On Friday, May 22, 2026 I went to purchase a strawberry soft cream cake for a family members high school graduation. I arrived to the store at approximately 12:45 PM. Most notable was the cleanliness of the store and the amount of customers coming in and out. I was informed by a young lady at the cash register that the cake would need to be made fresh and it would take anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes to complete. I agreed to wait for the time and provided my card for the purchase and was not provided with a receipt. After 10 minutes, I re-entered the store after waiting in my car and the cake still was not completed. I waited in an additional 20 minutes for the cake. I was handed the box and left on my way. My family and I cut the cake and discovered that there was molded strawberries on top. It was slightly difficult to detect due to the fuzzy white nature of the mold and the cream that was also white in color. We immediately stopped eating the cake. With many festivities happening with our family, we reached out to Paris baguette and was provided with a phone number for the owner to follow up. We have been in correspondence back-and-forth in order to try to rectify this situation, but the response has been somewhat slow, despite the fact, there are photos of the cake and a transaction from the bank, despite not having a receipt. This is a quick situation to fix with issuing a refund and apology, but that has not happened thus far. Our family has consistently used Paris Baguette at various locations for special events and have always been satisfied with the products that we have received. More training perhaps is needed and how to handle a customer who is dissatisfied with the product and also in how to rectify situations moving forward. read more

Got a call shortly after that the cake was actually not available (that's inconvenient) and that they will refund me. Now a month has gone by - I did not get any refund (that is stealing). I was on the hunt for mochi donuts, particularly as the one I loved inside H-Mart is no longer open. We were also looking for a general late afternoon snack... small enough that we could still eat a full dinner. Paris Baguette delivered on both of these items. Overall, I was impressed with the selection of everything. I had K-dogs on the brain for some reason and the closest I could get to that was the pastry frank. My niece had the hash brown bread with ham and cheese. I definitely preferred the latter a bit more, mostly because it's rare to find potatoes served in this way. We took a variety of the mochi donuts home. They tasted a bit stale unfortunately. I'd definitely come back to try the croissants, cakes, and other offerings. Their coffee is great their dessert so so. Their cakes are beautiful, but don't taste so great. Kind of like a really good looking person that's rotten inside. I hate to say that because I really like beautiful desserts, but I expect them to taste as good as they look. They should have better prices too. Also, they never have any samples out of anything. The staff is always really nice and welcoming. I like that it's Self service. It's a great location. If they had more things to entice people like me, I would go there more often. Such as buy one get ones we're happy hour things. They do have a nice rewards app, but their specials never appeal to me. The cakes are way too pricey they are beautiful though. read more

I been wanting to try this place, pass by so many times. I went in around 3:30 in the afternoon, most pastries were sold out. We got pastries and matcha frappe. This is the first time I visited the location after the renovation. Day and night difference! Lots of seating! I was worried that there would be nothing in stock in the displays or sandwhich fridge on a sunday at 3pm(as this was my previous experience before they renovated), but to my surprise everything was well stocked and fresh despite the café being packed! I loved the quick service from the girls at the counter, making sure to ask me questions, going over everything clearly in Spanish and English. I'm bilingual but it's great to know that if my family comes here they can get the same great service I got today! Will be coming to this location more often! I preordered my son's favorite cake for his birthday online. I arrived to 8 hours later, and the staff had not even looked at the order. The cake was sold out. We chose another cake, but the decorations on top would not allow for happy birthday and his name to be written. The staff did not seem to care about missing the order, like it happens all the time. The manager said they should have blocked the website. They should have called us if the order could not be filled. It was a terrible experience. A beautiful cafe on the Buford hwy. I love the pastries and the desserts here. My personal fav is the tiramisu cup. However, everything here is deliciously decadent and not overly sweet which is perfection for my palate. The drinks here are good too. It's self service so , you pick whatever you need. Paris baguette is one of my favorite bakeries so of course I had to come to the Buford hwy one, but I felt like this one was really disappointing compared to the Perimeter and Duluth ones! We came at noon on a Saturday for book club and the space inside is really nice, but they're a bit limited on bakery options compared to the other locations (or maybe they were just out of a lot of pastries lol). I got my cheese hotdog and a couple of other pastries to take home, and then went to the counter to order a matcha latte, and the staff there was so odd! There were 3 people working and none of them were friendly at all. Even when I just asked them how they were doing, they just kinda stared at me blankly. The hotdog and pastries were amazing, but the matcha latte was clearly not great matcha. I expect them to be more of a vibrant green but my drink ended up being very dull and was way too sweet! Since the perimeter location is just a couple min farther from me I'd just rather go there in the future. read more

It has a free private parking lot with spaces in the front, side & back. II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY The iced coffee isn't the greatest I've had ~ underwhelming quality, but large quantity. The pastries are pretty good though, but the competition on this street sets the bar rather high. This place is a chain bakery starting from korea! Obviously korea is 100 percent better but here is good as well! From what I know so far there's two Paris Baguette location in GA ; Duluth and Doraville! I've been to both and the Duluth location is wayy bigger than this one and probably more choices.. One thing I really love about Paris Baguette is that their cake is really delicious! I've always gotten my birthday cake from here because I honestly think theirs are the best compare to the other Korean bakery's. They also have really great bread and drinks as well. A very chic bakery with amazing coffee. Even though it's a French bakery they have some great Oriental bakery options. The first thing you notice right after entering is the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a sight of clean minimalist display of their breads, buns, cheesecake, tarts and cakes. They also have pretty elaborate tortes. Their matcha is great too if you enjoy a strong flavor. They offer raw sugar, stevia, and honey. Their hot chocolate is thick and rich. The staff is amicable and polite. Will definitely recommend trying their honey castella cake and any iced coffee. The parking space is limited but there are spots around it. We ordered the Signature Brewed Coffee, Lavender Matcha Frappe, Sticky Milk Buns, a Cream Cheese Donut, and a Soft Cheese Cake. The latter was bland and didn't taste anything like cheesecake. The Sticky Milk Buns tasted average, as it was only regular bread topped with glaze. The best dessert was the cream cheese donut: it was lightly fried and gooey but yummy. Oh my the pastries were amazing. I was there to try the croissant doughnut but I had to ask for one from the back as they didn't have them on display. Very delicious and worth the drive to try it. I grabbed a strawberry croissant and a crab bun for later. I'm still thinking about that crab bun hours later and wished I had grabbed a few of them. The crab taste was amazing. They have a small parking lot that fills up fast. I couldn't do 5 stars because the shelves were bare not leaving much to try. I asked at the counter when there would be a restock and they said when there were no customers in line. TLDR: Solid place for desserts, cakes, and sweet treats! I've been coming to this location for years (essentially for as long as it's been open). It's become a staple in my family's life and a must-go everytime we visit this area. For my mom's birthday this year we got her the strawberry fresh cream cake, which is a little pricey for what you get. I prefer Paris Baguette over Sweet Hut any day. I think Paris Baguette has better quality control. Their presentation is better and their ingredients are higher quality.
