I was finally offered the option to speak with a doctor virtually which I accepted. The exam was brief, but satisfactory, and I left shortly after having blood drawn. The real issue arose when shortly after my visit I started to get requests for payment even though the visit was covered by my insurance. I continue to get emails and phone calls months after the visit, despite speaking with them and their acknowledgment it is not my responsibility, and despite phone calls from my insurance carrier.

It's on shelves of every Pharmacy in America. It's respected pharmacutical Industry. And I've been getting it for 8 years. I'm supposed have half a Doctor's half Care? For that matter the whole neighborhood is relatively new. Listening to the staff interact with each other and the patients, you can tell they are happy there. No "bad' vibes nor tension; i e a nontoxic work environment. It's not a noisy or a chaotic place. That's reassuring; you're there for an operation. Not a day at an amusement park. The anesthesiologist, I didn't catch her name, came in and asked "what I was there for?" Her cheerful attitude helped me relax, before going into the operating theater. Every step of the way your ID is confirmed, what's about to happen is explained, so a child could understand, and made to feel psychologically comfortable. At no time did I feel neglected or ignored. There are several pre-op and post-op bays. Intake RN Kurt was reassuring and efficient with both our time. Post Op RN Ellen gave detailed post-op instructions, explained how to donn, doff, and care for the equipment. Provided post-op supplies and of course paperwork. Overall, I was quite impressed. Not that I want to make this a routine procedure. But, if anyone should ask; I would highly recommend this facility.
