We just returned from a 3 night stay at this B&B. Check-in was a breeze. Our room (the Seneca) was absolutely amazing. The view is stunning, you are literally steps from the lake. The decor was nicely done and the room was stocked with everything we needed. The pool is very nice as well. Overall, the resort was quiet and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I don't know that I've ever had a better breakfast anywhere else. My only wish was that the chairs outside the Seneca room were Adirondacks rather than metal chairs with cushions. It rained quite a bit, but when it wasn't raining, we were unable to sit on them because the cushions were wet. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B for a great location and experience! read more

We had the smallest room and although the room was bright with window, sliding doors, and nicely decorated it was uncomfortably small that opening suitcases was almost impossible. No side tables to set things on and the bed and pillows were definitely uncomfortable. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The B& B was impossible to find at night...or even during the day & a little dangerous to cross a railroad track then make a sudden sharp right turn down a hill !! Breakfasts were very good and I especially enjoyed eating outside on the sunny patio with a view. Exceeded our expectations! We were able to stay in the beautiful Seneca Room last week and we miss it already. A fantastic breakfast (choice of menu items and time) is served where you'd like it - in the dining room, in-room or on your patio. Delicious! The room is as described and more! The bed, bedding, towels, kitchen amenities, etc. were all high quality. Karen & Don think of all the special touches to make your stay memorable. Being on the water is tranquil and fun as you watch the boats go by. We noticed it was calm one afternoon and took the kayaks out to look at houses nearby. We rented a boat from Roy's next door and had a blast on the lake. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on a couple occasions and appreciated the late night option. The location is ideal for quickly getting to all the nearby lakes, wineries and sites. We saw much more of the beautiful Finger Lakes region than we expected. Not to miss - Vonnie's across the street is fun with good food & drinks. We'll be back! read more

We rented out the entire B&B (though you can rent out individual rooms/apartments - all have keypads for private entry) for my bachelorette weekend and it was INCREDIBLE! The owners were super friendly and accommodating. They helped carry our many bags inside, showed us around, and even set up a coffee station for us each morning. The property is absolutely stunning - right on Seneca Lake with an in-ground pool, hot tub, multiple fire pits, spacious patio with plenty of seating, a brand new dock, and access to 2 kayaks. I very much enjoyed my cup of coffee on the patio each morning - beautiful sunrise views! The main room inside is beautiful, with a huge kitchen space and seating area as well as a billiard table, and shuffleboard. The rooms/apartments are stunning as well, several containing jacuzzi tubs, spacious walk-in showers, private patios, and fireplaces. We felt like royalty! This location was beyond perfect for my bachelorette weekend and would be perfect for a family lake trip, romantic getaway, or a girls' weekend. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay on Seneca Lake. I will most definitely be coming back! read more

Spent a weekend here while in town for a mini-vacation during the off-season. Almost missed it on our way in because the GPS notifies you after you pass the entrance. They have a small sign that is modestly lit (the owners said they will be updating it soon) so be careful not to miss it. It is across train tracks so be careful for the train! The owners, Karen & Dan, are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and want to make sure you have a great visit. Wish the weather wasn't so rainy because this lakeside property is so lovely. In the summer, they have access to kayaking and a small pool. In the fall, you can still use the hot tub as well as a table with a glass fire pit table. (It was a little too wet and windy for us to partake.) We stayed in the Seneca room which had a beautiful view of the lake. King size bed, kitchenette, and huge bathroom (walk in shower and a large tub). You have the option of having breakfast in the common area (beautiful-- also has a pool and shuffleboard table) or in your room. Breakfast was great and coffee is plentiful. They just opened in August of this year. Overall, we had a great experience and a relaxing vacation. Would probably pick a weekend with better weather in the future in order to really enjoy all that it has to offer. read more

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this hidden jewel for a recent trip to the Finger Lakes. The owners were beyond accommodating, knowledgeable, and gracious hosts. Every detail was perfect from the complimentary wine upon check in, to the delicious homemade breakfasts, and thorough recommendations for the area. The suite was immaculate down to the tiniest detail. The view with the large patio, fire pit, and pool/hot tub overlooking the lake was amazing! We will definitely be coming back! Second year our family has rented out the place for a weekend. It's a really beautiful property and it works great for us as each family has their own unit. Each room/suite is unique and all are really well done. There's a great main living area with a huge kitchen looking out towards the water. There's a nice pool table and shuffleboard available as well. We haven't been here for a regular BnB experience but both our stays have been memorable and I'm very thankful that we were able to share the experience as a family read more

After canceling two summer vacations due to COVID this year my boyfriend and I decided to plan a weekend away at the Waters Edge. If you are reading this, just stop looking and book your room! We just got home from our long weekend get away and it well exceeded our expectations. The photos do no justice of the rooms and common area. Karen and Don make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of during the whole stay. They were there at a snap of a finger with anything we needed and answered all questions. Karen even went out of her way to email us a list of must do's during our stay there after letting her know what we were interested in doing. The breakfast we had each morning was well prepared and delicious (after given multiple meal ideas to choose from the night before). We stayed in the Seneca room which had the most beautiful sunrises and lake view I have ever seen, which can also be enjoyed by the fire pit out back on their patio area or even in the common area...or the hot tub that you can enjoy at any time during your stay! She made sure everything was cleaned top notch which gives you ease traveling during a time like this with the Corona Virus taking place. We are already planning on coming back ASAP and bringing family with us! I am telling you, you will not regret this stay! We wished we could have stayed longer.
