I had issues…read morelast summer getting records to a specialist that I was referred to by Dr. Kemp, then I was told misinformation about lab test. This week I called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with no answer, left a message on Monday to speak with a nurse, it took 4 days to get a call back. They need more help. I even tried the patient portal to send a message and that wouldn't let me. Its so sad that they have gotten so big that no one cares about the patients. Its a very sad situation when you can't even reach your Doctors office by phone.
