A nice theater! Clean with friendly staff and many movie choices. I will go again soon.

Third time coming here thinking the first two times were a fluke.. the wall speakers weren't on and I asked the manager to turn them on. She said they were on and then I spoke to other employees who said they're broken. Then I waited for my cauliflower wings and they gave me shrimp. Lastly, the young girl charged me for the wrong order. It was a mess. This play is poorly ran. Save your money or only go there if you're 80 years old. read more

We went to see Noremberg a brand new movie... We walked into the movie theater and almost every seat was peeling and cracked. The tables were broken. It was disgusting. There was MOLD going up the side of my seat, it smelled terrible! I ordered a LARGE (750ML) bottle of sparkling water and asked for a cup to pour it in and I was told I could just drink it out of the bottle! Worst theatre EVER! read more

The VIP theaters have very comfortable reclining seating, which are in great condition and work well (at least cinema 5). The pre movie content is audio only which is very annoying for those who arrive easily. When I asked about this last time I was time the pre movie content used a different projector or something like that. I haven't tried the hot food but the normal concessions are fine. For those COVID concerned, they do temperate checks upon entry, staff wear masks and gloves, and seating is spaced out. read more

Big improvements since the last time that we were here. Comfortable seating , good sound system and only a couple of coming attractions. It is so frustrating that some of the other theaters have you sit through a half hour of coming attractions for the same price. Well, upon entering the lobby was extremely messy. Popcorn and whatnot all over the floors. Oof. We had bought the VIP seats (cushy and reclining) to see the latest Top Gun. The seats were very comfortable, the temperature of the theater was perfect (no one was freezing or over heated), the screen looked great and the sound system sounded good! So I went there for the first time today. I thought it was one of the high end theaters where you can order meals from your seat. You order from the concession stand and they give you a pager when it's done.Then you take your meal with you to the show. Problem is , once you order and pay, if your pager goes off you will wait for someone to retrieve your food. And if there's a line of people, you will wait. Food was decent for movie theater fare. Then there's the pre movie stuff...it was stuck on the Chevrolet logo for a full five minutes. We thought maybe subliminal advertising to retirees to buy that Corvette, they've been wanting. Then the movie went down altogether for 15 minutes, we were told it was a power surge. Weird, the building still had power, and we could hear sound from the movie in the next room, but whatever. Not too impressed....First movie I've seen in a theater in years and this place was not impressive. Kind of dingy, green satin on the walls ..Uh,no....it felt like the cheapy theaters but it wasn't.Maybe during its glory days this place was nice but now it's just kind of decrepit. read more

We decided to see a three hour movie there. The seats were big, fluffy, and comfy. The seats to recline and the foot rest raises so you can get fairly comfy there for longer movies. You have buy and carry your food and drinks to your seats. read more

I really didn't know what to expect from this theater as I have never heard of it but it was the only theater close to us that was playing Top Gun Maverick. The theater entrance was old and walking inside wasn't any better. The walls were brown and dark, nothing really welcoming about the place. Did not see an offering for VIP seating. Our leather seats, which you could slightly lean back on, were worn and not that comfortable. Our movie was to start at 7:00. At 7:10 we were still staring at a blank screen and listening to a tune that played over and over again. A patron went down to talk to someone about the movie not starting. He came back and said they were working on it. At 7:20, another patron went to check. By now that song is really getting old. At 7:25 the movie abruptly began with no beginning credits or previews being shown. I think they tried to skip the previews because of the late timing and skipped alittle too far. After reading other reviews it seems this is not an unusual problem. $17 for 2 tickets, $18 for popcorn combo with two drinks. Update - One year later, Sadly, the kinks are not worked out! We arrived twenty minutes early and walked into a dark theatre. The only lighting was the aisle lights. A few people were already seated and we commented on not being able to see where we were going. Using the flashlight on my phone, we found our seats. More people arrived and I used my flashlight time and again to help them navigate. These are mostly elderly people and some were holding hands to move themselves forward safely while walking. I think I see a lawsuit in the future when somebody falls and gets hurt. Secondly, commercials began rolling on the screen but there was no sound. I went to the ticket takers stand and asked who I should talk to about the sound not being on. He said the commercials and the movie were run on two different projectors and if the movie starts and the sound wasn't on to come back and see him and he would tell his manager. Now more people are coming in, clinging to each other. The previews start and still no sound. A lady went down to report and came back to say the manager was informed. By the time the movie started the sound was on. This is a nice theatre with reclining seats and a tray to hold your refreshments. The quality of the films are great. It's sad that there is nobody monitoring the lights and sound. $10 for matinee and now $20 for popcorn and two drinks. Two stars for repeat problems. The next time I go to a movie here I am going to ask to talk to the manager before I go in. read more

We went there today to see a movie at 1:00 and we sat in theater 6 and it became 1:30 so I got up to ask them to turn the movie on and it didn't come on so we went to theater 2 and that one started at 1:30 so we sat there and it was 1:45 so we went to the front desk and asked for our money back to which we payed on Fandango.com and the lady wouldn't give us the money back or a gift card so we left very unhappy! The staff at this theater doesn't care and they only had 2 people there that had no clue what to do or even how to put the movies on so I do Not recommend this theater plus the chairs were torn and holes in chairs and the chair my boyfriend was sitting in had no power to it!!! ALSO, FOOD! They have so much more than just popcorn! They have nachos, hamburgers, Phillys, brownies, cheesecake, salads, flatbreads, chicken sandwiches, tenders, fries, churros, slushies, shrimp, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas AND SO MUCH MORE! This movie theater also has THE SWEETEST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER MET!!!!!! I always see them giving ''above and beyond'' AMAZING customer service!' OMG. I love this place. I went for the first time this weekend. It is in an amazing location with several shops and is very upscale. They serve alcohol and have a full food menu. 5 min before the movie starts all the seats the floors were super filthy. I understand it's a holiday but their was 10 people at the concession stand. We should of never walked into that messy movie theater. The cup holders look like they have never been cleaned. They had the A/c off it was like asana in their. Asides that the staff is very friendly and they have a good variety of snacks and refreshments they offer. read more

I really enjoy this theater, they have turned it on to an enjoyable experience. The little bar area in the lobby is a nice reason to arrive to your movie early and enjoy a little drink before the movie. The theaters are smaller which I like because you don't feeling like you are sitting in a huge cavern. I usually select one of the VIP theaters and lounge around in the wonderful reclining chair. What a way to enjoy the movie. Just don't fall asleep. read more

Prado has two sides: VIP and regular stadium seating. VIP is a lot better. The seats are first class with tables. The regular side is OK, but nothing special. There's also a bar, but drinks can be pricey. I didn't get one, so no opinion there. read more

Done with this place. Every time we go here the movie starts about 5 minutes late. Today, bought a ticket for 1:15 show and sat down. 3 women said we were in their seats. manager came and said our tickets were for the 4:00 show and this show was sold out. Had to leave and go to counter. he found 2 tickets for the 1:15 show, not next to each other, so we took those. Of course the movie started late. The movie went black when there was about 5 minutes left. So after about 5 minutes it started again. Also, my friend bought a coffee drink that was supposed to be made with cream. He made it without the cream ,brought it to her and said, "Sorry, no cream!". could be a nice experience if they could get their act together. Go elsewhere read more

Why would anyone buy tickets online in advance for a show and then be told they have to wait in line at the concession stand for 30mins just for someone to print them for you to be allowed into the show you already paid for? Horrible process. Go to Regal theater or someplace else instead. Not the best seats there but NOT the circus Prado puts its customers thru. It's NOT worth it. Waited 30 mins in line and missed our show. Then waited another 30mins just to get a "manager" to refund the online purchase. With NO apology. I booked the ticket on Fandango and could choose my seat for the VIP Theater 1. It was $15 all taxes included. You can choose your seat. I took also a beer for the movie. The movie was at 10PM on Sunday and we were 4 people, quiet, couldn't be better! Love this theater. The seats are very comfortable and nobody behind due to a separation. What a great little movie theater. It has only been open for a couple months, but I think it will be a success. We saw a movie here that was not on any of the big screens in the Fort Myers area. This is THE place if you want comfort AND a great movie experience! Choose the VIP theaters! Electronic full reclining chairs w/side tables. You aren't sitting right in top of someone else (only 5 chairs per row and 7 rows) AND the screen and sound are perfect no matter where you sit. Very accommodating staff and they serve food and cocktails too. Tickets are same as regular theater! What a perfect little hidden gem! I almost hate posting this because I don't want it to be so full we can't get in, but we want this one to stay busy and here for a long time! It was $83 and change for two half-full solo cups of mediocre red wine, not including the tip. I expect a markup at the theater, even a sizable one, but that was extortionate. read more

Tldr: make sure your movie is in a "VIP" theater not regular. Reviews and description make it seem as though all theaters have full reclining seats. Only VIP theaters have full recliners all other theaters have typical movie seats. Also my impression was that there would be an onsite restaurant. Instead you order at concessions and are given a buzzer to come back and pick up your food when ready. VIP theaters have mini tables built in regular theaters have separate tables that go in the cup holders. Also had issues with ordering drinks as the bartender was also the cook. Projector issues (blurry) for the previews but was clear for the film. read more

This is a great theater. I can't say enough good things about the staff and management. My man and I went to enjoy a movie and a few beers. We bought a bucket and did not know how amazing the VIP theater seats were. I'm not gonna say who did it.... but one of us aggressively decided to enjoy the full recline feature of the theater seat. Oops! 4 of 6 beers and a good amount of ice landed on the floor. Oops again! I won't go into details, but I will just say that this place knows customer service. Kudos! This is such a great little movie theater in the Prado plaza! All movies playing are available on the website and on Fandango. The theaters have leather, slight-recline seating which are very comfortable. Lighted rows per regulation and quaint theater rooms. My favorite thing is that not only do they serve your usual popcorn, pretzels, ice cream, soda, etc. They have actual food! Like bacon cheddar cheeseburgers! When first walking in, I of course, notice the full bar. Already, I'm in love with this place. Tickets were on-par or better than other theaters, but came complete with a huge, reclining, seat and plenty of leg room. Truthfully, it was so comfortable that it was difficult not to doze off! All areas of Prado Stadium 12 were VERY clean, even the cinema floors, if you can believe that! So, there I sat, watching a movie, kicked back with my feet up, and sipping a nice scotch that I got from the bar. Good times! Yeah, this place is pretty awesome, and I'll be back!.
