Beautiful shop had services about 2wks ago. First off the shop is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee and refreshments are a great touch as well! I've been here twice now and I felt like I had to finally leave a review because I've been so happy both times. I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I naturally have very thin nail beds, so getting Gel X normally burns for me--but this is the only place, out of all the times I've had my nails done, where I felt absolutely no burning. I'm not even exaggerating. Every nail tech here is so gentle, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell they really care about their work and your comfort. The place is nice inside and that is all it is. I booked for a Posh Mani $75 that should include a sugar scrub, massage and hot towel. I didn't get any of those things. When it came time to pay it was $70 I had to tell front desk that I didn't get the hot towel. That is when Maria (the one that did my pedi) over heard me and came to tell the front desk that she didn't give me that service. She just said we won't charge her I forgot to do the hot towel. Never did she apologize nor did she say that she also didn't do the sugar scrub on me. I ended up paying $60 for the most basic Pedicure I have ever gotten. She massaged each of my legs for literally 3 minutes each or less and didn't even put effort in it. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE!!! I messaged them to ask what a sugar scrub meant to them and that is when she said she didn't do it. They said they didn't charge me for that. At this point I don't know what I paid for. Because they can even reply to my msg of me asking what I ended paying for. My appointment was at 2:15 I got a message at 1:51pm that I didn't see that said if I could show up at 2:45 I didn't see the msg until I was at the place at 2:12. Overall my experience here sucked so bad!! I will stick to Devine Nails in Glendora. They do a way better job and way cheaper. I tried this place because I live close to it. I rather drive to Glendora. I definitely recommend not coming here! In the picture she apologizes, but in person she never even apologized once. I am so irritated!!! Yeah Juliana you refunded $10 that you told me you would when I was there and you didn't until I msg you asking details on what I ended up paying. The fact that if I wouldn't have said something I would have paid full $70 is insane. So ppl if you want to pay for a $50 pedi come here. Because with the whole fuck up that is what I ended up paying. I tell you something it's not worth it. You are literally paying for how nice the inside of the nail shop is. A membership for nails is insane hope that works out for you. read more

This was my second time here and I'm officially obsessed. ACELA gave me by far the best pedicure I've ever had -- she was so gentle, detailed, and careful the entire time. No cuts, no burning, just an amazing experience from start to finish. Aisha did my manicure again and absolutely killed it. My first set lasted a full month, and this one looks just as perfect. I really wanted to like this place. The space is super cute, staff is very friendly and welcoming, but my nails aren't lasting. I get builder gel, with solid color and my nails usually last me 4-5 weeks. I've gone twice and the first set lasted me two weeks before they started to chip. Went in to get a new set and this set started chipping a week later. Not sure why my nails aren't lasting since nothing has changed but the nail salon I go to. read more

I had such an amazing experience at this new salon that just opened up in my neighborhood! The atmosphere was friendly, peaceful but energetic! I followed my lash artist Karissa from a local chain/brand which was not the best vibe for me, so I am so thankful she is now able to do my lashes here!
