Who doesn't want to work with a much more affordable version of a "Chip and Joann"? We primarily saw and worked with Joe, while Karly is more behind the scenes. The work we had done was our two upstairs bedrooms, stuck in some unknown decade of quirky and mismatched. We were able to have our master bedroom vaulted and both bedrooms were repainted with recessive lighting installations. The Master bedroom was completely transformed beyond expectations and quickly become the favorite room of the house and the second bedroom/office is warmer, brighter, and cleaner. Joe and his team are honest, professional, and meticulous in keeping things tidy and organized. Joe is like that friend you haven't seen in a while and it's nice to have that level of trust when it comes to improving your home/sanctuary. We're looking forward to working with Eden again as we continue to make our home beautiful one step at a time.

I had a poor experience with the folks I hired to do the water mitigation work, originally planning to have them also do the remodel and then just really bad luck trying to hire another contractor-lots of no shows, or folks who showed up for the estimate but then not follow through when I tried to hire them. After all that, dealing with Joe was like a breath of fresh air. He came out to check out my space within a week of contacting him, took his time looking around and telling me his thoughts, which I appreciated. When he was a day or two later than he mentioned getting me the written estimate, he reached out to let me know. He followed up after the estimate, which I received during a super busy time personally, and I was ready to schedule the work but had to postpone, due to last minute travel for work. We agreed on a date after I returned, and again he followed up to make sure we were still on. This kind of communication has been unheard of, in my experience with hiring other professionals to work on my house, and I really appreciated it. Joe has been responsive, reliable, and friendly throughout, accommodated my work schedule and any interactions I had with his team were also fine. I'm very pleased with the work he did to restore my basement-it looks great and I can't wait to unpack all my stuff and start getting some use out of it (and also show it off)!! All in all, I would totally hire Eden again-and you should, too!

I hired EJT to remodel my master bathroom. EJT came recommended from a relative, whose kitchen remodel was nothing short of amazing. That was incentive enough to hire him, but I decided to shop around anyway. I did find a couple people who were less expensive, but when I asked to see pictures of their work, they didn't have any, or seemed confused that I would even ask. Any questions I had were met with "uh," "well.." "Umm.." Or "I'm not sure," leaving me with very little confidence. Then Eric from EJT showed up, and it was like a whole different ball game. There was no question I could throw at this guy that he wasn't TOTALLY sure of the answer to, and when I asked to see pictures of his work, he pulled out an iPad and let me scroll through an entire album of his work. Actually, while I was scrolling I noticed he'd created a dog washing station for someone, and decided to incorporate that into the remodel. This guy isn't just a contractor, he's got about a MILLION certifications and licenses, he's literally an EXPERT, this guy is the best. When things did go long or cost more money he was completely transparent, and took responsibility when it had to anything to do with him. The work we have done was ripping off our top floor and rebuilding from the ground up. New floor, walls, roof, bathroom - everything. He also gutted and rebuilt our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. All that work took under 6 months, and with all of the supply chain issues, it was remarkable. I now have the home of my dreams. I cannot give a bigger recommendation. He left us with a huge pile of construction garbage that he was supposed to remove as per the contract.
