She knew I had an issue with my retina but never referred me to a specialist - until after my retina became completely detached. Since that occurred and after three surgeries on my eye, my vision is no where near what it was before this happened. I had a similar problem with my other eye. The retina specialist was able to repair with a relatively simple procedure before complete detachment. That procedure could have completely changed things for my other eye. I really…read moreliked Dr Stewart but the visit that mattered the most, the last post op where I get prescription his team failed. My situation was different than most, who probably didn't need glasses, I have double vision which over 3 years has been getting worse. It makes my 20/20 vision blurry most of the time then goes full double. The tech who did my exam did not take time to screen my vision fully. She went through 1-6 screens and I told her none were better than 1 and that 1 was not clear either. She brushed it off and said vision was 20/20. I thought Dr Stewart would do more thorough exam since I needed a prescription with prism in the lens to correct double vision. He didn't exam my eyes, they gave me prescription which when I looked at it knew wasn't right. I cried when I got home, 3 years blurry vision, cataract surgery and a failed final exam left me really disappointed. They offered to redo but I did not return. I returned to my eye Dr whom Ive seen past 3-4 years at Visual Eyes. The dr examined my eyes over an hour getting the prism just right. Compared both prescriptions and the one from Berry was different in all areas. I just got my new glasses, from Visual Eyes, now my vision is perfect, I can finally see very clearly and no double vision.

I showed at 2:30 in hopes they may get me in a bit early. They called me back at 3:00 to do some assessment testing, which lasted about 15 minutes. At 3:15pm took me to an exam room where I waited for an hour and 15 minutes with no communication from staff about delays or a long wait period. Never got a chance to see the doctor. I finally walked out at 4:30 with no communication to them. If they have no more respect for my time and no better appreciation for me as a patient, I'm happy to seek the services of a different Ophthalmologist. Make sure you plan plenty of additional time when visiting this clinic."

Dr. Tran literally saved my mom's life so I can't give this place anything less than a perfect…read morerating! My mom goes to multiple providers for several different things for years. Yet, no one caught the signs and symptoms for her specific diagnosis until she went to Dr. Tran. It took me couple months to convince her to get her "annual" eye exam after at least 2-3 years of not having one. Right away, Dr. Tran suspected something concerning and referred her to more testings. Long story short and without going into too much details, because of his suggestion, we discovered several of her health issues and complications that must have happened over the past couple years. I have not had to get an eye exam since learning about my mom's issue, or else I would have started coming here. However, I have referred a friend of mine here for chemical burnt. She was seen by Dr. Khan and quickly felt better after leaving the office. They have one in the office waiting area, and right outside the office in the lobby waiting area, so there are plenty of spaces for social distancing during this Covid-19. I loved that she pulled them for me so I could just sit at the mirror and try on pair after pair. Also appreciate that she brought me SO many to pick from and was adamant I try until I loved them. Ended up buying a pair with snap on sunglasses which I love, but after a couple of months, I noticed that the lenses were scratched more than just normal wear and tear would have caused. I took them back and they were able to get them fixed under the warranty so all around great experience.
