Two weeks later, one of the balls fell off of my piercing unbeknownst to me, causing the whole stem to come out. I don't know how or when it fell out. I happened to see it when I went to clean it one morning. I had to re-pierce it myself and it HURT like crazy! But I refused to let it close after paying $60 for it. I'm so annoyed by this. Now I'm walking around with mismatched earrings until it fully heals but at least the hole didn't close and this is temporary. The guy who pierced my ear was friendly but may need more training.

I tried to set up an appointment on Facebook and sent two messages a few hours apart. Hector saw both of my messages but left me on read. I understand that he was probably busy but he could've at least told me he'd get back to me later. I sent him another message confronting him about being left on read and he decided to be a smart a** about it. After all that I decided to go get a tattoo from him anyway. Big mistake. I got Japanese symbols behind my ear and they were curved and humongous. Took him 10 minutes to do it and he didn't even show me the outline. After all that I decided to go back in December of 2022. I don't know why I made that stupid decision. I set up an appointment over the phone. When I got there I was told I did not have an appointment. I was so confused but they took me in anyway because they do walk ins. I showed Hector the picture of what I wanted (Love Yourz in cursive) and told him I wanted it exactly like the picture. He started tattooing my arm and again didn't show me the outline. When he got done, the tattoo didn't look anything like I asked for. Not only that but it looked like it said Love Young instead of Love Yourz. On top of that it literally took him 15 minutes. Learned my lesson. Never going back.

That's why I wanted to make sure that I wrote one. Reception was very pleasant and warm towards my friend and I. We sat down and watched TV until Dane was ready. It was only about a 15 minute wait, because I was a walk-in and Dane was finishing up a tattoo. My piercing was done briefly, and Dane gave me all of the after care information that I needed. It was a plus that he was very nice also. The establishment is very clean, and since it's winter they had this space heater that felt SO good. I love the way my piercing looks, and it is healing properly. I will be back, I promise!

He said that it was a simple design and felt confident in his work. He put the stencil on and everything looked great. It was hard to see the work in progress since it was on my right lower leg and I was laying on my side. As soon as he was done he said "there's your tattoo" and quickly covered it up. I didn't realize what a monstrosity it was until I went home and cried for hours. I waited several months before trusting someone else to "attempt" to cover it up. Super embarrassing for me and super clutch save for Mark. We shared a laugh and I was on my way. Most artists could give a damn about you as a person and just want your money. He gave me a lollipop when he pierced my nose and has fixed a ton of older tattoos for me as well as done some original work ! Devon is also amazing ! One of the reasons I stumbled into their shop other than needing someone who was willing to take on the massive cover up I needed was because I had a lot of my previous artists make me feel very uncomfortable to be "exposed" in front of them because of comments they'd make sexually & when I met mike & Devon it was A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE totally professional! I currently have 18 tattoos so I'm aware of what all to ask and I can normally tell by talking to an artist if I'll go with them. I'm doing an Egyptian theme on my side and he added the eye of Horus and the detail is awesome. I can't wait until the ugly part of the healing goes away but I'm already seeing how great it will be.
