UPDATE: In response to your reply, yes, I am reviewing the correct salon. Please, tell me what "lotion massage" means to you. See photo. I went in for a pedicure and as always I look forward to the massage of the feet and legs. Every pedicure I've had comes with a 3-5 min. massage. This one was no more than 30 seconds. She rubbed the top of my feet for roughly 30 seconds and then stood up to grab something. I assumed she was going to sit back down to continue the massage. Instead, she walked away and brought back a hot towel. When paying $40.00 for a pedicure, I expect at least a 3 minute massage. If a massage is done well, I will tip $20. I left a $5.00 tip and a 2 star rating because my toenails were decent. Unfortunately, I will not be going back due to false advertising stating a massage is included with a pedicure.

I got hard gel nails on top of my natural length plus 3D art. He even fixed a broken nail seamlessly. Not a single cut or uncomfortable moment during my whole experience. I highly recommend working with Henry.

Hidden gem. I moved to the area a few years ago and have tried many nail spots in the area. I was super disappointed with all of them. I got lucky to find this place after another place across the street had me waiting very long. I did a walk in on a weekend morning and I did not wait long. My gel set came out so good. Finally my nails are shaped how I want them. Today I tried almond/round shape and the nail tech did them to perfection. She takes her time and shapes them perfect. I honestly won't go anywhere else. I've found my place. Great service. Good prices for the quality of work. Massage chairs are really comfy and strong. Very clean and the ladies are very nice. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever gotten, walked out Paying $130 for a standard pedicure and a full set. The man that did my pedicure finished my pedicure quicker than all the other people that were doing it before I walked in. There is nail polish all over my toes, do not recommend for pedicures . 2 stars for a free drink bc lord knows i wouldnt have gotten through that appointment without a plastic flute of champagne. pros: - chrome looks pretty good cons: -price (42 for a fill and chrome gel) 32 i could see you know 20 for the fill 12 for chrome but i can get past the price bc hey its what they charge. i wont be back because of it, but its not the only reason. - dirty tools (she grabbed a cuticle clipper that she had to pry open and it had dried skin on it while she used it on me - no nail tip (needed a nail repaired bc i broke it and i would have said something if i had noticed but she literally just threw acrylic onto my nail without a tip on so theres no c curve shape to my nail. its just a little ball of acrylic thats a couple centimeters thick ; i have my own clean electric file at home that im going to try and fix it with) - no lotion or cuticle oil (my hands are dry from the soap, and my cuticles are raw from her aggressive and careless filing but also not a big deal just inconvenient) i dont like confrontation so instead of complaining in store i just paid and decided to write a review which i would have done regardless. dont care for compensation bc im grossed out and have no desire to ever go back to the shop, just wanted to let people know what kind of service i received as a first time customer. photos attached - middle finger is the one she replaced. its uneven and a little hard to tell, but you can kind of see that its just a mountain on acrylic at the end of my finger used to make my nail longer. read more

HORRIBLE! WILLL NEVER COME BACK! The lady doing my nails wasn't experienced at all. I kept correcting so many times. Placing my nails on crooked, which they still are! All my nails are different shapes. All I wanted was traditional square. My thumb nails are shorter because she kept filing them down trying to correct the shape. Again, my nails are horrible. I rescheduled 2 times (I called the nail salon) and they wanted me to pay $30 fee to keep my appointment, keep in mind I still paid my full nail services to be nice $78 for full set and toes with tip. Are you kidding me? Said the $30 will go towards my service, what service I ALREADY PAID IN FULL! COMING BACK TO FIX MY NAILS! I also have to give special recognition to Henry, who is truly amazing at what he does.
