Had a wonderful stay here a while back. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to us as we attempted to use our (extremely) limited Italian.
Lifts were very tiny compared to what we are used to overseas, but as long as they were functioning, no one had any problems.
Parco Tirreno's location was a short ride away from key places Rome had to offer, including my personal favorite, Castel Sant'Angelo.
Room I stayed in (#418) had double beds and was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was efficient and quick. The only downfall was that you could smoke in the rooms, so there was a slight stale air of smoke, but I was in Europe...to fix the situation, I just cracked the balcony door open and I was able to get enough crisp fresh air.
Couldn't take advantage of the gardens and pool since we were staying in late December, but the lobby, bar and restaurant was suitable for when we wanted to gather outside of someone else's room to review our itinerary, or just catch up on our day.
I had a positive experience here, and would recommend this hotel/residence to anyone.
