Incompetent worker…read more I had a pawn loan I'd been paying for over a year on. Id moved which is why it had been in there for so long. Drive two and a half hours to come and pick up all of my items. I pay my loan. And as they're grabbing my items, they bring a similar but incorrect item. I catch it, they see it is wrong and go to get my correct item. Well, this is where it falls apart. My item is gone. I repeat. MY PERSONAL ITEM, THAT I PAYED A YEAR OF INTEREST ON AND MY LOAN PAYMENT TO GET - IS GONE. In the end in my rage I settled for my original loan amount for MY ITEM THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN MISPLACED AND SOLD - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE UNTIL I PAY TO GO GET IT OUT. And to make it worse, the man with dark hair and glasses told my boyfriend who had been in there with me that it WAS HIM WHO DID IT and HOW HES BEEN MESSING UP LIKE THIS LATELY?! You fire him!!!! You as a business need to recognize that this is a liability!!! Who else has he done this to?! Who else should he be responsible for? Because I am going to go to your corporate about this, and soon.

They mostly had tools and items I personal didn't need but I did see a small dvd rack while I waited on my husband. He had wanted to come in here because he had seen them featured on a pawn show. They have a 2nd location in South Bend but I have only been to this location so far. The person manning the counter was friendly enough but not much for chit chat. The only thing in here besides the dvds I wanted was the violin I saw. There were 2 and my husband and I were debating if one was a viola but we never found out because the lady just smiled at us. Might come back but we'll probably check out the other location before coming back to this one.
