The team here was excellent in asking the right questions, documenting the argument we wanted to make, and keeping me informed every step of the way. My main point of contact was Yesy, he did a great job articulating everything, describing the details, and all in a timely & professional manner. 2) Goal focussed. My case was one where I was being sued. When I first received notice of the intent to sue, i was shocked & felt that the basis of the suit was 100% wrong. So naturally, I tried resolving this myself & was not able to make any progress. I was then served papers & things got very serious. Therefore I searched & was recommended this lawyer. I wasn't going to write any review as I'm not one to publicly hate on a business, but 3 years later I'm still dealing with them due to my case and frankly, I've had it. I came to this firm in 2016 for an employment issue. I spoke with one of the partners first who was very thorough in explaining my options and telling me what I legally could and couldn't do. I moved forward with this particular firm as a result due to my initial conversation. The lawyer who I was dealing with on my case seemed to know what she was doing; however, the lack of communication from anyone at the firm, and the unprofessionalism (she was late to a deposition that she told me to show up early to so we could prep beforehand and offered no explanation for it) just became too much. She eventually did help settle my case in my favor, but the lack of communication, and the mansplaining from the original partner I spoke to when I reached out with a grievance about the lack of communication was extremely off-putting. Now I am reaching out to their billing department as I need paperwork for tax season and after a lot of back and forth with her and her making no sense in her emails, her response is "I don't know.
