I heard of Paramount when the owner Eric was on "the inside outside guys" on the radio, and since our roof was 25 years old, I called for a quote. Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that it was done to the utmost perfection. (our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol! When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house! I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be. Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards across the floor, and I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there! Lol! Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team, everyone with whom we have interacted has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend! Great company to do business with.... I acquired multiple quotes from reputable companies and Paramount was quite competitive. I chose them when the manager explained about the working history of the installation crew. I am a manager at one of the big three and I know having the right crew to perform your project is essential. Paramount's crew is shadowed by none. There were a dozen guys on my roof and every one of them knew their job to the point where it looked choreographed like a ballet....They completed my roof in one day. My roof was not an easy roof to do. There were multiple issues to bring it up to code and a significant number of valleys. The workmanship was outstanding. The entire process was enjoyable to watch. My roof was leaking so I had paramount come out and look at the problem. For 750$ they were going to fix the leak and "tune" up the roof. The roof leaked during the next rain. The leak is still there and now they want 950$ to fix the problem again. I will not give this company a good rating as they did substandard work on my roof. read more

Just finished our new roof today. I shopped around over 15 companies and did the legwork to find the better deal. Ended up choosing these guys. They were not the cheapest, but they did offer the best bang for the buck. Sales consultant came at the exact time window promised. Left me with 3 quotes (good/ better/ best). I ended up selecting the best option, as it seemed to be the best deal. The crew that came to do the work had incredible work ethic. The job took longer than expected due to the rain and sudden snow, but the team worked over the weekend to get it done. It was clear that they were true professionals, proud of what they do. Even went the extra mile to fix other issues in my chimney that I didn't even ask for. I am extremely happy about the final result. The house looks absolutely beautiful. Already passed their number to a couple of my neighbors that are looking for a new roof! read more

Jon came out for a roof inspection/quote based on a leak we were having. Jon said shingles looked good and made a recommendation for the leak, which was done, and said wait and see if it worked. It did. Based on the honesty of Jon, when the time comes for replacement of the roof, or any other building repair, I will contact Paramount to do it. I called Paramount to repair some missing shingles from my roof as a result of high winds. They were highly recommended by a friend. Paramount's administrative staff was extremely helpful and very responsive. She even followed up with me when an earlier appointment opened up. On the day of my roof repair, the repairman showed up on time (he was even a few minutes early). He was very prompt and professional. He was able to find shingles to match my roof and quickly made the repair in the rain before the heavy storms started. Overall, I was completely satisfied with their service, level of professionalism, and communication with me. Paramount may do good roofing jobs based upon reviews I am seeing, but once you get on their unsolicited fax marketing list, you are doomed to be hit up constantly regardless of how many times you ask them to remove you from the list. I work out of my house so they think I am a commercial customer, and I have to waste paper and toner on these roofing companies. Mind you, Paramount isn't the only roofing company that does this. Apparently they all use some marketing company out there that doesn't care how many times you ask to be removed. read more
