I called to see if they had any availability and they were able to make appointments for me and my sister. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior and decor was really nice, clean, and spacious. I did the hard gel manicure (by Vivian) & hard gel pedicure (by Holly) that include hard stones which comes with lotion & massage. Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. However, I would come here again, but make sure they did provide all the services that should be included and ask for a breakdown of the services since no receipt is provided of the breakdown.

I told Tina I needed my full set to be short because I'm a nurse and what not. She cut them to where she thought was short, and I said I needed them shorter. She told me she thought it was already short and to come back if I wanted them shorter. I went back today after deciding I needed them shaved down and let me tell you, the girl who came to talk to me is lucky that I have anger control. Because boy was she asking for a fight. She mocked me, spoke to me sarcastically, rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and basically called me stupid. I got up and told her she was so f**ckin rude, and walked out before something bigger happened. All because I wanted my nails shaved down. Which by the way, I was absolutely overcharged for. Somehow, my mani pedi was $130. Anyways, the place appears clean at first glance but all Of their instruments are reused without washing or sanitizing and dirty. When they brush your nails off with the large kabuki brush, you can literally feel everyone else's nail dust on the brush. The tools used for the woman who had just left were put on a cart and rolled over to be used on me. Those sanitizing autoclaves are just for show. They're not actually on. Not a single tool was pulled out of a clean package. So if you want attitude, to be talked to like you're an idiot, and have dirty instruments used on you, this is the right place for you.

Afterward, her nails had severe damage, including what appeared to be very deep "rings of fire" from filing. She ultimately had to have the nails professionally removed, and even after removal, there was still a substantial amount of damage to the natural nails. Some of her nails were left extremely thin and damaged, with some appearing to have been cut or split significantly. Her cuticles were also cut excessively, which added to the discomfort and overall negative experience. We understand that nail services require filing and preparation, but the level of damage and pain she experienced was far beyond what we would consider acceptable. A professional nail appointment should not leave someone's natural nails in this condition. Overall, she left extremely disappointed and would not feel comfortable returning. We hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews its techniques and practices to prevent another customer from having a similar experience. I got my nails done on the 4th, but by the 9th, one of my nails had already fallen off. That's only five days later. I wasn't able to come back until the 10th to have it fixed. When I arrived, I had to wait because the technician who originally did my nails wasn't there. They eventually seated me with someone else, and then we had to search for my nail color because they didn't have it on file, which was frustrating considering I had just gotten my nails done there. We eventually found a close match, and the repair itself only took a couple of minutes. While I was getting my nail fixed, there was a mop bucket full of water right next to my chair. One of the employees was wringing out the mop, and dirty water splashed onto me. Instead of apologizing, he laughed about it with another employee, including the person doing my nail. I stayed patient, didn't say anything, and waited until my service was finished, but that made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after the repair they charged me $10 to fix a single nail that had fallen off less than a week after my original appointment. I expected them to stand behind their work, especially since the nail came off so quickly. The person at the front was also rude and dismissive when I questioned the charge. Now, only six days after having that nail repaired, another nail has already broken. At this point, it's clear that the quality of the Gel-X application is not lasting as it should. I've never had this many issues with a fresh set of nails in such a short amount of time. The salon itself didn't appear as clean or well-maintained as other nail shops I've visited, and after this entire experience, I won't be returning. I was disappointed because my first impression was positive, but the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the cleanliness concerns, and charging me for what should have been a warranty repair completely changed my opinion.

If you make an appointment, you're able to choose your nail tech and from my experience, I haven't had to wait any longer than 15 mins. My girl Natalie does my gel x nails and she always kills it. This time I asked for mermaid nails and this is what we came up with! I'm obsessed. Natalie also does brows and other services! 10/10 would recommend. Also idk who's in charge of their playlist but it's always SO GOOD
