They delivered a refrigerator that I had purchased 3 days ago, 4-16-21. They communicated with me as promised, (even beyond with calls, texts and emails! No guessing about "IF" it would arrive) and even gave me a MUCH APPRECIATED one hour notice (vs the 30 min I was told that I would receive) Arrived safe and in perfect condition even though Whirlpool rarely sends large appliances in cardboard anymore. I've come here several times recently. They accept UPS, Fedex, and USPS packages. It is in a convenient location, right off of Highway 11, and is great to drop off any items that won't fit in your mailbox. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have plenty of shipping supplies here. They even have a drive through lane which is very nice for just dropping off packages and being on your way. The main gripe about this place is also due to its location. The cramped parking lot it shares with Starbucks. The Starbucks line will wrap around the building, making it hard to get out of parking spots and even blocking the drive-through lane for this store. It's a real pain / hassle and I wish something could be done about it, but I don't think there is anything that can be done, sadly. read more

Lady with the glasses is rude. Apparently she doesn't know how to speak to customers. I asked if she could cut down my postcards just printed, and she sighed and said if you wanna pay extra, like she didn't want to do it. I will not be using them again. I said good morning when I walked in and she turned her head . The older jolly gentleman was the only one that spoke, out of two other people sitting there!! They just looked and kept working, weren't busy at all, I was the only customer. I work too hard for my coins to deal with attitude when spending MY Mone! read more

Needed a UPS shipping site, they were very efficient, always friendly and helpful! You can just park right in front of the store or go thru the Drive thru! dI remembered they had this service from all my time in the store having flyers printed and other handouts. They do an excellent job at that as well. I also had some table signs printed. They did the artwork and the printing was always ready on date promised. Great little place to drop off mail, big or small packages for UPS, buy stamps, purchase packing materials and even greeting cards. It's located on Gadsden Hwy in Trussville at the end of the building where Cold Stone, Starbucks and the new Salvatore's Pizza & Pasta. They also do services similar to Kinko's with copying and putting together spiral-bound manuals, etc. I think they even print large vinyl signs. They have faxing services and they also scan and email documents. I've been here three times and each time the folks were helpful, patient and friendly. One time i was in and a young lady was there with her child who obviously didnt want to be there. She was trying to mail an iPhone to someone & didnt have the correct zip. the young man behind the counter took time to help her narrow down the zip & waited patiently while she called her friend to get the correct info. She didnt have packing materials so he found a protected box & told her he would pack and ship it off for her. It seems family-owned as I have seen two older gentlemen and a young man waiting on customers. Cool little business providing basic services that we all need from time to time & never really give it much thought. I actually prefer going there to do my mailings instead of the post office. read more

The Parcels Too Business Center is so convenient to do business with. They are right off interstate 59, and can easily and quickly be accessed. The best thing is, if you are really in a hurry, they have a drive thru window. I mean what mail, packaging center have a drive- thru window. They always give you the options that best fit your monetary preference. It is very apparent that they go beyond the call of duty for their customers.
