The food was marvelous, especially the curried chicken salad in lettuce cups, Swedish meatballs, luncheon meats and cheeses, and a wide array of fruits. The presentation was lovely, highlighted by a watermelon tower on a platter of soft cheese, melon, grapes and berries. Tami communicated regularly in making and confirming the arrangements, arrived promptly, brought everything she needed, and cleaned up beautifully, both during and after the reception.
