We prefer this theatre over Silverspot it is a few dollars less, seats recline, easier to find parking. Take advantage of the $6 Tuesday deal you can't go wrong! Very clean and great service. You get more for your buck at the snack bar. They have you put your own butter on the popcorn so you can't "layer it" unless the employee isn't busy then they'll walk over twice and do it for you. If you can buy your ticket in advance and print it out at home you will avoid the line at the kiosk as there are only 3 and it can get backed up during busy times. read more

The seating here is okay, the recliners are not terrible but not the most comfortable. The screens are average; I've seen better but also worse. The people behind the counter were nice and attentive. Although the manager or assistant manager on duty was very sarcastic while ripping tickets and greeting people. Overall... Ok, not much else. read more

I am 5'4" and these seats are uncomfortable to me. The bottom of the seat is so long I can only sit with my legs crossed. Otherwise the seat goes beyond my knees so I would have to keep my legs extended. When I use the leg rest the back of the seat lifts in an odd place. This just isn't a comfortable place for me to watch a movie. I much prefer the seats at Silverspot across the street. read more

One doesn't expect much from youthful employees, but generally all goes well with patience and mutual respect. The zit faced "managers" or whatever title they have are uniformly rude, arrogant, incompetent and ageist. Three strikes ... you get a bad review. I don't drink soda pop but I love sparkling water with lime or lemon. Ordering this item brings out the a-hole in the pathetically arrogant boys in charge. The female employees always feel they need to ask permission or offer me a free glass coz it's just water. The first time the manager discovered I used MoviePass and decided I was "less than" his usual upscale customer I guess. He scowled at the capable and intelligent female for offering me a free cup (I actually wanted a big cup I would have paid $6.32 for), but I was like a deer in headlights since a young person there was actually being nice to me. The twerp boss-kid patently refuses to put lime in it LOUDLY exclaiming that such a thing "wasn't necessary." Just last night a different boy-boss was asked by the female counter worker as to whether she could actually sell me carbonated water with lime in it. Boy boss smiled at her condescendingly and shook his head with a sneer and a Grinch-like "no." After squeeling to a coworker how she couldn't believe he said no she relayed the executive decision back to me like I was deaf or something. Boy boss ran to the bar to avoid confrontation believing I would go away I guess. Hell no. I got my $6.32 carbonated water WITH lime in it. He was suspiciously all smiles. OK... NOBODY should be made to feel the way Paragons boy bosses try to make older customers feel not to mention the way they treat the young women working there. Here's a suggestion. Put the females in charge and let the boy bosses do non customer interactive work like cleaning the toilets etc. they can use their ties to wipe up spills and feel important at the expense of the germs they kill instead of wishing death and ill will against their elders. Shame on them. Don't think I'll go back to this teenage hell hole ever again... I managed movie theaters in my early 20s and I gotta say this place is a mess. Throughout the movie you could hear the youth gaggle squeeling laughing and gossiping. (I sat in the last row next to the door). Employees would come in and stand in the aisle... maybe with legitimate purpose but still managing to make noise and be disruptive. Overall this theater is not run professionally and nobody there seems to have the sense to reign them in. They need to be more aggressive in enforcing no cell phone use during the show. Rich entitled youth of course believe they are exempt from giving a shit about anyone but themselves and their precious text messages... I will be delivering that lesson personally since theater employees aren't mature enough or have strong enough egos to politely handle anything. read more

Theater is nice, newly renovated and clean. They're trying to compete with Silverspot but they didn't quite make it. They've reduced the number of seats, which is nice. However, they would have been better off to get better seats. The seats recline, but when you do you're not sitting right to watch the movie. Also, the leg rests are quite uncomfortable. read more

My favorite movie theater in Naples to come too. You can't beat the recliner seats in every theater. They offer great refreshments have a bar for drinks very clean everyone is very nice always come here. The service is always excellent -I had a little trouble and couldn't sign in online to buy my tickets for my points so the manager took care of us by giving me a free movie ticket! Amazing read more

This was one of the last date nights that my cancer stricken husband and I had before we go to Moffit cancer center in two weeks. We have been going to this theater for years and have spent quite a bit of money here as we are a movie going family. it has been the only escape we have had lately as my husband was diagnosed with bone cancer. We bought our tickets online several hours before the movie began. we decided to finally take advantage of the handicap spots since my husband has handicap accommodations and this would be easier for him to get in and out of the theater. He has had several collapsed vertebrae and has extensive nerve damage . He has a wheelchair but elected to use his cane tonight.We arrived at the theater , we got our seats and I left my husband to go order food. when I came back my husband was standing up and someone else had our seats. The people who had our seats informed my husband the manager took the people out of another theater and put them in our seats. so these people who were not handicapped and had not purchased tickets for our movie were in our seats. We asked for the manager after much confusion among the ushers, the manager came and could not really explain why he did that and why he didn't just ask those people to leave. We were very upset , we told them about my husband's cancer and accomodations. One usher told my husband that this has happened 3 times that he has remembered. We asked for a refund for the tickets and the food. We told them we would never come back. The kicker to all of this is- we own a business and go above and beyond to accommodate our clients. We are a dying breed apparently. We have always tried to show compassion to others. We have taught our children that having compassion is one of the greatest gifts. The incompetence and lack of compassion was absolutely astounding. The general manager came out and actually apologized for the other manager and said he would give us passes and food next week if we chose to come back. We can not go back. it left such a bad taste in our mouths. My husband and I have decided we would rather pay more at other movie theaters such as silverspot rather than go back to this one after we had this bad experience.The main thing is : We still do not understand how our seats were given to people without tickets for that movie when we had our tickets in our hands that we had purchased hours before online. Also the two ladies that took our seats saw my husband and his cane, do you think they offered to give my husband his seat back ? No, they didnt, but we would have . They did not get up and leave much less say anything even after my husband showed her his ticket. read more

Paragon Pavilion has quickly become my new favorite movie theater. Not only are the prices very affordable, but the theater itself is very nice. Everyone working there is very friendly. Every theater has reclining seats, which are VERY comfortable. The theater also has your usual concession items and they also have a bar, which carries a good variety of beer and wine. My last visit I wasn't feeling popcorn so I decided to try out one of their wraps and it was delicious! This has been such a great addition to the area, I will definitely be going again. read more

Went to see the new Star Wars at 10 pm on a Sunday and a woman brought her 4 children who would not stay in their seats, including her 2 year old daughter who screamed and ran up and down the aisles the entire time. At least 4 people went to complain, and the theater did nothing. They even knew the family by name, so this is probably a common occurrence. We had been so excited to see this movie and it was such a huge distraction the entire experience was ruined. It's a shame because everything else about this theater was great, including the bar/food, the seats, and the screen itself. The way this disturbance was handled was unacceptable read more

BEST theater in Naples, hands down! LOVE the large reclining leather seats. The arms come up, so you can cozy up to your partner, if that's your thing. Reserve your seats ahead of time. Nice selection of snacks, food, and wine. Food prices are crazy, but it's to be expected, sadly. Tuesdays are $6 all day! I can never make it then, but wish I could take advantage of that deal. Good parking and not as crazy packed with people as the other theaters in town. Good place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show! read more

Have gone to the movies here twice. Love the theater, power seats (5' 4" tall, I fit just fine, very comfortable), services and products available. It's like having your how private theater. And I can make reservations online, know where I'm going to sit and can arrive knowing that it's not sold out!!! I tell people about this place all the time. It's a good theater overall, clean and does what it's supposed to do, play movies. The few dings I give it is the ticket purchasing is just not a good way to buy tickets, the people at the counter are hit or miss with how they do their jobs, each theater is small and seems like you never have a theater expierence in them with eye level and finally the seats are comfy in terms of cushioning but good luck finding the right position in them. It's got a great location, like all theaters its overpriced entertainment but again it's a clean theater, it's got a great location, the concession is very good. It's become the go to theater for me as I live 5 mins from there but it still feels fairly new. We were watching a movie tonight (7-28-17) and with about twenty minutes left in the movie the lights came on and stayed on which was frustrating. I know my review may contradict the three star rating but it is a good theater with some small dings that can be fixed. read more

I would love to give this theatre a better review but the place is so poorly managed that until they make some changes this will not be our theatre of choice. The seats and theatre are awesome and really could give the nearby Silverspot a run. When we asked some simple questions to the staff on services, etc., the staff did not know. The ones we encountered seemed pretty clueless. They advertise the rewards cards, which I have found useful with other chains. They offered that we join when we went in a couple of weeks ago, but then when we said we were interested, they could not find one and said they had no more. They apologized and suggested we come back in a few days. We returned twice over a two week period, seeing another movie, and still no cards. At one point, they said they found more, but then could not find them. When I asked to talk to the manager, Alexandra Groom, she would not come out and talk to me; instead used her front staff to dismiss me and tell me there was nothing they could do or even to indicate when the cards come in. Honestly, how hard is it to get cards? Although the issue of the rewards program is what started this issue, and honestly is a minor issue overall, it has been the repeated poor guidance, ill informed staff, lack of any customer service skills at all that are the greater issues pointing to lack of competent management at this theatre, For now, if management remains as inept as it has over these few weeks, we will remain Silverspot customers as customer service is an important aspect for me. read more
