Amongst the management team, Rai Brown, should be your go to leasing agent. She single handedly coordinated a move in with myself and 2 other roommates in China. There were several issues with moving in surrounding guarantor forms and proof of income, but Rai went above and beyond to communicate with corporate to finalize a proper move in. notable perks: - whole foods delivery to door - 24/7 gym - parcelpending - multiple elevators If you can't get Rai Brown, your next best bet is the manager, Patrick. It is an understatement to say that the few management employees handle both leasing inquiries and current resident situations. Keep that in mind and if reaching out virtually: optimal calling hours or emailing is after opening at 9am EST!

The good: the apartment itself, the maintenance staff is prompt once a work order is placed…read more The bad: The front office seems bothered by every question or request. They have an attitude with everything. They recently put a $50 charge on my account for not having renters insurance (I've had the policy active and paid with USAA since moving in). I've now called five times to get them to remove this charge so I can pay this month's rent. The online portal will not allow you to pay a custom amount. Now the charge is off, but with a $130 late charge. The package situation is dumb. I have a wedding coming up, so clearly expensive and important packages will be coming to me. The front office accepts the packages from the carrier, puts them in the back of the office and when you try to get them from the front office staff, they can't find them. I have literally visited the office six times to receive two packages. They also will not allow you back there to look yourself. They never answer the phone. This is annoying, because when you walk down to the office there is usually someone sitting in the office to greet you. Even if you have a tour of a future resident, have one staff member stay in the office to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message I never get a call back. I have called on at least five occasions and received one call back. There was even a time when a resident near me had packages outside their door piling up over a couple weeks. A neighbor stopped me in the hall and we were both concerned. The resident clearly lived alone and we were concerned if the person might not be alright inside. I go down to the office to speak to the staff who visibly looked annoyed I was bothering her. She told me the resident would retrieve the packages eventually and not to worry about it. I said, "Can you please do a wellness check to make sure the person is not dead inside?" She again acted annoyed. I threw my hands up and left. The amenities are consistently broken and under repair. For a complex that talks of luxury, this is far from it. Live somewhere else.

1 Star - Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Negligent Management…read more My experience at The Reid Apartments has been nothing short of appalling, and it is entirely due to gross mismanagement. Under Tiffany Mason's leadership, this property operates with a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency. Phone calls to the leasing office routinely go unanswered. Requests for documentation are ignored. Simple resident needs--such as retrieving mail--are escalated unnecessarily and irresponsibly, including involving law enforcement. The stress caused by this pattern of behavior became so severe that it resulted in a medical emergency requiring ambulance transport and hospital care. No resident should ever be pushed to that point by the very people tasked with managing their home. Beyond management issues, the property itself is poorly maintained. Trash is frequently left sitting around the building, creating unsanitary and unacceptable conditions. Instead of addressing these visible problems, management appears far more focused on intimidation tactics and avoidance than on actually doing their jobs. This is not just bad customer service--this is negligence. Leadership at this property has failed its residents, and the lack of oversight from ownership is glaring. I strongly caution anyone considering living here: think twice. A home should be a place of safety and stability, not stress, fear, and chaos.

Clean complex and accommodating staff! The complex is one of the best in the areas! It's quiet,…read moresafe, and accessible. The leasing staff members are friendly & they approach issues with compassion. Maintenance requests are also handled in a timely manner ( you are sent emails and text before anyone enters your home). I lived here for a while & still have no complaints. Any issue that I've had has been small and rectified within 48 hours. Pedro,Kamae( may have spelt her name wrong), and the newest young lady that they added are great!

A great place to call HOME. I have been living in high rises in the Buckhead area for almost 4…read moreyears now, however this place is way way way better than any of those fancy buildings i have lived in. Here are the reasons why- 1) First and foremost what makes the community so great are the Staff members. Alli Lynch was my leasing agent and believe me when i say that- i have never had a more easy or comfortable move my entire life as i had here. She was very empathetic to my needs- she built a working relationship i could trust.  Alli and Lauren were very helpful to my needs and made the whole process seem like a cake walk. 2) The neighborhood has a lot of life within walking distance- you exit the community and you are amidst the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, theatre, grocery stores and what not!! Name a thing and they have it here. Yes Costco too ;) Oh did i mention Old Blinde Dog and Hob Nob ;) Additionally, its only a 4- 5 minute drive to Buckhead- Isn't it crazy! #Blessed 3) Ok now time to give you a tour of the community inside. Ok this might sound unreal but hey, this apartment complex has as INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR!! crazy right? wait till i tell you about the other amenities the community has to offer. Ok so this place has 2 pools with those fancy CABANAS- yeah we have a little bit of Miami going on here ;) Free wi-fi in common areas to 24 hrs business centre with iMacs, 24 hr package concierge etc. The clubroom is the most amazing place- i can't explain how amazing- you gotta see it to believe it- from Billiards lounge to Poker table to gourmet Demonstration kitchen with dining area. Over and above the stereo type amenities which all other communities have to offer- this place has a Zen area with a fountain and fire place and grills- i am not even counting how many grills-too many and i am not that great in Maths! 4) Now time to take you guys inside the apartment- The apartments are super spacious- believe me when i use the word SUPER.. Most importantly the closets- Yes i am the kinds who like my money hanging in the closet and the closet space is just perfect (by perfect i mean Huge lol). The kitchen is all Stainless everything. Hey, the ceiling fans have built in lights YAAY!!! The balcony is great too with lot of privacy. The bathrooms are so cool (by cool i mean fancy :D) with the framed vanity mirrors and lots of cabinets. 5) OCD'S like me- this place is super clean (it smells like a SPA- i am not kidding) and the maintenance staff is just so so amazing. They cater to your issues at the blink of an eye and what really touched me was that the leasing staff emails you to ensure your maintenance issue was resolved- i am a big sucker for the humanitarian touch and the staff just does it right! 6) Fitness Freaks- this place is heaven for y'all.. the gym is spread over 2 floors- promise i am not lying lol. Oh did i mention we also have a Yoga and Spin Bike room out here ;) with a self instructed Fitness on demand. Hang on- it gets better! Very frequently they organize Morning Yoga with Mimosas- can it get any better? Oh wait- i am not even mentioning all the other events- every single weekend from Wine tastings to celebrity chef preparing Omelets  and mimosas (yeah seems like they love mimosas) to handing over Chick-fil-A sandwiches outside the parking lott on a Monday morning- Monday just became MonYAY!! P.S. Also, your furry and not so furry babies have  great time here. The rent is very very affordable considering the amenities and the neighborhood- this place is a complete WinWin. 5 STARS!! Ok well, incase you are super excited to see the community or super bored reading this; either way-  i would stop raving about it now- you gotta see it to believe it. And yes i do not get any special perks for writing this- you can hold me to it lol (i am an attorney :D)

A Painful and Traumatizing Experience as a Black Woman…read more I have never felt so humiliated, dehumanized, and unsafe in a place I've frequented for weeks. As a Black woman, I am no stranger to discomfort in predominantly white spaces, but this experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. My friend recently moved to Atlanta and now lives in this building. I visit often, usually grabbing breakfast at the café nearby before heading over to wait for him after his shift. This time, I needed to use the restroom. Like any other human, I took my time--handling my personal needs and cleaning up after myself. I never could have predicted what would happen next. Out of nowhere, I heard the click of a key unlocking the door, followed by an aggressive bang--a terrifying knock that sent my heart racing. When I opened the door, I was met with a police officer and two other individuals staring me down. The officer immediately demanded my ID and asked if I lived there. His presence alone was jarring. I told him no, explaining that I was waiting for my friend to get off work--in just 10 minutes. But that wasn't enough. Fearful of what would happen next, I called my friend on the phone, my hands shaking. That's when a short white man with a bald head, a tattoo on his arm, and casual shorts stepped forward. He was just a resident--not security, not staff--yet he had the audacity to treat me like an intruder. He interrogated me, aggressively demanding to know who I was, who I knew, and why I was in the restroom for so long. He spoke to me as if I was a criminal, as if my existence in that building was a problem that needed to be handled. Then came a short woman in an all-blue suit with long curly hair--equally aggressive, equally invasive. They both threw accusations and questions at me like I was on trial. It didn't matter that I'd been there countless times before. It didn't matter that I was simply waiting for my friend, minding my own business. My presence--my Blackness--was enough to make them uncomfortable. At this point, the situation had escalated to something deeply disturbing. I was cornered, harassed, and treated like I was nothing. I told them I would just leave, because what else could I do? I have never been in trouble with the law, never caused an issue, never disrespected anyone. Yet I was treated like a trespasser, like a homeless person loitering on the street, like a threat that needed to be removed. I have never been so degraded, so violated, so painfully aware that my presence was unwelcome. I own a three-story townhouse, yet in that moment, they made me feel like I had no right to be anywhere near that building. They saw my Blackness and assumed the worst. This wasn't just an inconvenience. It was racism. It was discrimination. It was an attack. My friend will not be renewing his lease. I will never step foot in that place again. And I will never forget how small, how powerless, how deeply disrespected I felt in that moment.
