why are we whispering, I quickly reply that that woman scares me! The house and our room was gorgeous, clean and well appointed. There were lots of places to sit inside and outside. We never took advantage of those, and also given that the owners always hung around the public spaces we understood why the other guests all waited outside for breakfast. (Not using the china, of course) To make a very long story short the owners are very over bearing! Both are crass and not welcoming! We could not use the "good" china outside of the dining room! My husband asked for orange juice and he got none, I drank mine and didn't feel comfortable to ask for more! There was suppose to be water available to all guest, when there was none, instead of offering to get us some they argued with each other about why there was no water! My husband and I just said Diet Coke is fine! We just grabbed our stuff and left! It must be noted that we are not new to bed and breakfasts! We have actually stayed in quite a few! We have always felt welcomed and more than comfortable! Not the case here! When you are not comfortable asking for orange juice there is a problem!
