I make a point of stopping by pretty much every time I cross into the city, and virtually always find something. Were I writing this last summer or fall I'm certain I'd have given 4 or 5 stars, but the biggest plus they had going for themselves -- a cheap and decent selection of vinyl records -- has done a complete 180 over the past six months. For a time, I could go in and find something decent to awesome literally each time visiting, week after week, and at 49 cents per LP couldn't have been happier! However, sometime last autumn they stopped putting out new record stock almost completely. Maybe a new one here or there, but rarely anything that was actually worth more than the 49 cent price tag. The only time a sizable amount of new stock was put out was for Christmas, and at least last visit that was pretty much all that was still out. I mentioned the change to employees a couple times, but to no avail. On the plus side, there is incredible turnover in books, so I almost always will find a handful to buy there. A big part of this is that they keep to the 99 cent paperback / $1.99 hardcover price scheme, compared to some other Goodwill locations that do $1.99 paperbacks / $2.99 hardcovers and have the same books hang around forever because they lose sight of that their business is being a thrift store. The Moscow location also has decent turnover in board games, and they're almost never more than $3.99 per game. Even better, the staff actually takes care to keep them shelved nicely, so despite being adjacent to kids' toys the area never looks like it was hit by an atomic bomb as tends to be the case at other Goodwill locations.

Food was good, ham on the breakfast sammie was a little salty but it had a nice balance to it. Waffle was great, so soft and fluffy like a pancake. Would order that again. Some cheaper prices but some pieces were $100+. This is more of an upscale boutique type thrift store. But they did have stuff under $20 as well! More geared toward a funky style though for sure. I liked it a lot! I would go back.

The salespeople are really friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem like they enjoy their job. They'll discuss the book you're purchasing with you, and happily make more recommendations. I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.

I had my phone screen replaced at this location less than three weeks ago, and the screen has…read morealready completely failed. I did not drop the phone, expose it to moisture, or misuse it in any way. I simply took it out of my pocket and the display was suddenly unusable--green and black discoloration with severe lines across the screen. For context, the phone was in a protective case and had a screen protector installed at the time. Despite these protections and normal, careful use, the replacement screen still catastrophically failed. A screen replacement should last significantly longer than a few weeks. This kind of failure strongly suggests low-quality parts and/or poor workmanship. I now have a non-functional device after paying for a repair that was supposed to fix the problem, not create a new one. The inconvenience, cost, and time wasted dealing with this issue are unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against using this business if they expect a reliable, durable repair or any reasonable standard of quality control.
