Under new ownership! The new owner is making a lot of nice improvements. He is investing in their equipment & supplies and trying new products! The nail technicians are the same wonderful people that have been there for years so you don't have to worry about that. I dropped in mid afternoon to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure and it was no problem. I requested a basic design but Tracy took time with each nail, making sure the edges were clean & I was getting full coverage. She really did an exceptional job. Very poor service. The nail technician had no idea what he was doing and took over an hour just to scrub and soak and (poorly attempt) to file my nails. I finally had to leave without even finishing when I looked down to see my cuticles hadn't been trimmed, he didn't know how to proceed with polishing and was waiting for one of his colleagues to take over read more

I came here for a quick wax as it's pretty convenient to where I live. I had to wait about five to ten minutes before getting the service. I was shocked how expensive it was compared to some other salons in the area. The lady who did my waxing did a great job but nothing that a salon who charges a lot less could do. The owners, My & Tony have become my friends and even if they weren't, the professionalism of their staff would keep me coming back. They recently painted & put in all new chairs, even the desks and the drying station are stunning. I started going there because all the other shops I'd tried gave me a headache by the time I left. At Paris Nails, I leave not only with perfect looking nails, but a smile on my face. I was in desperate need of a pedicure, made a wrong turn and happened to spot this place and I'm so thankful! I walked in and had an appointment within 10 minutes. While waiting for someone who could do my pedicure many regular customers came in and seemed to have wonderful relationships with the staff. Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean. I browsed their brochure while waiting and realized they have a large array of services. Aside from manicures and pedicures they also offer waxing, facials, and lash extensions. My pedicure was one of the most enjoyable pedicures I've ever had and I only got their standard pedicure. For $23 more I could have gotten the Ultimate Spa Pedicure including a hot stone massage, paraffin treatment and a glass of wine! I love this place and I can't wait to get my nails done here again. read more

Went in for a gel manicure. I had high hopes as the place was clean and the equipment was sterile. And while the gentleman who did it was friendly enough, it was terrible! My skin around my nails was also painted and now, a mere six days later, the gel polish is peeling. I knew he wasn't keeping me under the UV long enough and he kept putting so many coats of the clear finish on, even adding more color after the clear. $35 not including tip---you are better off going to the mall. read more

Whenever I need a manicure, pedicure, waxing -- whatever! -- this is where I come. The place is decorated very nicely, and they seem to be very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The first time I went, the girl at the desk was eager to answer any questions I had about prices, appointments, etc. They carry good nail polish, and the young man who did my nails was very friendly. I appreciated how he didn't just make awkward chit-chat with me. His conversations were entertaining and made me feel welcome. I was able to walk in without an appointment, and I didn't have to wait long at all (but I did come in around 1pm on a weekday). Their prices are a little bit higher than other places I've been to, but I think it's completely worth it. The most basic pedi is $27 (it's an extra $5 for French), but that includes scented bath water for your feet, an exfoliating scrub on the feet/calves, foot/calf massage with scented lotion, callus buffing, cuticle care, and all the basics for a pedicure, AND a complimentary drink (water, Sprite, Coke, etc.) They also have massage chairs, which is one of my favorite things about the salon! read more

I've been a client of Paris Nails for 9 years. There is no reason to go elsewhere. The salon is spotless. The front desk is warm and welcoming. They always call before an appointment to remind you. When you arrive you are given a choice of beverage...and then you sit at your tech's station. There is rarely, if ever, a wait. I use May for my acrylic nails... And have for all 9 years. Not only do I enjoy the company, but I'm constantly told that my nails "look amazing" I've been with Q for pedicures for over 2 years. There is no better pedicure in town. That's a fact. I have had two foot surgeries during this time and Q always made sure I was comfortable AND that my pained toes looked beautiful. His massages are legendary. May & Tony have a fabulous salon. They've had many of their technicians for the entire time they've had the salon. That goes to show what a pleasurable place the salon is to be. read more

Had a great pedicure..... I was more than surprised.... More like shocked. My feet looked great and the massage was terrific and the polishing with dark blue shimmer was awesome! My nails were smooth....shiney and perfectly polished! I'd have to give them an A. Sadly, I do not remember the gentleman's name but he was young and very personable. read more

Unbelievable. I was just in the nail salon and was going to get a pedi/ mani . When I made the appointment I asked if they where practicing Covid protocol., said of course they where . What a joke. . They have 10 pedi chairs and I was the only one there so I was not concerned , after a few minutes they placed someone in the chair directly next to me , when I asked them to move they told me no. With in minutes they placed another person directly next to me on the other side. I questioned them and they where rude I had to leave with my pedicure half done. I occult not allow for them to blatantly disregard all established protocols. We are all asked to play by the rules. If you see that they are not you should not subject yourself or endanger yourself. read more

Barely greeted when I arrived. I asked if they took walk ins and had someone to do a full set and pedicure, I was told to pick out a polish. I waited for a woman to arrive back from her break. She walked up to me and asked me for my polish as I got up and followed her to her station. She seemed to be rushing me as she put on tips and asked me how short.. She cut them all and started to file. I said I would like a square shape but wanted them almost stiletto (ballet slipper, or coffin is the term, I used each one to clarify) she gave me a look and tried to talk me out of them & said "that must be something new". I pulled up a photo to show her as I have had them done this way many times before. She seemed insulted by my request to have them done this way telling me no and shaking her head with a "grossed out" look on her face. Feeling completely uncomfortable, I finally told her she wasn't the one for me, she quickly wrapped my nails in foil with cotton in acetone to get off the tips. She then got up and told the girl at the front desk I was leaving because she didn't have time for what I was asking for. .. When I left I told the girl what actually happen but she had nothing to say. I would never go back there. Ever. It's ok if you don't know how to create every look and style someone wants but don't insult them when they ask for something you haven't seen before. Educate yourself instead and stay on top of the trends. I'm a hair stylist, I'm creative and I like the look. I also understand customer service and I would never talk a client out of a hairstyle they want to wear. As a professional I would suggest something else if I felt it wouldn't look right on my client but never in an insulting way. read more

I had one of the worst pedicures of my life here. I always try to be pleasant and carry on a conversation with nail technicians, but this girl would not have it. She was cold, distant, and acted as if it was a bother to be working at all. She rushed through the job as if she had somewhere else to be. At the end, she didn't even show me to the dryer! Had to ask another customer where it was ..... terrible service. Don't remember her name, but it doesn't matter. Will not return. Decor was a little dated and crowded not a fancy place at all. Not so friendly greeting from Charlotte, especially when she knew I did not have an appt. I asked for a pedi and gel manicure and said only 1 tech could give me a pedicure. Christina did my pedicure and was pleasant did a descent job but a little light and chinzy on the massage. Once pedicure was done I expected to get manicure then I was told there was no techs to do one so I had to go to another salon to get that. Not likely that I'll be back, especially don't go there without an appt as they can't handle walk-ins! read more

Always awesome! It is a small older salon, but I prefer it any day over the large fancy factory nail salons. Unlike most nail salons, their nail techs engage their clients in conversation during your visit-in English. Their is none of the nail techs constantly talking to each other during your visit. They focus on their clients. They don't use those stupid timers during their work either. read more

Amazing Manicure and Pedicure. Since Moving from NYC I've tried several places in the area. Every salon I visited was like a factory and they rush you thru a horrible manicure and pedicure. Paris Nails is beyond amazing. I had technician, Que (think that is the right spelling) give me a mani/pedi. He was attentive to every detail of the mani/pedi from my cuticles, to massage and actually painting my nails. Very professional. I look no further, I have found my place! Due to the ridiculous waxing set up for legs, it took about 2 hrs to have a lower leg wax. I would have walked out half way through but with only having one leg waxed is a bit of a problem and the woman doing that wax was very sweet that I felt really badly. I will never go back. read more

I got a great pedicure here! I walked in (it was a weekday though) and only waited a few minutes. They have a pretty good choice of colors, both essie and OPI. All the staff is very friendly and the whole place is clean and well decorated. For $27, my pedicure was fantastic, especially the long massage! They take credit cards but prefer cash. read more

Terrible. First time here. She spent less than 2 minutes on my cuticles. My nails were long so I asked her to cut them and file them square. She cut them so short she couldn't file them the correct shape and they ended up being uneven so I told her I wanted them square and she said this is the best she could do cause my nails are too short!! Their nail Polish is old and came out thick and blotchy. When I pointed it out she said its because it's red. What?? Doesn't even make since. I asked her to take it off and then selected another color. Also they put the cuticle cutters in that disgusting blue solution. So unhygienic. Wasn't happy with the mani or Pedi.
