My wife and I joke that we're five years into a six month remodel. It was pretty extensive with almost everything, down to the wiring and plumbing, changed. The house has a flat roof and we went from a BUR (tar & gravel) to a foam roof to add some insulation to the design. Love the new roof! Along with the roof change, we replaced all the flashing and gutters and hired Five Star to come out to do the gutters. It's a modern design with tall metal-clad fascia that we wanted to match gutters both in style and color. Five Star was awesome in coming up with a few design recommendations and color match. The actually matched the dark bronze for the lateral runs and matched the lighter stucco color for the downspouts. The downspouts are works of art, following a couple of beams and protrusions across the two floors of the house. We had a couple of leaks at the downspout connections and the guys were quick to come out and fix those at no extra charge. It's been about two years since they did the work and everything still looks and works great. Highly recommended after all this time. Now I need to get reviews out there for Paso Robles Plaster (pure artistry on the stucco!), Central Coast Door & Window (great to work with), Andy Sunderland (beautiful hardwood floors), TileCo in SLO (love them!), Pacific Shores Stone, Pacific Coast Kitchen and Bath, Hayward Lumber, Warnes Paints. I would not recommend this company, because when they make an error, they will not fix it for you.

While working for, I believe, about 6 hours (2 men), Boaz asked if the corner leaked (no, just the nearby overflow problem) and he told me to just call if there were any problems afterword. Before leaving, Boaz gave me a tube of leak sealant in case I needed it. The next day or so, I noticed a dripping leak on the corner joint by the front door near the overflowed area.. It had overflowed near there because of the plugged downspout but the joint was not leaking before their visit. I saw their ladder in the area while working. I messaged him and he quoted me $200 to come fix it. We went back and forth for two days but he has not returned to fix it as he says it is a NEW problem.

The price was also amazingy fair, and they stuck with their initial invoice. We live in Los Osos and have a 2 story home with LOTS of windows, some of them in a high tower room with windows that hadn't been washed in over a decade, either inside or out...because previous window washer companies refused to get up to the skylights on the roof stating that we have a supposedly slippery tile roof and they downright refused to do it. This crew scrambled all over that roof with when washing those high windows with nary a worry. Not only that, but we hired them to pressure wash our driveway, concrete walkways surrounding the house, and 2 second-story balconies, all of which were exceedingly dingy and dirty looking. They moved heavy planters inside and out to get to the dirtiest areas. Their equipment was very up to date and they were experts in their use. We couldn't believe how much light pored inside and out after they had finished, nor that it took only about 6 hours to complete the entire project. We will only hire Junior's from now on and, we highly suggest you do, too.
