Do yourself a favor and don't get duped by the YouTube videos. We worked with Paradise Restored and they came up with some beautiful designs that didn't work for us in any way. We went through the first design as expected and they really didn't listen to what we had to say about the property. Their designs were what they thought we should have instead of listening to us and designing what we were looking for. Finally Micah came to the property because his designer just wasn't doing what we were asking. We showed him that the designs don't work with the property and being in California and having a water draught, that 2 acres of grass to water wasn't appropriate. They redrew everything and STILL 2 acres of grass. They just don't listen to what you have to say. They believe their vision is better than the customer's vision. So very hard to work with and the process took forever. Waste of time and money. read more

Initially felt the communication was good, then learned that the main thing they communicate is the billing. Stone work was lovely, but other parts of the project were not and the promises to fix went unfulfilled. Sub-contractor's sub-contractor did a poor job on fence and it was never replaced as they said it would be. Drainage plan was not well thought out (was there one or just in name?) and is a mud pit in the soggy months. A fair number of the plants didn't make it and the drip system constantly needs fixing as it is too close to the surface, leading to leaks and giant puddles. Overall really wish we'd found another company as now I can't even get them to call me back. I'm glad other people had better experiences. read more

We reached out to Paradise Restored in April 2021. We first did the design with them for $6k. They did it pretty quickly and we had our design ready in May. Unfortunately, many things were designed with no consideration for the possibility of their implementation. For instance, they designed linear driveway lights but it wasn't possible to install them without disrupting the driveway (unless you want to completely redo your (new) driveway), the backyard had a huge problem with mud slide which was not supported by anything in the design, the retaining wall was designed without obtaining any plans for utilities and wasn't possible to be built on the place it was designed (we ended up building only 70% of it since it was lying on top of the gas main). We paid a downpayment for the job in July 2021. Micah promised they would start in October-November. We had to wait until April 2022 for them to start working on our project. In the first week when they started digging they exposed the gas main and damaged the trace wire (thankfully not the main) because they didn't obtain a locate permit and didn't know where the communications were located. NW Natural had to stop them from working and we had an investigation running for a few days. Our project manager (John) didn't return calls or updated us on the situation for a week after. When they finally came back to continue working, we realized that they silently replaced the material of the retaining wall. Turns out Belgard Menville in charcoal that was in the contract became unavailable while we were waiting for them to start working on our project (even though we paid a downpayment back in July 2021 to secure the materials which apparently were not secured) and they decided to just replace it with Rio without reaching out to us to ask what we would prefer instead. We noticed that the wall they started building didn't look charcoal and had to stop them from doing it. The foreman told us that the project manager said it would be "okay for us". We reached out to the manager for the explanations, but our messages were ignored. From that time on the crew came to work on our project for 3-4 days a month. We were constantly reaching out to Paradise for the updates on the schedule and all our messages were either ignored or responded to in 2-3 weeks. During all the time of their work we had to babysit every single step and point out to quality issues which were in almost every single thing they did. Quality control was completely non-existent. After some time we started reaching out to Micah who, when problems arose, suddenly became always out of town with a bad connection. We were not receiving responses to our letters for months. The only time he finally responded to us was when we told him that we would take a legal action against the company if they don't show up, fix all the issues and refund for the rest because we no longer want to continue working with them. We did approximately 30-40% of the project and had to find other landscapers to finish where they left our project. What we did with them: - retaining wall 1 (we decided to go with grey instead of rio they chose for us): they had to redesign and redo the wall multiple times due to wrong material, chipped and damaged parts, not obtaining permits and building it on top of a gas main - retaining wall 2: they had to rebuild around 20% of it since it wasn't built in a straight line but rather diagonally - slabs: they had to replace many of them because they put a lot of chipped and cracked ones - one of the 3 fences: we canceled the rest and had to demolish and rebuild the first one with another company since the quality was extremely poor. The fence wasn't straight in many places and the cedar they used was more like a construction grade than a fencing grade. - synthetic lawn: the only thing we didn't have any issues with - firepit: the gas contractor had to come about 5 times to fix the issues. We couldn't get the approval from the city because they couldn't do it right, we had 3 failed inspections. Once it passed the inspection we had a gas leak because they didn't attach the gas pipe securely to the firepit - lights: we were waiting for them to be installed for 3 months. At first the contractor was telling us it would happen one day, then the next week, then the next week, and then he disappeared. When he came back he brought wrong lights and we had to stop him from installing them. We had to wait another month for the right lights to be installed. And even then it wasn't without issues which he had to come back to fix again. I don't want to make this review unbearably long, but if you imagine being on our place you might assume how much stress we had to through while dealing with Paradise. For their prices we expected a no hustle white-glove service and instead we had to waste so much time dealing with all the screw ups and researching so many things ourselves. I sent dozens of photos with the look and feel that I wanted, and got something completely different and inferior, not to mention FUGLY AS F!! I specifically asked for and provided photos of the large patio slabs, instead, for some unknown reason my designer decided to use small cobblestone-type pavers that I did not approve and would never even consider. TERRIBLE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. Ignored my emails and inspiration board ideas. The designer also decided that my courtyard space should be better left as a driveway so she didn't even bother to design that part. The designer told me "SHE thought the next owner of the house might want a different use of that space..." or "SHE thought XX would be better than YY." I didn't hire them to give me their opinions or ideas, I hired them to follow MY opinions and ideas, and to draw up MY vision as I told them to. So basically I now have a rendering of a design that is useless, with a vision that is not mine, and with ZERO MEASUREMENTS ON IT. That's right!! I paid $5000 for a master plan for front and back yards on an 8000 sq ft property only to have a landscape *designer* provide me a design with NO DETAILS ON IT. When I asked why not, the designer told me "That's an unusual request.". REALLY???? Expecting the measurements for an expensive design rendering that I paid for?? The rendering is awful and of zero value to me, as it ignores most of my design features that I expressly requested, substituting landscaping in areas where I specifically had told the designer I wanted hardscaping for low-maintenance. I even specified a half-round curved planter for my front entry, and instead the rendering features an ugly huge square box. So either the designer was smoking crack on the job that day or this design must have been meant for someone else. This design is so bad it is laughable, if it were not mine and had cost so much money, which the company is now refusing to refund. It is outrageous that these people are out there swindling unsuspecting clients, and from reading these reviews, taking credit for work they have not actually done. Micah Dennis is very smooth, he will tell a client whatever they want to hear, as long as you fork over your deposit!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SHYSTER!! Do yourself a favor and find another person to do your yard. Good: They will call you back (usually). Their overall design looked good on paper. Bad: Their execution of the design was horrible. I have too many examples to list. We asked for a wood burning outdoor fireplace. They designed a gas burning one. When we reminded them that we wanted wood, they made no changes except to not install the gas line. Now we have a big fireplace that fills the area with smoke because it doesn't draw properly. When we told them about the problem, they said it was our fault (as if we designed it) and they couldn't fix it. The real problem is that they have no business designing or building a wood fireplace because they have no expertise (nonetheless, they have no shame building and selling a non-functional one). To go along with our non-functional fireplace, they built into the structure three wood storage compartments. Consistent with the rest of their work, all three wood storage areas get soaking wet with any rain. Who would build wood storage that has no waterproofing in the Pacific Northwest? Paradise Restored. When we complained, they again had no solution and again blamed us for not explicitly saying we wanted them waterproof. They also built a water feature with stream and underground tank. Again, nearly non-functional. It needs to be refilled at least weekly. They said that it's all normal evaporation and that we were wrong to expect not to be filling it. We've had a water feature expert come and it's not normal at all. Bottom line: Paradise Restored has no business installing water features either - they have no expertise but they are willing to fake it and charge for it. We asked for native plants (and even told them a nursery to source them from). Less than 10% of their planting design incorporated native plants. At this point, we had seen enough of the rest of their work, to not trust them with plants. We found someone else to do our plants. When it came time to make a final checklist, they made a long list but only came back to do one or two things. When we'd follow up, they would come and make another list. Subsequently they would partially address one or two things and then disappear again. By this point, they had nearly all of the project money and no interest in really finishing anything to our satisfaction. Do yourself a favor by finding someone else (with real expertise) to do your project. It will not cost any more up front (Paradise Restored is expensive) and it will save you a lot of headaches and money in the long run. read more

Sorry I definitely don't recommend using this company for landscape design. Our entire project took over a year to complete with very poor communication and planning. At the end of the day we were pretty happy with the results, but the management of the project was terribly frustrating. So I originally contacted Paradise Restored to have our backyard redone last July (that's 2015). They just completed the project 2 days ago. Our backyard is fairly small but we basically had them build a deck, redo the grass and plants, pour concrete steps as well as a concrete pad for a hot tub, and have an electrical company affiliated with them install the electric hook up for the hot tub. The project was poorly managed and we never quite knew when things were going to happen. They use a website called builder trend which is theoretically supposed to provide updates on project dates, but only a few dates were written in. The concrete was not poured correctly and although it wasn't a huge deal, I think it just spoke to the poor communication. Additionally, now that some plants are growing larger I feel like the landscape designer just haphazardly threw plants in, rather than actually creating a design. Overall I'm pleased that we have a great useable yard now, hence the 3, but the process to get here was frustrating to say the least. From talking to friends it sounds like everyone I know who has hired contractors have faced similar frustrations, so perhaps its just emblematic of contract work. Either way, I'm sad to say I can't recommend Paradise Restored. read more

The work appears to be very high quality and they didn't cut corners. * The project manager (John) and the owner (Micah) always responded within one business day from my initial inquiry. * Kim, their external designer, is very eager and helpful in discussing design ideas. (She was way better than the real estate agent's mom from Ozarks ). * We had a few Change Orders, but the owner worked with us to strike the right balance between what needed to be done vs. what was unnecessary. * Micah genuinely seemed to care about our satisfaction. * The space looks awesome and our friends have given us rave reviews. Cons * The project took almost 7 months to complete, but this isn't entirely their fault. We started in late October so the holidays and inclement weather caused delays. And then, there was a global pandemic which stopped all work for a month. However, if there were a few more people assigned to our project, I believe this could've been done sooner. * Change orders! In an ideal world, they would've anticipated and accounted for more of these costs in their contract, but I also take ownership for not reviewing the contract better, i.e. repairing the lawn. We contracted with Paradise Restored on a six figure deck expansion. Our experience with Paradise Restored was terrible and in keeping with the theme of many poor reviews already published by others. Many months after the original projected start date, that required the removal of a large section of our roof, no construction had started and the fall/winter rains had come. We were always, according to the owner, the "next" or in the "next couple jobs" to be started. But that information only came from us tracking him down him down. He was frequently "on vacation' and not taking calls. Paradise Restored has several Oregon CCB complaints and in our case refused to mediate per the Oregon CCB rules. In addition the owner, Micah Dennis, proved skilled in dodging civil service from the Clackamas County Sheriff's office. These guys came back to do a repair 5 years after the work was done. I was really impressed that they even responded to my email and pictures. We had 2-3 rows of pavers that were sloping next to the stairs. They came in raised it back to level and relayed the pavers. Micah was great to work with and like I said, I'm surprised they even took my call let alone came out to do the repair. They could have easily blamed it on poor drainage or roots or other. Beautiful job rebuilding my small city lot on a very busy street from zero to an oasis (or it will be once I can plant in the spring). It was a complicated job dealing with a bamboo invasion/ digging out large rocks/ installing a pond/ building a retaining wall to support the new deck/ installing drain tile underneath a rock "river"/ building a screening fence, two gates, a shed, and hot tub privacy fencing. Things went well overall. Their excavators, carpenters, pond builder, and stone masons are all first rate. They are not cheap, but I didn't really think any of the other companies I got bids from could have successfully handled a job with this many moving parts. My quibble is how long it took (four months) with long periods where they were not working on this job. People get sick and don't work out, of course, but all too often I was not kept in the loop. But as I said, I am satisfied with the job and look forward to years of peaceful enjoyment of a beautiful new space. read more

That's too bad this company has gotten two poor reviews. My husband and I have had a good experience with them for the most part. Micah, the owner, has been relatively quick to return calls/emails (and quick by contractor standards meaning could be same day, could be the next, could be the following week). But every time I've interacted with him he's been courteous and friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We used Micah and his crew to help us build a rain garden by connecting two gutter downspouts underground, feeding the water into an in-ground 50 gallon well that would overflow into a river rock bed in our front yard during high rains. They were able to do the job in 1.5 days and were cool to add on an additional system in our back yard when we saw how well things were going. Both projects took two days total to complete. Pros: Micah was friendly. The staff at his office also seemed friendly when I interacted with them via phone or email. We had this installed in early October and so far it seems to have done the job we all assumed it would do. No more flooding in our lawn! Micah introduced us to his crew and the point person for the project was very approachable and seemed to understand our needs. They also started earlier than anticipated Cons: Although they started earlier than anticipated, I was called at 7:15am of the new start date that they wanted to start sooner and they were already headed over. Luckily I obsessively check my emails when I wake up! Also, I was hoping they'd finish up in a day (for the first rain garden), as we were initially told but it ended up being two. Furthermore, apparently they take Fridays off so with our project starting on Thursday, it wasn't actually completed until Monday. Lastly, they dug up lots of clay dirt to lay down the piping and place a 2nd well. Instead of hauling away the dirt like they did with the front yard, they just redistributed it in our back yard. We wrote them an email to ask them to please remove the dirt as it is completely useless soil, if you can call it that, since it was primarily made up of rock and clay and also it seemed lazy for them to just leave it behind when they didn't do that with the front. This business responded right away to take care of it and within a couple days they crew was there to remove it. And they did a fine job of removing it. Somehow managed to keep everything neat and tidy. We really appreciated them following though with this. We look forward to working with them next spring to move on to the next stage in our landscape redesign, which will likely be a paver patio. read more

I would not recommend anyone else to landscape your yard! I interviewed a couple companies before deciding on Paradise Restored. Their pricing was pretty much in line with the other companies, but what stood out about them was the type of conversation we had. My original vision was WAY outside my budget. They talked with me about different cost saving options and comparable finishes with the same feel for much less expense. I felt as though they were on my side to save money rather then trying to "sell" or "shame" me for a bigger paycheck. John Burngardt, my project manager, was not only friendly, but very responsive. I always got a call back the same day. All my concerns were resolved quickly and questions answered clearly. The end result is better than my original vision. We recently had the pleasure of working with Paradise Restored and could not be happier. They came and gave us a free estimate. We gave them a general idea of what we wanted. After that, we got out of the way and let them work their magic. Our backyard was terribly bumpy and the lawn was dying from big old dead trees. We now have beautiful grass growing on a level yard, a new path along the side of our house and river rock creating a nice border between the lawn and the fence. A row of arborvitae is now replacing the old trees so the yard feels twice as big as before. We will definitely be calling them again for another project next Spring. read more

We wasted a lot of money working with this company. We paid them for a design and that process was horrible. I had to check in with them every step along the way because once we paid the design fee they never initiated anything. They had us fill out an online survey asking about what we wanted but the design they produced showed that they didnt read that survey. It was a difficult process asking for changes. Then, when we finally agreed on the design, the quote they sent was outrageous. We ended up walking away and getting another firm to build a really nice patio for us at a fraction of the cost (and no cost for the design). read more

All we got is a drawing worth about 1/4 of what we paid. Very little detail on the actual drawings. No estimates to do the work! The deck is 8' in the air, all decks above 30" need permits and moving and adding 240v and 120v new circuits. If you have questions, It takes forever to return your call. It's a shame I didn't check Yelp for reviews. Somehow the sites I found only had glowing reviews. I wanted a master plan and after talking with Micah I was excited to find someone who could deliver and provide suggestions as well as a planting, lighting, and irrigation plan. What I ended up with was a 3D rendering of a deck structure and a few hardscape suggestions. It's nice but not worth $4,000. I asked for a bid on the structure and was told after 6 weeks that none of the carpenters had responded and that my husband (who is a contractor) should take a look at it. He did and was not surprised to find that none of the subs responded. They were supposed to bid off a rendering that had zero detail. Pretty sure an architect would also need to be consulted and possibly permits. Quite complex for a deck and covered structure bid. I just feel swindled. We were really impressed at first but so disappointed with what we received. Turns out another friend had the same issue with them just providing a rendering but they were smart enough to pay with a credit card and disputed the charges when Paradise Restored wouldn't call them back. We had several bids for our large landscape project. Our slope made the project complicated and expensive. Micah was the only one to give us options and suggestions for various pricing levels. As a consumer, I rely on the expertise of the professional in the field and appreciated Micah's suggestions and the pros and cons for each material. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to us - and this is not an easy accomplishment with an engineer husband who does his own research and has many questions. Micah's method of communication was great. We were reassured that no short cuts were taken. In addition, the billing and communication of weekly work completed was detailed and understandable. The project did take longer than estimated but in my opinion, a small price to pay for quality craftmanship. We have done enough remodels to know that there are always surprises and quick communication and collaboration are the key to success. The staff were friendly, reliable, and wizards with the heavy machinery. I was impressed with how tidy they left the site at the end of the day. Our project officially ended in November ish of 2019 and there were a couple of minor issues which Micah was very responsive to. This is a review of Paradise Restored yard maintenance, not their landscape installation. The maintenance people who work in the yard are actually good, although I don't get the impression they get a lot of training. The problems happen in communicating with the office staff. The office staff, although pleasant, is not always responsive. They do not seem to communicate with the crews- work that is promised is not delivered or it takes months to deliver. The problem with this is that they end up doing fertilizer, aeration, moss killers at the wrong times of the year, which renders them ineffective or damaging the lawn. So I ended up paying for services that caused damage to my lawn rather than aiding my lawn. That is awful! The office does not respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. They promise quotes, installations, etc. and then they do not follow through. This company is big on promises, but follow-through has been a bit of a challenge for them. read more

Waited weeks for the design. 2nd Meeting: Sarah shows up with a paper design easily 15k above what we discussed in 1st meeting. Then she said she'd take our feedback and get us a revised estimate. I'm busy so I give them time, a lot of time. I waited from the end of April until mid-June. Then email them, "hey what happened to you folks?" Sarah responds by saying that they had sent me an email with the estimate a few days after we met. She forwards me an email with an estimate from Micah that they'd supposedly sent. I can tell it was forged as a sent email. But furthermore, if it were true that they'd sent it then they never CC'd my wife who was on the previous email correspondence AND despite months going by with no response from us, they never even followed up with us about it. Oh and when we finally did get that estimate after literally months, the cost was still aligned with the design that we said was way above the budget we'd discussed. I just saw these guys blow leaves onto the sidewalk and yard across the street from the house they were working on. Their leaf blowers were also very loud and obnoxious. Did not have a great experience with Paradise. Poor customer service and follow up. Our project finished less than a year ago, we have had drainage issues from day one (that didn't exist before their work), irrigation issues, have had to reseed our lawn twice, new paver patio has small cracks and weeds growing through it. We shared we wanted a phased project and paid way too much a plan and project we felt like had to basically manage ourselves. We even paid an extra $400 for a front yard plan in addition to the backyard cost and the plan had no real changes when delivered. We explicitly said we needed irrigation in the backyard as it didn't exist. The quote we signed included it but apparently did not the actual irrigation. It just included hooking it up to the supposed existing system in the backyard. If I wouldn't have said anything that one day mid project they would have missed it entirely, however we still had the pay the $6k 'miss'. We did a small project by their standards, and were treated like a small client. The plan was always to do more but I wanted to see the quality first before paying $$$. Unfortunately we were disappointed. While there are things we enjoy about the backyard, the continued lack of customer service in response to any concern is what prevents me from recommending them and going back for any future projects. Micah is a nice guy, but clearly they are trying to do too much and their customers are suffering. read more

Micah is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to assist with ideas for your project. In my first interaction with him, he spent 30 minutes (after hours) to listen to my plans and to share ideas. He walked me through pictures of beautiful projects and concepts that may fit my needs and spent a good amount of time showing me previous jobs/concepts that he thought may be good fits for my project. That was truly unexpected and much appreciated. He is clearly passionate about his work/company and it shows. I would definitely recommend his services! read more

STAY AWAY!! Our experience with Paradise Restored was terrible, bordering on a full scam. We were excited to use Paradise Restored, but quickly found they did not listen to anything we said, then claimed our revisions exceeded the contract limit? So, we now have a useless set of drawings, for a backyard we don't want, with zero details. No dimensions, no details, just generic trees and deck space. They refused to give us drawings we could use or provide a refund. I spoke with owner to find a solution but found him to be arrogant and not surprisingly, a poor listener. The whole experience with Paradise Restored was a complete waste of time and money. After sharing our experience with friends and neighbors we've come to find out this is a very common experience. We've yet to hear of a positive experience anyone has had with Paradise Restored. Hopefully this review helps others to not make the same mistake we did. read more

After many phone calls, emails, and time spent explaining what was needed for our tiny backyard I finally called up the office and asked if Micah has even been receiving our emails since we haven't heard anything. Finally Micah responded with a simple email stating sorry we can't do your job, we're too busy during the season right now. Shouldn't your first response and front desk be able to screen those so you don't waste our time. Iheart radio advertising brought us to you and you don't even want business. UNFORTUNATELY I was not able to give a no star or minus star review. Please read this if you are considering hiring this company. This is not just a "sour grapes" review from a difficult customer. I first met with the owner Micah to discuss my landscaping projects Jan 12th. Within days I had given them a deposit. I was specifically told "It's a good thing you contacted us now because we will be very busy in Spring." Well now its July 14 and I'm still several weeks from completion with a different contractor. Paradise Restored let me down at every turn. I asked at the initial meeting if the work was performed by their workers, or subbed out. I would not hire a company that did not use their own workers. The carpentry and chain link work involved went as follows. The dog proof gate I had installed does not keep my dogs safe as they can squeeze through the balusters. Now I will have to put chicken wire on the gate which isn't the look I was going for. They offered to fix it but never followed through. The chain link which was approximately 300 ft with 4 gates turned out that PD Restored's carpenter (Doug) called Lowe's to install the fence. After the damage was done and Lowes was committed, I found out that this was what they had done, against my expressed wishes their own people preform the work. I repeated would ask questions of the Company like "what is the time line?" "What can I expect next?" and "Why did you have Lowe's do the materials and work with the chain link?" I asked this at least 3 times. Finally when I had a face-to-face with Micah I asked yet again "Why did I need YOU to call LOWE"S for me?" the response was "I didn't know the carpenter was going to do that" -- great. Isn't it your company? How much more did it cost me to have Lowe's do the work with your mark up? I am a 65 year old retired business professional who was totally capable of making a phone call to Lowe's if that was the route I wanted to go. Total BS -- From the beginning I stated I wanted a Koi Pond -- always a Koi Pond and not a water feature. Ultimately I spoke to a professional only to find out the design and filtration system they were going to install was not adequate for a true Koi Pond. I didn't realize there was a difference between the two types of structures (Koi Pond vs. Water Feature) That was why I hired a "professional" company to do the work. It's a 15,000 gal pond - and it requires two heavy duty pumps and filters, a UV filtration tube, etc. This was a $8K error on their part that was explained by "I am SO SORRY! We build beautiful ponds but would not and have designed any exclusively for Koi. (I was never told this) The one that we proposed could handle fish life but for a true Koi pond we would have our clients supply what they felt would be needed. It looks like you have been researching what you would like as far as filtration and such." Why wasn't this mentioned with the original proposal? Them being sorry didn't pay for the extra equipment I had to buy. The final straw came when the excavator they were using had a mechanical issue which resulted in no work being done for at least 2 weeks! It was never repaired -- Why this ever became my problem is beyond me. When I was supervising a project at work and a piece of equipment broke, it was either fixed immediately or replaced. I didn't go to the customer and say "Our equipment broke and so we are stopping all work on the project." It comes under the heading of take a hit on your profit margin and get the job done. Don't make things that are not my issue my problem. ULTIMATELY I MET WITH MICAH WHOSE SOLUTION WAS TO THROW HIS HANDS UP IN THE AIR AND ALLOW ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE INCOMPLETE JOB. I had many companies refuse the job unless they could start over. They (PD) did me no favors and I regret the day I ever began researching this company and hired them. Ultimately they are "sorry" because they let me down. I'm sorry they are in business. read more

Paradise Restored looked great on paper and the owner gave a slick, believable presentation. Though our final product looked good (thanks to my husband fixing 1/4 of their work), it took 6 MONTHS to complete instead of the stated 6 weeks, was over budget, they were horrible to communicate with, rude half the time, and knew next-to-nothing about drainage issues, which is why we needed to hardscape our back yard in the first place. They assured us they were drainage experts. Um, no. Again, my husband spent dozens of hours fixing their drains and doing it right since they had no clue what they were doing. Horrible experience. DON'T BELIEVE MICAH'S SLICK SALES PITCH. Go elsewhere. read more

Needed some help with our yard asap. After much research my husband and I decided to go with this company. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and was trying to be helpful getting us scheduled for the services we needed. She was asking the owner if they could fit us in and he was yelling in the back round rudely "NO" and after my husband asked if they could recommend someone else he yelled "NO" again. I realize that this is summer time and is obviously a very busy time for landscaping companies, but being treated with disrespect and talked to condescendingly is not acceptable. We where all ready to sign a contract for a year to have them service our yard. I am happy to say that we found someone that realizes that customer service and respect are what truly means the difference between getting new clients during these hard economic times. I truly hope they realize that landscaping is a service that is not a needed service and is purely a luxury: so maybe try a little harder next time to accommodate people and if not that, how about a little maturity when "Yelling" at future customers. read more
