Paperwork went fast and I was seen a little early. Elizabeth, the tech was very thorough and knowledgeable. I enjoyed answering her questions and she eased my mind about all these tests. My vision is not bad but I must say after the drops were put in eyes it gets a little strange. Pupil's are dilated.& objects look strange. ( LOL ) Doctor will see me next. I found all the tests results very informative. I was educated about my eyes that I did not know. The doctor did not try to push buying glasses on me which I appreciated. My insurance covered everything ! I highly recommend Berry Stewart Eye Clinic in Burleson Texas !! Isn't it time to have your eyes checked .....

Little did I know my journey would restore my vision and add a healthy dose of humor and gratitude to my life. Dr. Stewart quickly identified that I had something called ICE syndrome. (No, it's not as cool as it sounds--it's not the latest TikTok dance or a hip new beverage trend. It's an eye condition that needed attention fast.) Without skipping a beat, his team scheduled me for surgeries on both eyes within just 15 days. Let me tell you, when you're struggling to see the clock on your microwave, 15 days feels like winning the vision lottery. The staff? Courteous, professional, and oddly like the dream team of scheduling and bedside manner. They didn't just make the process easy; they made it pleasant. (If you've ever tried scheduling two surgeries that close together, you know "pleasant" is a big deal.) In November, my right eye got the star treatment. By December, it was the left eye's turn. It was like giving both eyes a VIP ticket to the Clarity concert. The result? Drumroll, please--I'm seeing 20/20 in both eyes! That's right: this former wearer of glasses (for my entire life, mind you) is now prescription-free. I've officially retired my specs, and my nose is celebrating its newfound freedom from years of indentations. The transformation has been nothing short of miraculous. I went from squinting at my phone screen like deciphering ancient hieroglyphics to spotting squirrels in the trees from across the street. Colors are brighter, faces are sharper, and--bonus--I now recognize and embrace the beauty of everyday life with a profound appreciation. (Who knew there was so much detail in the leaves?) Dr. Stewart is a great doctor. He cares about his patients, which makes him special. His passion for helping people enjoy the world is amazing, especially for those seeing it for the first time, like I did. His team is also very kind and shows real compassion in every meeting. You can feel this kindness from the moment you enter the office until you leave. If you're reading this and thinking, "Should I trust Dr. Stewart and his team with my eyes?" The answer is simple: yes, 100%. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They gave me my vision back but also something else: gratitude for the little things I can now see so clearly. And trust me, the first time you open your eyes post-surgery and see everything, it's in HD. It's like unwrapping the world's greatest gift. Thank you, Dr. Stewart and the incredible Berry Stewart Eye Center team--you've changed my life, one eyeball at a time!

I showed at 2:30 in hopes they may get me in a bit early. They called me back at 3:00 to do some assessment testing, which lasted about 15 minutes. At 3:15pm took me to an exam room where I waited for an hour and 15 minutes with no communication from staff about delays or a long wait period. Never got a chance to see the doctor. I finally walked out at 4:30 with no communication to them. If they have no more respect for my time and no better appreciation for me as a patient, I'm happy to seek the services of a different Ophthalmologist. Make sure you plan plenty of additional time when visiting this clinic."

Yet, no one caught the signs and symptoms for her specific diagnosis until she went to Dr. Tran. It took me couple months to convince her to get her "annual" eye exam after at least 2-3 years of not having one. Right away, Dr. Tran suspected something concerning and referred her to more testings. Long story short and without going into too much details, because of his suggestion, we discovered several of her health issues and complications that must have happened over the past couple years. I have not had to get an eye exam since learning about my mom's issue, or else I would have started coming here. However, I have referred a friend of mine here for chemical burnt. She was seen by Dr. Khan and quickly felt better after leaving the office. They have one in the office waiting area, and right outside the office in the lobby waiting area, so there are plenty of spaces for social distancing during this Covid-19. All of the staff here are very nice and friendly as well.

She sits with you and talks to you and makes you feel comfortable. It also doesn't feel like a typical doctor's office where you can't relax and you feel on edge the whole time. A lot of times doctors rush in and out and you feel like they listened to you. She's listening and she's taking it all in and she cares deeply. I would say I highly recommend her, but it's a catch-22. With writing this review I think she's wonderful, but at the same time I like being able to get my appointments with her. Also, my 11-year-old daughter sees her and just loves her. We followed her from Midlothian because neither one of us wanted to find a different doctor. She's just so great.

I was hoping the manager of the facility in mansfield would call me back again how she said she would, so we could resolve this issue. (But after the first call i have not heard back. )Simply because "the doctor" says they performed something doesn't make it true. There was no thorough investigation done. This billing issue was dismissed way too quickly. Anyone can be "nice" and willing to listen, but there actions after is what pushed me to write this review and make others aware. 1. Appointment was made for a first visit that they said was mandatory to establish a relationship. When we arrived to apt. We specifically stated to several employees before being called to the back no physical exam was going to be done. Weight was taken, lungs were heard, blood was drawn. Doctor Katherine advised to schedule physical soon on the next visit. Before leaving the office they told me doctor katherine had changed the visit code and billed for yearly physical. Which they also looked confused as to why. No one had answers. I had to wait till manager called later that day. I told the manager We were told several times by several employees it was just a first visit to establish relationship. And $10 copay was charged, manager did refund after I first spoke with her. But the $10 is not what bothered me it was the doctors actions. All I wanted was for them to code the billing correctly or actually perform a thorough physical exam and any professional that cares would. But instead was told that the doctor may not be a good fit for us. And that she was attesting she did perform it. So they couldn't do anything about it. After talking more with manager, she said she had to talk to katherine again and would call me back the next day. I waited until about 1pm and called them since i had not recieved a call. And was told manager was in a meeting. She advised the employee assisting me to read off the notes. I didnt think that was professional. The employee said she would have manager call me back. I was expecting a solution of either billing code correction or a thorough physical exam performed, not the bare minimum. Which just really makes me sad. In person the doctor seems great it's the behind the scenes actions like billing that I don't understand how a doctor can take advantage of patients like that. If what she did was a physical she definitely did the bare minimum required to get away with coding the visit as a physical. So please review your bills, it's something that most of us don't normally do and just pay. Or we don't look because it's covered by insurance, without realizing our insurance is paying for things we didn't even have done.
