Here are the reasons why- 1) First and foremost what makes the community so great are the Staff members. Alli Lynch was my leasing agent and believe me when i say that- i have never had a more easy or comfortable move my entire life as i had here. She was very empathetic to my needs- she built a working relationship i could trust.  Alli and Lauren were very helpful to my needs and made the whole process seem like a cake walk. 2) The neighborhood has a lot of life within walking distance- you exit the community and you are amidst the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, theatre, grocery stores and what not!! Name a thing and they have it here. Yes Costco too ;) Oh did i mention Old Blinde Dog and Hob Nob ;) Additionally, its only a 4- 5 minute drive to Buckhead- Isn't it crazy! #Blessed 3) Ok now time to give you a tour of the community inside. Ok this might sound unreal but hey, this apartment complex has as INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR!! crazy right? wait till i tell you about the other amenities the community has to offer. Ok so this place has 2 pools with those fancy CABANAS- yeah we have a little bit of Miami going on here ;) Free wi-fi in common areas to 24 hrs business centre with iMacs, 24 hr package concierge etc. The clubroom is the most amazing place- i can't explain how amazing- you gotta see it to believe it- from Billiards lounge to Poker table to gourmet Demonstration kitchen with dining area. Over and above the stereo type amenities which all other communities have to offer- this place has a Zen area with a fountain and fire place and grills- i am not even counting how many grills-too many and i am not that great in Maths! 4) Now time to take you guys inside the apartment- The apartments are super spacious- believe me when i use the word SUPER.. Most importantly the closets- Yes i am the kinds who like my money hanging in the closet and the closet space is just perfect (by perfect i mean Huge lol). The kitchen is all Stainless everything. Hey, the ceiling fans have built in lights YAAY!!! The balcony is great too with lot of privacy. The bathrooms are so cool (by cool i mean fancy :D) with the framed vanity mirrors and lots of cabinets. 5) OCD'S like me- this place is super clean (it smells like a SPA- i am not kidding) and the maintenance staff is just so so amazing. They cater to your issues at the blink of an eye and what really touched me was that the leasing staff emails you to ensure your maintenance issue was resolved- i am a big sucker for the humanitarian touch and the staff just does it right! 6) Fitness Freaks- this place is heaven for y'all.. the gym is spread over 2 floors- promise i am not lying lol. Oh did i mention we also have a Yoga and Spin Bike room out here ;) with a self instructed Fitness on demand. Hang on- it gets better! Very frequently they organize Morning Yoga with Mimosas- can it get any better? Oh wait- i am not even mentioning all the other events- every single weekend from Wine tastings to celebrity chef preparing Omelets  and mimosas (yeah seems like they love mimosas) to handing over Chick-fil-A sandwiches outside the parking lott on a Monday morning- Monday just became MonYAY!! P.S. Also, your furry and not so furry babies have  great time here. The rent is very very affordable considering the amenities and the neighborhood- this place is a complete WinWin. 5 STARS!! Unprofessional with extreme caution…read more I had a very DISAPPOINTING experience with 1105 Town Brookhaven. When we first consulted with the leasing team, we were quoted one price, but it didn't match what ended up on the actual contract. This kind of inconsistency made us question the professionalism of the whole office from the start. The application process itself took about three weeks of back-and-forth before we got any real answers -- an unreasonably long time considering how simple our questions were. Because disappointing experience we decided to cancel our application. Instead of processing the cancellation properly, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never clearly explained. When we asked them to refund the application fee given everything that had happened, they went completely silent -- no response, even from property manager. Based on our experience, I can't recommend them.

I ended up right back where I started and moved up to the top floor and I LOVE IT!! Dwayne is amazing and came into the new apartment to adjust a couple of things and make sure everything was perfect for my move in. He is just absolutely the best. They all are great here. The office employees are super sweet and very helpful. The amenities are amazing, the location is unbeatable for walking to everything and in beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is super secure. They just replaced all of the heat/cooling on 100% of the apartments and put a brand new roof on too. I am looking forward to seeing the hallways get repainted. The hallway carpet is just beautiful and the elevators are very classy. The vinyl wood flooring in my apartment is gorgeous. I just love it here and glad I am staying!!!!

The staff: Having a 24/7 concierge is game changing. They provide an extra level of security, while always being available to hold deliveries, answer questions, and make sure you have what you need. They are always super nice and super quick to help you with anything. Maintenance is also incredibly fast and helpful. I've really only ever had a couple small things come up (like my smoke detector kept inconsistently beeping), and they were so quick to come help. You can also put in requests for around the apartment if you notice something is broken or dirty, and they are on it. Additionally, the cleaning staff is INCREDIBLE and keeps the place literally spotless. Even the pillows are fluffed in the lobby on the regular. The amenities: Unbelievable, some of the best around. The gym is top notch (and again always spotless!), and there are TWO pools-- one with one of the best views of the city on the rooftop, and another on the first floor that's shaded and has cabanas. The amount of spaces to hang out is actually unreal (reading terrace, library, bar lounge, clubhouse, etc). There are beautiful little touches everywhere with decor and it's all just over the top and lovely... I can't stress how much space this place has to entertain yourself and others. There are fun extras like the sauna, steam room, and shuffleboard tables, too. The apartment: Extremely quiet, everything is brand new. The walls are concrete-enforced so you can't hear neighbors at all unless they're walking through the halls outside your door (and even then they're quiet). It's also got fantastic finishes... everything is incredibly modern and well-thought out. The custom closets, the dimmer switches, the Nest thermostats... they are all nice-to-haves that I never thought of but have grown to love. The kitchen and bathroom are truly beautiful and have upgraded appliances. I always feel incredibly safe in the entire complex and my own unit, and have really loved living here. The cons: I cannot, for the life of me, understand with so much space why they only allow two guests per household. You can't rent out any of the huge, gorgeous spaces (like the kitchen upstairs, despite having tables that seat 10). They hardcore reinforce 2 guests, particularly at the pool (which definitely keeps any sort of partying non existent, which I appreciate). But if I have, say, my partner over and want to invite another couple to the pool, I'm unable to do so which is ridiculous. Guest parking is also a pain in the ass, having to register each guest with a piece of paper. Several times they have run out of guest parking and my guests have to pay to park overnight somewhere else. I also face the back parking entrance and sometimes cars come flying or bump their base. I can hear the garage open and closing all the time which gets a bit annoying. Overall: Truly one of the best living experiences I've had minus rules regarding guests. I'm super impressed with this complex... I'd recommend living here to literally anyone.

This is never was an issue the first year I moved in, so this is based on recent feedback. Furthermore, it's noted that you can't have alcohol at the pool. The rules don't seem reflective of the community and seem unenforceable given everyone drinks can beers, or other spirits at the pool. Just acknowledge it was overreaching and pivot. You're doubling down on something that could easily be addressed because it's not an ongoing concern.

It had mold and leaked, and despite multiple maintenance requests it was not replaced for months. When it finally was replaced, the machine they installed also leaked. The air conditioning also did not work properly during my entire year living here. Parking is extremely limited. If I returned around 6pm, there were often no available spots on my floor or even the floors above or below. The freight elevator was broken for months, including when I moved out. Because of this, my movers had to park on the street and the move took significantly longer. There was no timeline provided for when it would be repaired. Overall, my experience involved ongoing maintenance issues and building inconveniences that were never fully resolved.

Everything else is fine, the employees are great, but again, they expect a premium every month but do not give you what they promise in return. Interiors (floors, wall paintings, the leasing office) have been renovated in recent years. Maintenance is both effective and efficient. The staff in the leasing office are friendly and professional. They all do their best to ensure a positive residential experience and have planned great resident events.
