When, I called to complain I was shamed for leaving a negative review, instead of first calling them. I thought the retailer should be the one calling me. Especially since I was clear that the bouquet had to include the orchids. Yet I was the one who is remiss in giving a review? Feeling shamed, I revised my review, to a 5 star, which was not honest. After, my dear, sweet cousin, who is 72, and very ill also lied to me, telling me the bouquet is beautiful. Then when I told her I complained she thanked me, and told me she was sorry for lying to me. Sorry here, sorry there. Sorry everywhere. There. This is at least honest now. Sorry, not sorry. Repenting after being shamed by the florist, telling God I'm sorry, and sorry to the florist too. Then, I had to return to God, once again for lying and giving a glowing review. I had a fairly large wedding with nearly 400 guests, and Thea worked closely with me to completely redesign the layout for the decor and tables to fit the venue beautifully. I also had a last-minute request for additional florals, and Chi Lien made it happen seamlessly. The florals turned out stunning, honestly even more beautiful than the inspiration photos we provided! She also gave me a spray bottle to ensure the florals were fresh and hydrated for the wedding day! Our reception was held at Kim Son, and Prestige Events completely transformed the ballroom. I showed her a lot of pictures, she showed a lot of enthusiasm, so I decided to just trust her judgement for the final details on our bouquets and centerpieces (based on what looked best at her suppliers that week). OMG was that the right decision! She only does one full-service wedding/event per weekend, and you can definitely tell with the level of attention you get. I even emailed her a question Friday night -- before our 10:00 AM Saturday wedding -- about having boxes to transport our centerpieces after the reception, and I got a reply!
