Granted, We were at the end of the season, but they should have stopped weeks before - I would not…read morerecommend. I felt so guilty even riding the sleigh with how miserable the horses were, but another person in our group had purchased all the tickets in advance as a treat for everyone The "trail" was complete mud and rocks and the horses were working so hard they had to stop and rest every few minutes - Thankfully, they allowed them to rest, but they should not have even been operating in those conditions! The ride was painfully rough. Absolutely not worth the $50 per person! Everything was dirty slush by mid-March, but the trail is more of a track, no wooded area, not really any views. The horses were absolutely miserable - dragging a loaded sleigh thru icey, muddy riches. They have a small paddock - I wouldn't even call it a pasture. And no shelter - Yes, these horses are content to stay outdoors 99.9% of the time, but they should have an optional covered area available at least.

When we arrived at the launch site, the Camelot staff were helpful and excited. We were able to get up several thousand feet and we could see around the valley and the peaks surrounding the balloon. At the end of the tour, we even did a champagne toast to my mom. I couldn't recommend this experience enough- a must do if you are in the Eagle/ Vail area!

Have Dave take you out. He's one of the best.

This place always delivers! I have been many times over the years on several work outings, and I've…read morereally seen the quality of their entire product, and their expertise grow. The guides, and the entire staff are very friendly and always fun. I first signed up just myself and my 8 year old for yesterday, then looked to see if my 4 year old could go, which they advertise as young as 2 year olds can go. What!? So I talked to my ( slightly timid) 4 year old about it and said yes, so we went and I was so impressed with how much fun she had. She laughed the entire time, did the entire course (tandem with me) and she even did the canyon plunge (optional) with little hesitancy and was grinning ear to ear. Bringing my kids and seeing their excitement made this my #1 all-time experience with Zip Adventures of Vail.

The guides that teach are unprofessional. They are constantly on their phones when they send the…read morekids off to explore, which is more like playing. They give them many of those opportunities, too. At one point, one of them was on the phone and cheering about getting something like a job. I wasn't sure. The other guide joined her and started cheering. They also encourage the kids to use the bathroom outdoors since that's what they would do in nature. I didn't know that and had nothing, such as tissue, to give to the kids. I don't recommend them.

Reese was a great tour guide that was super knowledgeable of the area (animal, plants, and the seasons). This was a super easy hike for those who doesn't hike often or has kids with them and wanted try something else than skiing or snowboarding. When we got to the top, Reese gave us all the opportunity to take photos and he was also our own personal photographer. Definitely coming back to take one of the self tour/hike that this location also offers.
