Might have been high to some folks but when it comes to ink I don't bicker on price and I tip well. Don't need the artist taking short cuts over a few dollars. I called at 7 PM on a Friday night asking if they had availability for a lip piercing. Brian was kind and accommodating through the entire experience including when he answered the phone. Brian did an amazing job re-piercing my monroe and nostril with minimal pain and made every effort to have me as happy as I could be before I left, including helping me look for the perfect gemstone for my lip ring. Came here for two tattoos in one day back in June. The man that did them was very rude. He pressed down SO HARD I cried and it was a simple quote on my forearm. I didn't realize how hard his tattooing was until I recently went to a different artist and barely felt his touch on the same spot on the other arm. I have ink bleeding and the tattoos are thicker than I wanted because he pressed down so hard. I will not be returning, nor recommending. The only good thing is that they are very clean. Came in as a walk in to get my first tattoo, initially wanted roses, he said he couldn't do roses for whatever reason. He then started pulling up pictures of a sunflower with the moon in the middle. He said the price was $150 per hour. it took him not even 40 minutes to finish in full, charged me $180. It's now about 2 weeks later and there are spots that he completely missed on the stem of the sunflower, like it's literally white and the moon looks like a circle with lines in the middle, also didn't even heal black, it's grey... Totally and utterly disappointed with how my first tattoo ended up. read more

I came to the Kennesaw or Acworth whichever location to get my nose pierced the man was clearly high as a kite which I don't care all the bad if he knows what he's doing. He asked me which side I wanted pierced and I had put a lot of thought into that at first and said right and he told me wrong that that wasn't where you did it and he pierced my left side. I then went to a different tattoo shop to check out my piercing because it was very very painful and became infected and he told me not to let my friends pierce me. And I took it out let it heal and paid 20 dollars to get it redone somewhere else correctly. It's 45 to get it done here. BE CAREFUL! I went into Lucky Draw a couple days ago to get my conch pierced. The man at the counter who greeted us and then did my piercing was extremely friendly and personable- I don't have a bad thing to say about him. My issue is that he pierced me with an extremely short barbell, and I was even weary when he showed me my options of jewelry because I know a decent amount about piercings and I had a feeling it would be way too short for a swollen, healing wound. However, I trusted that he was the expert and let him pierce me with it. Fast-forward to now, I've been on the verge of tears since I've gotten it done and basically unable to touch my ear. The swelling got so bad that it began surrounding the ball on the back of the bar bell and the piercing could not even be turned or lifted to clean under it. Since I knew exactly what was going on, I was able to go to another tattoo shop and have them change it out for a longer bar bell, but they were even visibly shocked when they saw my ear, and told me it was a good thing I came in otherwise things would've gotten much worse, and I now have to care for my conch much more extensively, as it's become a "problematic piercing." Having to take out the original piercing to change it out was the worst pain I've had with any piercing, and I have 17 ear face and body piercings. Luckily I knew what was wrong, but I don't want someone who doesn't know to have the same thing happen to them and then let it get much worse. The guy I encountered was rude, condescending, and pushy. I went to the store after seeing a commercial for their tattoos AND PIERCINGS, and before entering noticed a sign that read, "Exotic piercings available." My intent was simply to purchase an 18G CBR. I mean, if they do "exotic piercings" then I figured they'd at least have a CBR or two... I walked in and requested the CBR, to which the guy at the entrance replied, "What do you need it for?" I explained that I had a nose piercing that was I had previously gauged and lost the CBR I kept in it. He then proceeded to tell me that if it was closing up the only way to get a larger gauge in there was to have it repierced, COMPLETELY ignoring what I had said just a moment before. He then nonchalantly glanced over in the case and said, "And I don't have any CBRs, anyway... aside from the ones I use to pierce." So, not only was the guy treating me like I knew nothing about piercings, but he was incredibly pushy about repiercing my nose, for which he could charge me ample. I said, "You don't have any nose studs, either, huh?" He said, "No, I only have the CBRs in the back that I use to pierce with." Again trying to push a service on me. I declined and he said, "Well, we're not really known for piercings, since we're a tattoo shop. You should try some of our competitors. You can go to Hot Topic and purchase Body Rage jewelry...." and I tuned him out from there. Basically, the guy was a total prick (no pun intended). I was so incensed; I decided to call The Cat's Meow, from whom I've received a tattoo from previously, and ask if they carried an 18G CBR. They said yes, I showed up, forked over five bucks for silver CBR, and was out the door in less than 30 seconds. Bottom line: Wouldn't recommend them for anything. I have been her twice and was treated nothing less than great. I do very bad with needles, so the first time I got light headed and they fixed me up right away with a place to sit and wait and a candy bar to bring up my blood sugar. The second time, they brought a table for me to lay down on while doing my tattoo because they knew I wasn't okay around needles. Lucky Draw is fantastic, but I would give 5 stars just for Ena Coefield! I've been getting pierced by her for three years and thus have known Lucky Draw pretty well. The place is literally the cleanest studio I've ever been in! It's comfortable, open, professional, and everyone on staff is friendly without being too over bearing. I have enjoyed every time I've been there, and they have always been so relaxed and accommodating! While I have never been tattooed here, I cannot express my love enough for Ena. Ena did one of my larger tattoos and I've had it a little over 2 years and I still get several compliments on it. Chris Posey has also done a few of my smaller tattoos all of which are lettering and he does an awesome job on lettering none of them have faded and the lines all still look awesome, he's also really cool to hang out with while getting new ink! :) I wouldn't go anywhere else, all of the shops are very clean and nice! *****PSA DONT GO HERE, read this**** I went to this place for a tattoo and the first tattoo artist I had set up a appointment a week from the day I came, two days before our session he gets fired so I go back to the store and ask about the situation the head tattoo artist informed me that I can use my deposit for a tattoo payment in the future which sounded great, so I explained to him the tattoo I wanted to do and we scheduled another appointment a week from that day. So the day comes and the tattoo artist is and hour and 30 I'm late to our session and on top of that didn't even have the design drawn up, so when he gets there he takes another 45 min to draw my design shows it to me and ask if it was ok and I said yeah...THEN HE GOES OUT AND TAKES A SMOKE BREAK...comes back and does my tattoo...then a few months later I come back to the store asking if I can use the deposit i had there to start another tattoo like me and the head tattoo artist talked about and not only was he not there but the store never reached back out to me over a span of 4 weeks....long story short bad customer service and I lost money read more

Came in with two of my friends me and one of them both came in to get a tattoo. First there was a back in 10 minutes sign on the locked door, we sat for over 10 minutes till someone arrived with food in his hand. Didn't apologize for us having to wait outside in the cold for him to get there, he actually seemed annoyed we even were there. My friend was getting three words tattooed on her maybe two inches long that should have costed 60 dollars and he quoted her 150 dollars trying to rip us off, I guess assuming we were young dumb blonde girls who had no idea what we were doing when we all have multiple tattoos. Then he went on to say that we would have to wait for him to eat if we wanted to get tattooed. Needless to say we walked out. I got an industrial piercing from Ena back in October and she talked me into putting rings in it right after she put the bar through. I trusted her opinion, since she most likely knew more about piercings than I did. She said in 4-6 weeks I could come back in and get the bar. Starting at four weeks, I called in asking for her schedule and when would be best. I consistently got she was busy and she was out sick for most of November. I tried again once more in December and needless to say, she was sick again. For most of the time, my piercing has been red and very painful to the touch. I thought it might be infected, so I went to the doctor. She said it was not an infection, but some irritation and that I was probably allergic. Issue is, I have multiple other piercings and never have had a single issue with any earrings. I was recommended to go to Kolo (a piercing shop in Little Five Points, Atlanta) to get their opinion. One look and the guy said that it was a botched job and there was no way a bar would comfortably fit. Then, he saw that the rings were much too small and that was causing most of my issues. The placement of the rings was also bad, one was directly in the way when I would wear sunglasses. All in all, Ena either has very little experience or she realized she messed up my piercing after doing it and tried to cover her tracks by talking me into rings. I would not recommend her whatsoever. And the level of professionalism of her coworkers is also ridiculous. When the same girl calls in multiple times, you can't always use the excuse she is sick. read more

We went into this "well-known" establishment for small hearts on our collar-bone. (Sister hearts) They look terrible. BOTH OF THEM!!!??? Our heart tattoos were bigger on one side than the other and neither were filled in. We spoke to the "artist" Dale about it the same day and he said once healed to come back in, no problem. Once we came back by to discuss the next move... We were totally shunned like it was irrelevant! When speaking to Dale about fixing our "Measly" little hearts he said "I do not have time, that I have a six hour tattoo in the booth. That we should of called before just showing up" throwing his hands in the air. --mind you....we never suggested he needed to stop what he was doing. We just wanted to discuss the next move. We were already nervous about them fixing it! When we walked out, I came back in to grab a business card. I literally heard Dale running his mouth about the situation to his client! Once we became more upset,due to the lack of professionalism, someone else "offered" to help, being just as rude as the first guy. He offered to help once we asked to speak to management. Yes, he offered to fix them right then! However, he smugly told us that he would be more inclined to help us if we would calm down! That's the problem...no one wanted to hear anything we actually had to say. Or answer questions. We were just an absolute annoyance. No, thank you! I would rather pay for someone else to fix this disaster. I was actually scared of the result, otherwise. We will surely make it a point to tell every one just how horrible the experience was. The amount of smug, rudeness and disrespect in this establishment is appalling. The atmosphere is as if these tattoos are FREE. I can't believe we paid $140 with a tip for two small disasters. Called in // Walked in. Convenient. Was quoted $90 for a small tattoo of Roman numerals across my forearm. From the beginning of the transactions there was little to no friendliness, just seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to be there regardless of the fact that there was no one else in the shop. Walked in to a very clean smelling and looking shop. Was directed to the portfolio and as I was shown where they were the "tip your artist" sign was moved towards me when the guy (Tim) didn't think I would see him do it. Had a friend with me. Tim asked my friend to stop talking while he was inking. (Why....?) Told me not to talk while he was inking. (After 30+ years you'd think someone would be okay with talking. This tells me he was rude, thought we were annoying, and wanted us to shut up.) got quotes from multiple other shops for this tattoo AFTER I got it and all quotes were anywhere from $30-$40 cheaper. I liked it better when it was in Cartersville. The prices were better and the people were nicer. I went to the new one in Kennesaw one day with a friend to get my vertical nipples done, but they dont do that, nor do they do dermals, which is kinda said when they ave a sign that says exotic piercings. I also went there to get a tattoo that isnt to big. It was the same size as the one on my ribs that I got done by Lucky Draw when it was in Catersville for 95 bucks. The one I got at the Kennesaw location they wanted close to 200 for it. Way way to much. I have never gone back there but have been going to Cats Meow ever since then. I had my tattoo done by Ena on the 3rd of January. I got the words "Love is My Religion" on my inner bicep. It took 15 minutes to have the entire tattoo done, not long at all. the tattoo itself turned out not to bad overall. After a couple weeks, I noticed a few spots would possibly need a touch up. I went in about 3 weeks after getting my tattoo done to see if i could have Ena take a look at it and have her opinion on it and if touch ups would be needed later on. I had no intentions on getting it done that day, i just wanted her to take a look. She didn't look at it and just told me to come back in one or two months and she would look! I was a little upset with this visit but brushed it off and left. A month went by and i called the shop back to schedule a touch up. She told me to call the following week on that tuesday or thursday and she would let me know if i could come in. So i waited a week and called her that thursday. Her coworker answered and i told her my situation and told her that Ena had told me to call back that day to see if she could fit me in. Her coworkers response was "Shes tattooing right now" and i told her "i understand, Ena had told me to call about my touch up and if she could relay the message" and her response again was "Shes tattooing right now". I didn't know what to say and she finally said "Ill have her call you when she is done". This was around 5:30 in the evening and i finally received a call around 10 that night. She told me that the earliest she could do it was the next tuesday. Keep in mind my tattoo took fifteen minutes to finish and the touch ups would literally take only 5 minutes max. I went in that next tuesday and was ready to have it done. I walked in with a friend who had also gotten his tattoo with me by Ena and this touch up appointment was suppose to be for the both of us. She acknowledged my friend and told him he would be getting his touch up today. I was a little confused and asked if i would be able to get mine done today as well as we had called for the both of us getting them done. She looked at me and told me "No, No". I was shocked but didn't want to say anything because my friend was about to have his tattoo redone. After his touch up was done, he came over to me to show it and ask my opinion. His tattoo is on his back and as I was looking at it i put my hand on his shoulder to keep him stable so i could get a closer and better look. Ena literally yelled at me and goes "Don't touch it! Don't touch it!" and i thought what the hell and told her im touching his shoulder and my hands are nowhere near his tattoo. After she gave him little pads to put on his tattoo she comes over to me and tells me that i can schedule an appointment for my touch up. Fed up at this point, i told her "no, its ok, im just gonna have it done elsewhere as you obviously dont have time to do mine as ive been calling for nearly a month. She looked at me and laughed. I had nothing to say at this point and told my friend i was ready to leave and started walking out the door. As i was walking out she was going "wahhh, wahhh" to me like a baby. I was pretty furious but she was not worth my time and not worth the effort of arguing and fighting with her. We walked out and left. Ena is very, very unprofessional. I would think she would want the tattoo she did to look good so when people ask i can tell them Ena did it and recommend her. I will never go back to this shop. I am planning on going elsewhere and paying for a touch up and get it done by a true professional because she can't find the time to touch up her own tattoo. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This was my first tattoo and Ena truly made it a horrible experience for me. Don't go here and don't see her. read more
