Wow! What an incredible experience with High Country Tours. A big group of girls on a bachelorette trip chose High Country Tours for an action show mobile tour, even having to rebook with low snow was still incredible. Our guide, Kevin, was an absolute star! He took so many pictures, gave us so much history as we drove, and pointed out all the sites to see. We even stopped for hot chocolate! Unfortunately, due to the snow, we didn't get to go tubing, but completely forgot about it til I wrote this review. Truly couldn't have imagined the tour with anyone else. Everyone was so kind from check in, to driving to the drop off spot, to coming back down after the tour. It was an incredible experience all around. Ps. Highly recommend getting the $30 insurance. A pair in our group unfortunately did tip the snowmobile over (all was fine and snowmobile was ok) but it's great to have just in case. You don't know how to navigate the turns until you're on them. read more

Great experience, our instructor TK was great! Very patient and friendly. At first it felt a bit overwhelming as other group was there which also delayed our time. However we still managed to do it all. Rice starts with an instruction and off we go. Half way we go tubing and can be done multiple times and /or go to the kids track. Kids truly enjoyed their riding time as well as adults enjoyed going circles at a faster pace. Place was very well organized and fun. They do have portable toilets if needed. read more

The afternoon/evening tour today should have been cancelled due to icy paths at dusk. My family of five ended up rear ending the SxS in front of us due to not being able to stop because of the downhill icy slope. By the grace of God no one went off the cliff's ledge, as there were a few other accidents directly behind us due to the same issue. We feel like they're trying to make their revenue since snowmobiles aren't running right now by doing ATV and SxS tours. Please understand this is not safe right now with the temperatures getting warm during the afternoon and melting the snow, only to ice over once the sun goes down. Now we have a $2500 hold on our CC to pay for damages that weren't even our fault. If anything, everyone in our tour was put into danger and risk coming back down the icy mountain trails during sunset. read more

Honestly this place was pretty bad the views amazing the staff is horrible sadly my parents got into a accident and they dint even care if they were okay and there were mainly worried about how the bike was going to get fixed and then terrain is to at an angle to even drive the atv good I felt like we were going to flip most of the time they made our parents sign paper work while still being unconsious and they just kept pressuring us to put a credit card and they just kept switching it up every minute that its 5. 000 deposit then 6.000 They just dint care if people are okay they just kept telling us we were going to pay for lost revenue and this and that horrible place tbh read more

We enjoyed the trip on the UTV's with Caden. We were hoping to go snow mobiling but due to the lack of snow they weren't running. Bring clothing you don't mind getting dirty, it's very muddy at the beginning. I would bring a disposable poncho or rent there gear. We were charged over $3600 for damages, repairs, and downtime after being involved in an incident that was completely unavoidable! An exhilarating bucket list item to check off our list! Brad was an amazing guide for our adventure. We were on a Girl's Trip, none of us had ever been on a snowmobile but we are an athletic crew in our early 50s. They take you on a practice course for 20 minutes to get you familiar with the equipment and then Brad took our crew of 5 up the mountain to explore the trails. This is a great excursion to go on if you're in the area and looking for a change of pace from skiing or snowboarding. read more

I went to Breckenridge for the first time in February 2021 with a group of friends and this was definitely the highlight of our trip! Our tour guide was great and had a lot of nature fun facts to share with us! The views are absolutely insanely beautiful - truly jaw dropping and the ride itself is so much fun! Cold, cold, and freezing are the best words to describe the way I felt sitting on the snowmobile waiting on instructions. Ben, our tour guide for two hours, was incredible. Ben was the tour guide of all your guides. He leads six people on snowmobiles as though we were going on our first day of school. Ben was so patient and could handle a snowmobile with such ease and gracefulness. I was very impressed, as he road the snowmobile standing up on one leg, YESSSSS, with ONE LEG, the entire 2-hour tour. After watching Ben do his magic, I didnt feel cold anymore, and with handlebars, the heat up, it helped a lot. We had so much fun, and the scenic route was breathtaking. This is a must-have experience, and I would do it again in a heartbeat, but with Ben and at High Country Tours. Of course, many companies do the same tours daily, but for me, it was quality, well organized, and my family and I made it back safely. read more
