We are normally fans of Paragon and have had a few times where the experience was not the greatest, but we know that it is hard to find employees and that they are doing the best that they can. This is not about the employees, because they were all very nice. Our issue was with the fact that they are choosing to remodel their theaters during showing hours. We went to see Dr. Strange and about 30 min into the movie the hammering and pounding started. And then it continued for the remainder of the film. When we were leaving, we figured we would mention it to the manager so that future shows would not have to listen to it. When we talked to him, his unemotional response was, "Oh, you could hear that? Sorry." Then he walked away. And that was it. We were not expecting anything, but we did not think that a flippant response to customers was the best way to go. With other options in town, I would suggest choosing a different venue if you want to enjoy the movie you paid to see...without disruptions. read more

Though hidden in the plaza, this is an excellent theater. The theaters are just big enough that you get the surround sound experience without feeling like there are too many people in the room with you. The chairs recline, and they are incredibly comfortable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When it is busy, they move through the lines quickly and efficiently. This is my favorite movie theater in Naples, Florida. This is pretty much the only movie theater my boyfriend and I go to because on Tuesdays you can see movies for $6. You can order tickets ahead of time so it is a pretty quick process to get in. Also, there is a bar to the left of the snack bar so in general there is something for everyone. The Paragon has more comfortable and flexible chairs than Silverspot. The only thing I would say Silverspot has on the Paragon is that at Silverspot you can get full meals and the snack and bar options have more of a variety. So it really depends on what experience you are looking for and how much you want to spend. read more

Booked our movie through Fandango. Show up, give them our phone so they can scan the tickets we bought. Went on with out a hitch. They tell us theater 9, well theater 9 isn't the correct movie. Then they say theater 2, we go to theater 2, again, not the correct movie. We talk to the manager,he apologizes and says they movie has been switched and they are not playing our movie at our time any longer. Now we have been sitting here for an hour and have yet to see the manager come back. I'm done with this place, Hollywood 20 can't open back up soon enough!!! read more

The worst experience ever! I went to see the film The Sound of Freedom. There was one seat left, which, in my opinion, was probably the worst seat in the theater (last row next to the exit door). The film was about to start and the theater was full. When I went to pay, they told me there was a $4.00 surcharge because the seat was a "VIP seat." I mentioned it's proximity to the exit door and asked that the surcharge be waived. They were adamant that the surcharge was valid. I asked to speak with the manager, who, to my surprise, was standing less than one foot away listening to my conversation. In fact, he was not "standing," but rather leaning up against the counter where food is served (his buttocks were actually touching the counter). I asked him to make an exception and he said "no." That's all he said: "no." He did not introduce himself, he did not, say, "how may I help you, ...", all he said was "no." I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER AGAIN! I will also add that the theater stinks to high heaven of food rot. On the two or three occasions (in the past) when I've gone to the theater, it has smelled terribly, but yesterday it stank! There was "smeared" butter on the counter tops and popcorn kernels. Filthy! Filthy! Filthy! And rude employees. What better combination for an afternoon at the movies? read more

Wow! What a makeover. Nice clean modern interior. Ample parking. Fully-reclinable seats w plenty of leg room for tall and long people. Beer and wine is served also. Join their Diamond Rewards Program to earn points to redeem on future refreshments and tickets. Nice Italian, Mexican, and Peruvian Cuisine all in the same plaza as Paragon Pavilion too. $13 for a movie is not at all bad especially for Naples. Icing on the cake though is their $6 Tuesday night specials! There is no ticket window or desk to purchase tickets. Instead, you use their user-friendly touch screens. The theatre has nice amenities, like reclining seats and alcohol served that can be brought in the theatre. My main issue is a recent one. Upon arriving 10 minutes early to my movie I had to sit through 10 mins of commercials. This is insane. I couldn't even have a conversation with my wife because of how loud and disruptive the commercials were. I'd rather not go than be forced to watch 15 commercials before my movie. I've never been to a theatre before that does this. Maybe two or three (which is still 2-3 too many), but man! Also you have about a 1-3 chance to have a non working recliner seat and the stadium seating is not angled well enough. read more

Our favorite movie theater in the area. They have extremely comfortable powered seats and offer online booking and seat reservations. Their computer systems seem to be down often and automated ticket system hangs up frequently. There is also some confusion for non e-ticket purchasers where to go and what to do to buy tickets and it can back up into the entrance. The popcorn, though popped fresh, seems to always taste a bit stale. Our kids like the refreshment box, which includes popcorn, candy and drink. read more

My goto theater in Naples! The price is fair for what you get. The employees are always sweet and fast. The seats are super comfortable, spacious leather, and they recline to the perfect angle. It's never too cold and they have never been over crowded when I've gone. It's located in a great location that makes it easy to grab a good meal before or after your movie. They offer seating selections when ordering your tickets AND student discounts when you bring in your college ID. I highly recommend this theater over Silver Spot. read more

After some recommendations to try this place out I think I will stick to Silver Spot We were the first show of the morning in the theater and the A/C was absolutely freezing and the theater was very dirty, with greasy hand marks all over the black leather seats and popcorn stuck in the recliners. Note: this is now Pavilion Cinema 6 (not 10). Went to this theatre because it was the only one in the area still playing Les Mis. Ugh. I have no problem with "old", in fact, I enjoy vintage or quaint. At first I was hopeful this would turn out to be a cute old theatre, but sadly, it really needs updating. Film (yes, FILM) was dark, theatre was light, sound was so-so. I literally had tailbone pain for days after sitting in the seats for the movie. Overall facilities appear pretty run down. The ladies room had 6 stalls & 4 were out of order. The theatre desperately needs a deep cleaning, paint, carpet, and digital video & sound. With so many other, newer theaters in the area, it is not worth trying this one- not even for a last minute show. If your show is almost out of the theatres, and this theatre is your last choice... it would be a better movie experience to rent the DVD and watch at home. read more

Went to watch The Avengers IW and it was packed. I did reserve my seats a couple hours ahead and was happy with my seat placements. But unfortunately my chair did not recline as easy. I struggled almost throughout the whole movie until the very end when it decided to open up on me. I was very disappointed. But I did order 2 quesadillas. I couldn't decide on chicken or steak so I got both. The chicken was so good. Steak was not so much. Tasted like dog food to be quite frank. So if anyone wants something to grub on, I recommend the chicken quesadillas. But my experience here was good. And the movie was AWESOME! read more

The seats are fantastic (leather seats that recline whereas at Mercato Silverspot they do not), the food menu is great for a movie theatre, the showings are generous, the parking is good, the atmosphere is great. However, the thing I really wanted to bring to everyone's attention is the SERVICE. On the night of the Mayweather Macgreggor fight, I was treated like a VIP for no reason at all and they were super helpful in helping me get three seats for the fight. I love the new look and seats in this theater. Prices are much more than what they were once, but you get more as far as comfort goes. The recliner seats are huge so I don't think a good fit for small people or kids. If you're 6', its a good fit. The entrance and snack bar are pretty dull and the bathroom reminds me of a residential toilet rather than a commercial one. I used to love this place, especially after the renovations. Unfortunately, on Christmas day, Manager, Nick Nebekaer, was incredibly rude to my family. My mother asked for an extra empty paper bag since our seats were split up. She wanted to give my sister a bit of her Large popcorn as they were in separate seats. My dad and I'm watching another movie. When he insisted on $7 for this empty popcorn bag, my mother responded wondering if there was any way we didn't have to pay for another Large Popcorn as she only wanted an empty bag or container. His response, "If you don't like it, Silverspot is across the street." That is when I interfered and said that that was a terrible response from any employee in the service industry, let alone a Manager. His response to that, "Maybe you should stop drinking." This is as I'm enjoying a beer with me family. Aside from him the other workers present were extremely respectful and also surprised by Nick's unfriendly and extremely rude and unprofessional actions. However, after this experience I can honestly say the hospitality and service here has declined significantly and to just take Manger Nick's advice and go to Silverspot!!! Merry Christmas! read more

Strange place. I should tell you we went there today Sunday Dec 21st - not some off season day where service might have been off. I'll start with the really good stuff. 1) The chairs are fantastic. Comfy and they recline. 5 stars 2) Pre-movie lighting - Florescent lights... way to bright... really?! 1 star 3) Tickets/Entry - 1 star a) No one to take our ticket which we bought on fandango with $3 service fee. b) When we asked someone to let us in - they said we need to print an extra copy at the kiosk... Really -- isn't they why I bought the tickets on fandango? They said they didn't have a scanner yet. Really-- they've been open 8 months... no excuse! c) Not worth pre-buying ticket on fandango. No crowds. And they don't do paperless iPhone scan anyway! 4) Lighting after movie started - 0 stars They didn't turn the lights off when the movie started... my husband went to the hallway to tell them! Really!??! 5) Good Parking - 4 stars (especially compared to Mercato) Would I go there again? Yep... The seats are so comfy and once the movie started and the lights finally turned off it was a pleasant experience. I would just hope they fix some of the other issues. read more

I honestly would never go anywhere else. I have a little brother who is 13 years old currently and has Glaucoma. He is not able to see the movie, but Paragon provides him with Audio Description headphones and he loves them. He is able to sit in their with the family and gets the whole movie narrated to him through these headphones. The customer service here is always amazing as well. One night, my brothers headphones did not work throughout the whole movie and when we returned the headphones, the manager provided my husband, my brother, and myself with three free tickets for another viewing without us even complaining about the headphones or asking for it. My husband loves being able to reserve the seating in advance as well! Super convenient. Great job Paragon!! read more

The Pavilion Cinemas is one of the last locally owned theaters in the area. The prices are the lowest in town, and I believe seniors are only $6 all day, with adult prices being a notch above that. The popcorn is fresh every time you go & you deal with real people & real customer service! It's not fancy by any means, but who needs to pay twice the price to sit in leather seats for 2 hours? Service is always good. This place will be great if it made 2 major changes. 1.The seats are hot every time I'm there I need to get up because they are just too hot. I've never noticed this at any theater before. But is just uncomfortable. 2. The doors need to be moved so when they are opened the light does not shine on the screen. Most theaters have a entry to the side or behind a wall. This is a must. It's distracting every time people walk In and out you see a door of light on the screen. It used to be a beautiful place to go and see movies.There was a leak coming from the roof on theater 8, the chair behind the leak was full of grease and water on the beautiful leather seats. It became a very dirty place to watch a movie. Popcorn all over the entrance and bar area. Toilet paper all over the bathroom floor and cups. Chocolate and dirt inside the chairs and on the sides. This experience at Paragon was an absolute mess i was just strolling in trying to treat my significant other to a movie (The Purge) and the cashier was quite ignorant and demanded that my partner showed identification when clearly she was of age to see such a movie. I have never felt so disrespected and i will never see a movie here and let them take my hard earned money. I advise all of you reading this that Paragon is not the right choice to go to if you are looking for good customer service and now I am unable to see a movie that I had saved up my money for to watch and i felt as if Paragon was the right fit...WRONG I guess I'll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere such as the fine establishment known as Hollywood 20.
