I complained and they dropped to $255 but still not upfront in my eyes. They said the $255 was the price had it not been after hours. intitially I asked how much to come out and take a look. Was told $145 since it was after hours which is fair. Then the bill was over $300 for 5 mins of work. No parts were replaced or anything just a flipped switch. most companies that simple of a thing would have been included in the $145 service charge. If they would have spent half an hour putting a new valve on or something the 1hour labor charge would have been justifiably. They are nice on the phone and nice when they show up but when it comes to the bill I hope people can learn from this.

Woke up in the early am this morning and noticed it was a little cold. Checked thermostat and it…read morewas 64 degrees. Called Weaver around 6:45 am and spoke with a nice lady handling after hours calls. I explained to her the situation and she said they open at 7:30 am and they'd have someone out by late morning and she's call ahead to let us know when tech was on the way. The good news is she said our furnace was still under warranty, but we'd have to pay for labor. We received a call at 8:35 and she said their tech would be at our house by 9:00 am. Rick arrived just shy of 9:00 am, introduced himself, and said "let's get you some heat." I showed him to the furnace and he quickly diagnosed the problem: a seized up inducer motor. Not having one on his truck, he quickly drove to their parts warehouse and returned about a half hour later. He went the extra mile and performed some routine maintenance work on the furnace and replaced the motor. The furnace fired right up and he was out the door by 10:15 am. We chatted a little while he was performing the work. He was very professional, confident, upbeat and courteous. He took pride in his work, which is refreshing in today's world. Hold on to him and pay him accordingly! He's a major asset to the company. We've used Weaver the past 20 years and they've never disappointed. Marshall, the owner has a nice business. I highly recommend their services.

After experiencing a failure of an install (a secure shower seat failed on first use), I was ignored for 6 days and only on my follow up was it "Oh, sorry for taking so long to tell you sorry about your luck- not my problem". (I've paraphrased but this is the gist). I offered him the chance to make it right, but he has dodged accountability at every turn. He didn't even bother to show up to inspect the failure, simply told me it wasn't his faul via text a week after the failure. He wastes no time expecting payment, though. I have everything documented and will provide upon request and during a video review. I'm still hoping to avoid litigation by having someone ELSE come and fix it for a reasonable rate, but my hopes aren't high. He also damaged my trim (cut into it) installing an access panel behind the shower, which I didn't make a big deal out of at the time; but after the failure of the seat, I have to warn you- you can do better. He's young and I respect the hustle but he has a LOT to learn about integrity and accountability it seems.
