Brian is amazing. He is the "mouse whisperer." From his inspection, he knew precisely where the mice were coming in from. I was actually surprised when he said you can do this yourself and told me how. But given his reasonable pricing and honesty and my time limitations , I decided to use his services. In a matter of about 1-2 weeks all the mice inside the house were gone. He knew exactly where the mice were running around and the lay the traps. I asked him whether I should plug up the tiny holes and he said "I wouldn't waste your time and money on it. He looked around every corner of the house inside and outside carefully, looked at my attic and make sure everything is still intact, no feces or animal droppings are detected, made a few suggestions here and there to keep wild animals not able to easily accessible into the house. Made assure to us that no traces of animals are inside the house, and the reason we hear foot steps or scratches at night could be the reason animals trying to get inside of the house through roof or running across the roof, but didn't find any evidence of animals invading into the house. If problem persists, after I've sealed all the possible entryway, he's willing to come back and set a few traps, but he highly doubts it is raccoons (what we expected).
