I have been going to Paradise Vapors since they first opened, and I will tell you now that you will find no more knowledgeable people than at this store. Paradise is all about helping you quit smoking. They are not a "vape shop" where you go in and there are just clouds of vapor everywhere. Those places are hobby shops in MY mind. They do have supplies to make your own coils and things, but make no mistake...they are not about making clouds of vapor. All of the staff are friendly and know what they are talking about. Tyler is one knowledgeable guy! He also knows how to treat his customers. They have a myriad of flavors you can choose from, but I just stick with "Blended Tobacco." It has a more real tobacco flavor and I'm not into Grape or any of those others, though I did try "cappuccino" for a while. Try the KangerTech Pro Tanks. They are fantastic! Their sub ohm coils will give you all the vapor you need. Paradise has a loyalty card system also. Have them punch your card each time you come in and when all punches are done, you get money off your next purchase! It really saves me money. They have been voted Springfield's best for a reason. Nice enough staff... Nice enough selection... The manager does not stand behind what he sells. I purchased a new tank 02/23/2015 and spent $40 on it. I took it home read the instructions twice, put it together and used it for a few puffs. 15 minutes later when I picked my Vape up again and the tank had leaked all over from the bottom. I disassembled everything and cleaned it thoroughly. I read the instructions twice, again, to make sure I did not miss any tricks or oddities In setting up the tank. I put it back together and after the first couple of puffs it started spraying juice into my mouth. I went back to the shop in less than 24 hours. Everything cleaned, put back in the original packaging and receipt in hand. I was told emphatically no exchange. The girl behind the counter used the tank half filled for less than a minute and pronounced it working. She called her manager on the phone and told her side of the story, that she finds nothing wrong with it. No exchange possible. Later I called and spoke with the manager who became belligerent and blamed me as the user. Again, no exchange possible. Their e cigs are legit and they're much better than most e cigs you'll find around town. They have a huge selection of flavors and I would recommend checking this place out :). read more

Visited this place on Saturday with some friends. The older lady with short grey hair was kinda rude and she acted exasperated when we wanted some help sampling vapors. I was disappointed that you could only sample 3 vape juices before you had to pay and not all thier flavors were available for sample. The next big bummer was they outsource thier vape juice. 57 Chevy was great but 8 bucks for a 12 ml bottle that isn't even mixed there is kinda steep. I checked out sues juice which is the company that makes thier juice and I can buy directly for 3 dollars cheaper than thier store. I would not recommendand will not be back again. There are places in town that will customize you juice and make it right there in front of you and are actually happy you came in to visit, such as R2scents on glenstone. First impression walking in the door, clean and open store. However, their shelves looked empty. They didn't have a lot of products. I was looking for coils, but they didn't carry any Smok products. Looks like they sold mostly pens. So I just left and went elsewhere. read more

The location on E Sunshine (across from Sam's and a few doors down from Parlor 88) is great! 5 stars for them, always wonderful; every time! I have two young kiddos, they are a large part of why I am attempting to vape and hope to do so exclusively soon! I've always been welcomed at that location, I have a young daughter with Autism that can be troublesome, those ladies are excellent and always make us feel welcome! They will distract and even play with my kiddos for a few while I shop! They recently sent me to the Battlefield location, where they had an item I was looking for and a greater selection of drip tips, I was told. They had 4 wooden drip tips, and nothing else. I understand that selection has to do with timing, that's ok. The very young lady that was working there was not at all nice, almost confrontational. I'd wanted a battery with a certain pretty print, a gift to myself for my birthday! I basically got, "what do you want." When I told her I'd been sent from the other shop, a guy came out from the back and gave it to her. The design was not right on it, so I decided to go with the smaller battery. The grim faced young woman wanted to get it working before I left- great, I thought! The battery was too low though, so she went to get another...then another and so on, till she found one with a charge. The design was not good on the one that worked though...that was the whole point for me! I told the grimace faced young lady that I wanted the first one- if it didn't work, I'd bring it back. She told me that it was an inferior product and that some do not work. Great, I thought as I left with my kiddos! If you want great service, go to the E sunshine location! If you want to feel abused when you leave, visit the Battlefield store. For me, I'd much rather be and feel happy! read more
