She mocked my appearance, made comments about my relationship, and even made fun of a bruised toe I had, which was honestly humiliating. At one point, she commented on the price I was paying and implied I was "dumb" for it, which is completely unprofessional. I also offered to pay extra for a calf massage, and instead of accommodating or politely declining, she continued with the same dismissive and mocking attitude. On top of that, she made a comment suggesting I might not pay and joked about me going to jail, which felt extremely inappropriate and honestly intimidating. There were also moments where she spoke in another language while looking at me and laughing, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I came in expecting a relaxing service and left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are paying for a service.I would strongly recommend management addresses this kind of behavior immediately, because this is not acceptable in any professional setting.

I got my nails done on the 4th, but by the 9th, one of my nails had already fallen off. That's only five days later. I wasn't able to come back until the 10th to have it fixed. When I arrived, I had to wait because the technician who originally did my nails wasn't there. They eventually seated me with someone else, and then we had to search for my nail color because they didn't have it on file, which was frustrating considering I had just gotten my nails done there. We eventually found a close match, and the repair itself only took a couple of minutes. While I was getting my nail fixed, there was a mop bucket full of water right next to my chair. One of the employees was wringing out the mop, and dirty water splashed onto me. Instead of apologizing, he laughed about it with another employee, including the person doing my nail. I stayed patient, didn't say anything, and waited until my service was finished, but that made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after the repair they charged me $10 to fix a single nail that had fallen off less than a week after my original appointment. I expected them to stand behind their work, especially since the nail came off so quickly. The person at the front was also rude and dismissive when I questioned the charge. Now, only six days after having that nail repaired, another nail has already broken. At this point, it's clear that the quality of the Gel-X application is not lasting as it should. I've never had this many issues with a fresh set of nails in such a short amount of time. The salon itself didn't appear as clean or well-maintained as other nail shops I've visited, and after this entire experience, I won't be returning. I was disappointed because my first impression was positive, but the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the cleanliness concerns, and charging me for what should have been a warranty repair completely changed my opinion.

**WARNING for injuries occurred**…read more I've debated on sharing my experience but I feel like it's the right thing to do now. I had scheduled a pedicure with Heiney whose work is great. I had arrived and was sitting waiting. I noticed my time pushed back a bit but figured maybe she was in the back eating or something. The appointment scheduler takes me to a chair to sit. I wait for a bit and another tech shows up. It's not out of the ordinary for another tech to start prepping you for your service. The tech starts to turn on water to soak my feet and I look at the time and ask where my tech is at. She looks confused which concerned me. She asks who. I tell her and she tells me oh she called out for family loss. So now I'm annoyed. Not because my tech had to call out but the lack of communication to tell me prior to allow me to choose to come in still or reschedule for another time. Now I'm already in the bowl and trying to be optimistic that this tech can do pedicure properly. Things were going decent at first. I was looking at my phone studying and it was towards the end of the pedicure where you get legs rinsed off. I'm looking at my phone and all of a sudden feel pain from my knee to my ankle. This tech sprayed my right leg down with scalding hot steaming water. She looked spaced out. I have never had water so hot touch any part of my body prior. She said sorry put aloe and cooling gel. My leg still hurt and was red and discoloring. I asked for manager and incident report. Here goes Annie we'll give you 20% off. Ma'am what? I just got burned. Refused to do incident report. Asked to look at my leg and told me I'm not burned because I'm not red. I let her know I'm not white either like these other customers in the shop so my skin isn't going to look how theirs would. She again told me nothing was seriously wrong with me and told the appointment scheduler not to charge me. I went home to rest and woke up the next day in more severe pain and my leg discolored and white which is the path of the scalding water on my leg. I go to urgent care using another day off of mine I should be enjoying but not. The nurse and doctor are confused on how the tech didn't test the water or notice it was scalding hot. It was confirmed I suffered **FIRST DEGREE BURNS**from getting a pedicure. I went back to salon with documentation and requested incident report again. They refused. Appt scheduler refused to give his name but gave Annie's name up. Annie saw me walk in and looked scared. I guess she thought I was letting the situation go. I'm still waiting for AX Nails to do the right thing in this situation. At the end of the day they should've called me to let me know my original tech called out. If that tech was too tired to be at work she should've called out because the result is ridiculous to have happen. I'm being asked did the tech burn me on purpose. I'm waiting on resolution and for my melanin skin to go back to normal.

The woman who did my nails did a horrible paint job and I literally just got white. I kept having to ask her to fix it and at some point I just wanted it to be over. The other women were on their phones loud listening to videos, they had music playing and a tv playing foreign language videos.

Kim did my pedicure and it was extremely sloppy. My cuticles were not cleaned, my toenails were not cut, and the polish application was very poorly done. What upset me most is that the owner clearly knew Kim was not skilled enough to perform a pedicure and did not step in or guide her at all. I'm a cosmetology school graduate, so I completely understand that everyone needs practice. However, Kim is well beyond a "training" stage and should not be providing services without proper skill. She needs to be retrained on basic pedicure fundamentals such as cuticle care, filing, and polish application. It's disappointing that Princess Nails would allow someone to perform pedicures knowing they are not qualified. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
