We live in Los Osos and have a 2 story home with LOTS of windows, some of them in a high tower room with windows that hadn't been washed in over a decade, either inside or out...because previous window washer companies refused to get up to the skylights on the roof stating that we have a supposedly slippery tile roof and they downright refused to do it. This crew scrambled all over that roof with when washing those high windows with nary a worry. Not only that, but we hired them to pressure wash our driveway, concrete walkways surrounding the house, and 2 second-story balconies, all of which were exceedingly dingy and dirty looking. They moved heavy planters inside and out to get to the dirtiest areas. Their equipment was very up to date and they were experts in their use.
