During the walk through, he already helped open our crawl space vents, and advised that there was a hole for creatures to get though. He plugged it with steel wool until we could get a better solution. This was all before settling with a treatment option, which we ended up signing on a quarterly basis. He has it scheduled in his calendar for quarterly reminders and will ask when the house is empty next to schedule. He cleans all cobwebs, checks for holes, treats interior of the house and our crawl space. My goal was to keep spiders at bay inside and ensure no destruction outside. We did find mice, and he helped mitigate the situation and will come back and help resolve it. He answers emails very timely and is so responsive. I'm thrilled he is our panda guy for our home in Tahoe. I would highly recommend quarterly treatments at a minimum, as I think it's a better deal than on-call. They conducted a thorough inspection of the property, set traps, and returned regularly to check on them. Thanks to their consistent follow-up, we're now completely chipmunk-free. More recently, in April 2026, we hired them again to deal with woodpeckers damaging our home. Once again, they did a full inspection, assessed the damage, repaired the holes, and installed ultrasonic and hanging deterrents. Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.
