I was handed the signature page without the contract (page 5 for signature). I didn't sign and asked for the rest of the paperwork to review. Upon receiving the additional documentation, I saw the price on the contract was double what was quoted to me....I declined the service. I was told by Bridget that I would not be allowed to leave with the contract and she would have to call her supervisor. I wholeheartedly encouraged Bridget to call this supervisor. I removed my personal info from contract header and handed Bridget back the rest of the contract. Seems somewhat questionable why a signature page would be provided to the customer without the additional contract info to review and why an unsigned contact would not be allowed to the customer, especially if personal information was on the contract header. I do not recommend this business.
