Absolute health hazard! Other inspectors around that operate under general hygenic conditions, as this guy's behavior was no less than piggish. Do you want him spreading his germs around your house? The email I sent them tells it all, and they never responded Peter and Eric, Peter recently completed and inspection in Kingswood Village. Though the inspection was fine, there was questionable behavior we need explanations for as we consider other actions. As the current owner, we observed Peter entering and existing the property both last week and Wednesday, without masks. There are clear signs on the front window requiring this extra safety during this health crisis. Most importantly, when I inspected the property Thursday AM, it was apparent the lower bathroom was used, with the toilet seat left up and splatter around, plus it was un-flushed. This was a health hazard and unacceptable behavior. We have Ring video documenting Peter as the only one entering the property for his follow up check Wed 8/12 (10:30-10:47 AM) with coded door locks supporting he was the only one who entered, and this act was after we just had the property professionally cleaned, under my supervision. I look forward to an update on this behavior today, as we consider other actions. read more

I have used Eric and TNT for pest needs approximately six different needs over the past 3 years. From ants, to paper wasps, and twice mouse/vols inside the house, these guys handle it all for a very fair price. Even as labor has become very hard to find, they've been able to tell me when they could get to my job - and usually they're able to meet my need even on short notice. Two final notes: (i) pricing is very fair, especially compared to another provider I needed to use in 2021, (ii) their communication is professional and predictable - they are usually working in the office in the early morning and then in the field after mid-morning. read more

These guys are a joke. Im a Realtor and I have worked with at least 25 pest inspectors and these guys are hands down the worst of the worst. They charged my client over $300 and didn't even inspect the property. He showed up for 3 minutes, walked around, stuck a screw driver in a couple logs and said, "oh yeap thats dry rot". We had a huge problem with chipmunks coming into our garage. We called TNT and they came by on July 2nd when most other providers were on vacation for July 4th. Eric found three holes in the garage and patched them up. He also removed a bird nest and didn't charge us anything extra. He's super knowledgable and knows where to look for holes since he has experience with house building. I definitely recommend them if you're having any issues with pest in your home. read more

Made an appointment a week prior to make sure they could come while I was home. Called after nobody showed up and was told they would check on worker and they would call me back. I called them an hour later and was told to make another appointment online. Told them I needed it sprayed ASAP and when I told them I already waited for 3 hours and had to leave to pick up my kids from school so couldn't wait around another hour, the owner hung up on me. read more

For about two years, I've used TNT Pest Control/Truckee Tahoe Pest Control for bi-monthly spraying and and rodent prevention. Their work was fine until this spring. I arrived late one night at my cabin and noticed several of the interior lights were on. I thought someone had broken in. When I got inside, I realized the pest inspector (who had left his invoice and who is the only one with key access) had left the lights on a few weeks before. A couple of bulbs burned out during the time they were all on. I called the company to complain but no one called me back. Two weeks ago, I arrived late on Friday night and discovered that the toilet had been used and not flushed. It was an unpleasant sight--especially since the house had been thoroughly cleaned at the end of our last visit. Again, the dropped invoice showed a recent visit by TNT/TT. When I called the company, I was told to expect a call back from the owner ASAP. I never got that call. Instead, I called a week later to terminate service. At that time, the owner answered and was somewhat apologetic but had no idea about my previous complaints. When I told him that the lack of any response was as disappointing as the poor service, he had no explanation. I sensed that he was fine if I canceled my service. So I did. I know that TNT/TT Pest Control was sold to the current owners (Eric and partners) some time back. It appears that the new owners simply don't have good oversight of their staff, and they don't understand how to respond when things go wrong. If you have a house or cabin that you care about--and you only want a professional entering when you aren't there--you can do better than TNT/TT. read more

They came, put in a bid for a bunch of work... including 300$ to clear out a few 2x4 scraps (which literally took me 15 min). Still decided to get some work done. Turns out they didn't even do half of it. After charging me the bill I noticed ants directly where the invoice said they sprayed. Called them back, and they confirmed that they didn't do it. I think it's a big scam job. Just do the work yourselves. It's tough to find honest laborers up there. Like they say... no one goes to Tahoe to work.... and these guys sure didn't. read more
