Very pretty inside! Peaceful and relaxing. Large varieties of tea, served in china pots kept warm with tea lights! Unique desserts, so delicious! Attentive staff who let you linger. Spotlessly clean.

All three of us were quite impressed with the food and overall experience, so it pains me to not be able to give these guys a full 5 stars. Ultimately, two things compel me to deduct a star: what should have been an over easy fried egg was overcooked complete with burn marks, and our souffle didn't come out until well over 10 minutes after our friend's dessert came out despite our specific request to have the souffle right when we finished our meal. Otherwise, the service seemed like a team effort, as several waitstaff interacted with us during this visit. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. We got here within an hour of opening, but without a reservation, there was only a handful of bar seats available which was fine. The vibe overall was bright, modern, yet quaint, with wavy mirrored ceilings definitely giving off a storybook sort of vibe. The chicken tender gave me hope that it's possible for restaurants to make it crispy on the outside and hot and juicy inside. Their waffle was delightfully light, and the runny maple syrup was a perfect fit for it. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was delicious, and the brown sugar boba mille crepe cake's subtly sweet, delicate layers soaked up the creamy, salty milk foam. Their boba was well cooked, and I have no complaints about it. We'll be back, and when we do, I really hope the team will deliver a solid 5-star experience because they can.

This space looks not very exciting from the outside, but the inside is so beautifully done and just a really unique place for tea! Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed but they were having an event during the time I was there. Service was good after we had to flag them down to be acknowledged, and the tea and desserts we got were amazing! The tea is served in the sweetest pots and tea cups and there were so many things to choose from. I definitely look forward to returning!

This place is so cute! The service was great! I ordered lavender green milk tea, which was so good! I love the tea service with little pot & cups. And loved choice is sweetness level- perfect! The fruit crepe cake was very fresh & cream was so light, lots of fruit & delicious. Crepes kinda disappear in it. Bacon eggs Benedict with salad - really tasty & eggs poached perfectly. Baroness thick & a little undercooked, for my taste, flavors were all good! Will definitely return to try more!

Dessert: 3/5 Tea: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 6/5 If you're here on a date night or a girl's night, this place is an absolute. It's well decorated, cute, spacious and a lovely place to hang out. You can get some unique flavored teas sit and chat. The desserts themselves were only okay. We got the banana cheesecake and the mixed fruit mille crepe cake. Cheesecake wasnt the smoothest consistency and I've had better mille crepe cakes... but presentation was definitely instagrammable. Maybe other desserts are better but I wasn't too impressed. The only benefit was that nothing was too sweet, just right. I'd probably go again just for tea. For those who don't drink tea, they also have cocktails, mocktails, and cold tea drinks!

Went there 6/7 with a friend, my first time there and her second visit. It has a lovely, quaint, happy decor. We ordered an appetizer to share, we each had a salad, one hot tea and one iced tea. The salads are generous and fresh. The ambience encourages conversation and lingering which is increasingly unusual and welcomed! After being served we never saw our server again until we were finished with our meal. I would have asked for more ice in my tea glass and a knife to cut the smoked salmon in the salad. I did ask for more salad dressing to go with the salad I was taking home. I was told that would be $1.50! I've included a photo of that container which was the same size I was given originally. I don't think it's even a 2 ounce container. Our bill with tip was $60 and I mention this only to point out that they still felt it appropriate to add another $1.50 to our bill. If I return I'll never order a salad because they don't provide enough dressing when they serve it. This experience was definitely what we call "nickel and diming".

We had a wonderful time here! Though I am rating this a 4 because of Yelp not having half stars, this was really a 3.5 star experience. Our overall experience was very positive and we will be back and hope that if you haven't tried it yet that you do soon! Without a doubt the best part is the ambiance, (though I really prefer to say that about the food). This place is literally picture perfect! We had a new server who was just learning so I'm sure next time we visit we will have a better service experience. Okay now let's get down to business. The food.... The savory food was okay. And honestly that's being really generous. We started with the fried octopus fritters for our appetizer. The octopus chunks were tough but the fritter itself was still raw dough on the inside. This happens when your fryer is too hot. It cooks too fast on the outside, becoming browned before the inside is cooked through. I wouldn't recommend them, not sure if the cooks were new too? I really wanted one of the crab entrees on the menu but for some strange reason they only sell imitation crab which is a fishy rubbery fish called Pollock (typically). It's awful stuff! If I could BEG THE OWNER to offer REAL FRESH CRAB as an upgrade I would be absolutely thrilled to pay the difference! Please, please charge me for real crab! I'm sure others would agree! We also ordered the smoked salmon sandwich with side salad. This was blah. It didn't taste like much, you couldn't taste the dressing it said it had. Here's a pro tip for everything that leaves the kitchen, season your food with sea salt and FRESH cracked pepper! Please don't be stingy with the aioli and please provide a slice of lemon on the side. Your food ratings will increase. For the side salad, I loved the ginger dressing but too much of the lettuce was wilted and slimy. Nobody wants to eat that. The fried shrimp on a stick tasted like it came from a box in the freezer. I wish they were fresh hand breaded shrimp that had me singing hallelujah. The tea and drinks were great! I liked everything I ordered! We also ordered two desserts, the purple yam crepe cake and the passion fruit mousse cake. Both of them were delicious but that yam cake stole my heart and wouldn't give it back! I will be back for that!

We had a fantastic afternoon celebrating my son's birthday here. We had lunch, tea and dessert. Everything was delicious and also so artfully presented. We started with lunch/brunch items. My crab and avocado salad was fresh tasting and just enough for a before dessert option. I had the lavender oolong hot tea. It was tasty and warm. Each person gets their tea pot with a tea light warmer and a separate tea cup. Some people in our group ordered cold boba tea drinks and smoothies. One person had a delicious looking smoked salmon Eggs Benedict. The eggs were well poached. We started our meal with Japanese octopus balls, takoyaki. They were my favorite bite of the day. We all ordered dessert. I had the mixed fruit Mille Cake. It was fresh and light. My niece ordered the same cake with brown sugar boba. I tried a bite and loved it. Matcha Creme Brûlée was also good. The dessert list is huge with something for everyone. All of it is well presented. It is pricey here if you order drinks, a meal and dessert. I find it worth it for the experience. The service is friendly if not overly warm with a team approach. Not all of our dishes were ready at the same time. The good outweighs the minor bad here and we had a great time.

Prince Tea House - we're a fan of this franchise. While we miss the previous tenant (RIP HK bistro... they earned retirement), PTH is a good replacement. The exterior had a paint job but the interior had a reno to reflect the standard PTH decor... girly with afternoon tea aesthetic. The menu is pretty much the same, with a few items that other locations opted out, like brunch items - poached eggs. We got our usual, waffles (ice cream, strawberry condense milk), Katsu sando, California sando, salty chicken and twister fries, earl grey milk tea. The milk tea is too "water down" had no hint of earl grey; the sando were ok, the waffles were ok as well but the frugally sprinkled condense milk... made it difficult to eat the waffle. It was Super Dry. Came back for dessert the next day, again, pretty standard - cheesecake (kids liked it), apple crumble (not enough apples), and purple yam soufflé was pretty good - wish the server asked if we wanted a different ice cream - instead of giving us "red bean"... not my fav. Overall, a pretty good brunch & dessert spot. Definitely caters to the college kids around the area and date spot. Protip: check your tip, we realized they added the tip % on the total with tax. Tip should be on the subtotal, without tax. So, do your math.

First time visit to Prince Tea House on Wolf Rd. I had seen some pictures of the lovely deserts. I love the idea of mixing Asian and European beverages and foods I do want to mention that there was a power outage in effect all while we were there, not just the business but the entire Wolf Road area. We were informed of this as we entered the Tea House. We were anxious to have lunch and try this new spot! All tho the power did not come on until we were leaving, we were able to enjoy a tasty lunch and desert The staff was limited as to what they could prepare, due to lack of power Our choices were limited to what could be served without cooking. All in all a delightful meal, and time well spent with my sister A good number of folks were there! Some may not have had lunch due to menu limitations and gone Elsewhere The dining area is nicely decorated and quite cozy.

We were lucky enough to grab a seat during the soft opening of Prince Tea House on Wolf Road in Colonie and wow, what a dreamy experience! Everything about it was beautiful, from the elegant decor to the delicate glassware and tea pots- it felt like stepping into a fairytale. Of course, we had to try a little bit of everything: Prince Brown Sugar Boba Milk - Refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, with soft, fresh brown sugar pearls that melted in your mouth. Lavender Iced Latte - They had us try this one and it was absolutely delicious. Light, floral, and perfectly balanced- not too sweet, just super smooth and refreshing. A must-try if you're into unique latte flavors! Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crepe Cake - Layer upon layer of tender crepes with a crispy crème brûlée top, topped with salted cheese foam and chewy boba... a next-level dessert. California Sandwich - Packed with crab stick, avocado, cucumber, and spicy mayo, served with a fresh house salad. So satisfying. Afternoon Tea for One - A total treat! It came with finger sandwiches (Pastrami & Swiss, Smoked Salmon with scallion cream cheese, Chicken Salad, Cucumber with tzatziki, and Truffle Egg Salad), warm scones with cream and jam, assorted desserts, and unlimited tea refills. I chose the Prince Fruit Paradise tea--a vibrant blend of mango, peach, strawberry, pineapple, passion fruit, and orange. It was so flavorful I finished the whole pot! Favorites from the tower? The truffle egg salad sandwiches won me over, with the chicken salad tart coming in at a close second. We ended on a sweet note with the Raspberry Mousse Chocolate Cup and strawberry ice cream--just divine. Bonus: They're totally kid-friendly! Tons of smoothie and slushy options for the little ones, plus lunch-friendly bites like chicken tenders and fries, which my toddler loved. Prince Tea House is definitely a new go-to for afternoon tea, sweets, and a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! New favorite place in the area there are SO many options for drinks and desserts and the price is right! We ABSOLUTELY will be back and we're thinking of hosting a private event here. Everything was so good. If it's busy just be ready to wait a little but even with a full house with multiple drinks, lunch, and dessert we were still out of there in an hour and a half. Couldn't recommend more. Bring your camera because you're going to get so many insta worthy shots here!!!!!

If your looking for a cute restaurant with a tea house vibe this is the place for you. The atmosphere is quiet, and lots of places to take pictures. The food is give a 9.8 out of 10. Truthfully it could t be a 10/10 everything was amazing. I ordered the katsu chicken sandwich, salted crispy chicken and for dessert I got the raspberry mousse chocolate chip, and fruit tarts to go. When I tell you everything was seasoned well, fresh and just outright delicious. The party I was with said the tea is amazing as well (I'm not a fan of tea so I did not get any). The service was good as well, we had multiple people checking on us throughout our dining experience, and they also ask for suggestions at the end of your experience to help better their service. The ONLY bad thing I'd have to say about this place is the parking could be a little rough if they get to busy as the parking lot isn't to big and it was a little tough to find this place even with the GPS. I just took a guess and just happened to turn into their parking lot. They don't have a big enough sign to show where to turn into the parking lot and because it is off of a very busy street it is very easy to miss the turn.
