He had a lovely lady start my pedicure between the pace and bookings of the day, she was gentle and kind, and said "I got you, ". Sometimes it's hard finding a person you can rely on when you have those pesky ingrown on your big toes that leave you aching. They location is very very clean, super organized and offers luxury seats that I haven't tried ever before! I felt like I was sitting in first class airline. Very professional and responsive team , and I'm so thankful they were helpful enough that they did what they could and help me out. Give them a kind visit, they are in the Publix plaza , don't be swayed away from the construction they are here and ready! Also their pedicure includes hot stone massage with the process, and they don't offer the tool that scrubs and removes excess skin from the bottom of your feet. I have been a few times and wanted to see how they were like before writing a review about them. First off, I normally don't switch nail salons unless something happens that is odd or doesn't seem right. I had one I was going to for about a year before T and L and they changed the prices without anything written down. The blame on the pandemic was for supplies going up, blah, blah, blah. So off I go and found the salon on Yelp. I have had manicures and pedicures done and I have been happy with the experience. The prices are actually printed out and you are able to see them. I had my nails done here this week and Jenny did a great job. She refilled my acrylic and was able to repair some of the nails where the acrylic was lifting. I had a gel on top of the acrylic and she had no issues trying a few colors until I found the perfect red! The prices are reasonable and they work pretty fast so you're not kept waiting. read more

Unfortunately I won't be going back to this salon. I liked getting my nails done by Shirely, she pays great attention to detail, listens to what you want. But they charge to shape your nails? I've never heard of this & it's a rip off fee. My mother did nails for a living & getting your nails shaped is a part of the manicure experience. They also don't have a menu anywhere. My first appointment it was a cheaper fee $35 for nexgen my next it was more. No notice until the bill came & I like to pay with cash which is more inconvenient. read more

So I went in for a simple gel polish change and I just got my nails done yesterday from another place but decided I didnt like the color but the quality of work was fine. So I asked for a polish change only and the lady I think her name was Tracy was commenting on my shape and was saying it wasnt good. It was NOTHING wrong with the shape, she was trying to figure out a way to upcharge me ( I worked at a nail salon so I know what nail technicans do) I told her there is nothing wrong with the shape and she continued to file my nails and I asked her to stop and let her know she is being rude. So then we both had an attitude and she was doing sloppy work so I told her to remove the polish and Im fine with with just the top coat. So she decided she didnt want to do my nails at all and I had to leave out with dull nails because when I complained about her service and no one else could assist me so here I am leaving a review because this was a shitty ass experience. read more

Tried this place since it was close to my house. Went in for a Nexgen french and a pedicure. Pedicure was OK. This is the thickest messiest Nexgen application I have ever experienced! I had regular polish on when I came in and from start to finish this woman took well over an hour. She nicked me several times with the drill to the point of me bleeding. Then she went to paint over them with the clear coat without even buffing them!! When another gentlemen who worked there came over after hearing me complain he said he would fix them. Well they were un-fixable and he cut the CRAP out of me to the point where I jumped out of my chair in pain with blood all over my cuticle. Two of my fingers are still bleeding and raw and my nails look like shit but there is no way I could get them soaked off now with all these opened wounds. I have been getting my nails done since high school with various products and many different salons this was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had. I didn't ask for a refund or to not pay I handed over my credit card and was offered no type of discount or apology. For the first time in my ENTIRE life I left no tip. I have NEVER done that at a restaurant, salon or otherwise. Stay away from this place unless you are someone who enjoys blood, pain, attitude and awful results. read more

Avoid this salon at all costs! Went in for a refill and replace one nail. I'm not from Boynton and no other salons had walk ins available so I was left to go to this "salon". First impression as I walked in this place was atrocious compared to my regular salon in Pembroke Pines and the 2 previous salons I went to acrid the street (sugarcoat and dila) not to mention not a single lady in there under the age of 65. Plus they all gave my dirty looks (assuming I have blue hair) I did not feel welcomed at all. The one acrylic she glued on was so crooked. My nails look like shit and aren't filed straight or the right shape(coffin) attached are pictures of my nails that were done here and a picture of how my nails usually look. At least this place knows their worth bc I only paid $39 compared to my usual $55-$65 but at what cost I hate my nails I'm going to have to waste more money getting them redone tomorrow. My favorite one is Sunny, she is like her name always happy and loves to pamper her clients. She does my Pedicure and Nail dip. I'm DONE w this place. My neighbors started going elsewhere over a year ago. I should've listened to them. Although I've made an appointment every time I've gone, I still wait at LEAST a 1/2 hr (but usually longer) to actually get in the chair. They don't even offer an apology. Apparently my time is not worth anything. Example my appointment yesterday was 5:I5. I walked in saw that my girl (the manager of the place Hannah) was working on somebody. At 5:30 I walked over to her and asked her how long was she going to be. She said 10 min. So I stepped outside 10 minutes later I walked back in and waited another 10 min. At this point I don't see her I wait another five minutes and I'll look again and I see her sitting in the pedicure chair on her phone. I walked out. My last appointment I waited 45 min again no apology offered. I even called ahead of time to see if she was on time. Her husband Tommy said come 15 min later which I did & then she was still another 45 min over on top of that! How about picking up the phone & calling me when you're running late and telling me to come 45 min later so I'm not sitting around wasting MY time! And lastly here's a picture of the nail polish job from two weeks ago mind you it has grown a little bit but you can clearly see how she never gets the two coats on exactly the same and even and this is also been a consistent issue! The very best manicure and pedicure ever. I get Nexgen and my nails look perfect for at least 3 to 4 weeks. I haven't had a broken nail since having a Nexgen manicure for the past 3 years. My nail tech is Sunny, and she is the best tech ever. I've had manicures in Manhattan, Long Island, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland and on quite a few cruise ships. Well the problem is she can't speak English, and we went back and forth until the owner cane over and said I'm too picky and rude. This place was undoubtedly clean and my nails look nice no doubt after leaving. However, the leg massage I usually get with my pedicure was non existent and the arm massage with the manicure was 5 seconds each arm. Most places try to upsell you to their premium pedicures but not this place. I was not offered a choice on which type of pedicure and I didn't even know they had an upgraded pedicure until mine was over! (I only have a handful of mani/pedis per year so I usually splurge when I go). When paying with a card I wanted to leave a tip but the girl just ran it and left without even asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I had no cash so no tip. Sorry. I went this salon over 5 years, very frequently. Always on time, giving nice tips, I was really a loyal costumer. Today my appointment was @6 pm, I was there 5 minutes earlier. My manicurist was working on someone, I asked the owner Todd when she will be ready for me. He said 5 minutes, she is just finishing a toe polish. I saw, that she just started the pedicure, so I asked again. He had an attitude, and said not so nicely that I just should wait. I did ,for 15 minutes then I got up and left without saying a word.
