In Tahoe City, getting a service to answer the phone or return a call timely can be hit an miss. Paragon returned my call in less than an 30 minutes. They focused on understanding my needs, I thought I had a bat problem. They let me know if my problem was bat related and would help me connect with a specialist (bats are a protected species). Josh arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He found no evidence of bats, but did find mice and carpenter ants. He applied zero pressure to start a bi-monthly service, but the price was too good to pass up. Having a caring professional inspect our mountain home regularly was a no brainer. read more

Paragon has helped us with multiple pest problems at our house in Northstar. We had a squirrel living in an attic space that had chewed through an exterior wall and birds nesting in our eaves and carpenter ants inside our house. They fives all of these for us and came back out when needed to make sure problems were resolved. Also trustworthy to do work in the house while we're not there. I called them and they were extremely responsive--they came out immediately, assessed the situation and how to resolve it, scheduled the appointment for extermination, and all for a very reasonable price--they called me from the house as they were taking care of the problem, gave me an update and made suggestions for preventative care--I will definitely use them again. read more

I rarely write reviews but these guys were great. We had bed bugs at our vacation home in Tahoe City and they were at the property and resolved the issue the next day. The crew was in touch with me throughout the process. The manager who wasn't even at the property called me to discuss the issue and my options. Responsive, Reliable and Wonderfully Successful. Paragon Pest has been our go to service for the past few years. I'm embarrassed we haven't reviewed them before, but thrilled to do so now.
