We have brick arches and some architectural features on the house that made it a bit complicated to achieve a stream lined look. Texas shade was not only an extremely reasonable quote, but was also the only company to provide truly turn-key service. The other two companies required me to find my own electrician. And they weren't able to suggest a solution for a conflicting beam other than installing the screens in a location I didn't want. Brad (owner of Texas Shade) has many years of experience as a carpenter/builder and described other options that I liked so much better! It's clear he knows his stuff which gave me confidence in turning the project fully over to them. Their installation team was meticulous in getting everything mounted correctly. They also closed every gap on the sides (where the track meets the brick) and added large brushes along the bottom edge to provide a truly bug-free patio. The afternoon sun doesn't stop us from enjoying the patio any more. We have privacy from the outside and the view is still visible from the inside. Exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!
