Customers received no warning at the gas station about it. I purchased a Hyper Wash at the pump for $9, but when I went through the autowash, the brushes around the car stayed stationary. Not a single brush touched my car! I just got some soap and water sprayed on it and then was told by the signs to leave the car wash. My receipt had a survey to fill out, and I was in a hurry, so I filled out the online survey explaining the car wash was broken. Earlier this month, 7 months after I had told them the car wash was broken, I went through the car wash again, hoping it would finally be fixed. Nope. 9 more dollars wasted on another "Hyper Wash" in which the brushes don't ever touch my car! This means customers have been paying for car washes for the past 7 months, only to discover after they have already paid, while they are in the car wash, that it's broken. This time I wrote to customer service directly, explaining to them that the car wash has been broken for 7 months and that I had wasted $18 on two Hyper washes. I wrote to them on July 11th, ten days ago, and they have not responded.

We happened to be in the area three days on our trip and was able to try their three flavors. That deal is over. For Dec., it is a BOGO Free. Another benefit to joining their rewards program is receiving 10¢ discount on gas. They also offer a discount of 25¢ on Auto Diesel. The store is chock full of merchandise including souvenirs! The restroom was clean. In this Travel Stop is a Subway & McDonald's. The store clerks were pleasant about helping me redeem the first free item through the app. After that, I was able to open the app and have the barcode ready.
