I went into this establishment to get my eyebrows tinted. i was told it was just a 5 minutes wait i was fine with that. i ended up waiting 10 minutes before i was sent back to a room. only for me to be sitting there another 5 minutes and then the person coming to service me asked for another 5 minutes. i decide to wait (my big mistake) as im waiting she proceeds to try and take somebody else ahead of me. because she felt her situation was bigger than mine. i called the establishment after leaving UNSERVICED only for me to be explaining the situation to the person on the phone only for them to cut my sentence off to ask me if im done talking. I've never been so disgusted. I'll never attempt to go back to this terrible busines. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. it should have never changed managemen. read more

Based on yelp the previous reviews I read, this place gets a bad rep. However, I wasn't too disappointed with my visit here. My pedicure in particular was really great and memorable. Although, the overall vibe just wouldn't bring me back here. It was very small inside and the color options were not as plentiful as I have seen in other salons. read more

I came here with my kids and received amazing service, we all felt comfortable and it wasn't expensive at all. We all had pedicures and relaxed, they had milk to offer the kids and water or soda for me! It was a blissful fun time, they are very clean and caring so I'd recommend you come over and visit! According to the sign, this shop is now under new management. This is the second time that Amy has done my nails She does a beautiful job and she's quick too. They have a lot of colors to choose from. I really liked that they offer real OPI Nex GEN products not knock off products. in my opinion, the quality is not the same. It doesn't hurt that the prices are very reasonable. There are other places in the area charging $45 and my nails were filed unevenly and cracked a few days later. Pro Nails is very busy so make an appointment. read more

I was visiting the area and it'd been 4 weeks since I'd had a fill so I went looking for a place and a friend recommended Pro Salon on Gateway. At first I thought it was great. Clean looking and I was attended to quickly as a walk-in. My daughter had a pedicure and that was fine ($23+tip). My nails looked great at first. I was a little concerned that while the sign read "$17" for acrylic fill, I was charged $30 but I did have an OPI gel polish and I pay $30 in CT so I didn't challenge it. But the happy story ends there. Two days later half my left thumb nail cracked and fell off. We had left for home so I couldn't return. Three days after that, my right nail and forefinger polish began peeling off. My nails look awful-I can't even look at them. Ill have to have them redone in half the time they usually last! I'll be looking for a new place next time I'm there! read more

I've been going to this nail shop for at least 3 years. The owner is nice and staff is pleasant. I recently stopped going there about 4 months now. They let go quite a few people. There are about 3 veterans currently still there. Nothing against the new hires but they lack talent. It's just not the same anymore. Had supposed UV gel nails done but they used a powder instead liquid gel. Was told it is the same. After 10 day it is lifiting and looks terrible. Don't know what they are doing!! I usually get my nails done every 3 weeks with the UV gel nails. read more

Honestly the worse experience ever in a nail salon. I had a fill and a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and seemed like she hated her job. The pedicure was mediocre and I wasn't impressed by the guy who did my fill. He was more friendly than the lady who did my pedicure however my nails are very poorly done. He didn't even file them straight. A corner of my nail chipped off the very same day. Needless to say I will never be back. Don't waste your time or money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

The only reason this place deserves a single star is because my pedicure was fine. Not the best, but it looks decent. My mom and I both went, because we're going to a wedding and wanted to look nice. My mom has rheumatoid arthritis, so her toes don't bend well without intense pain. The woman doing her toes tried putting her shoes on and got mad when she couldn't bend her toes. The woman proceeds to grab her toe and bend it the opposite direction, as my mom tells her she has a condition. We let that slide, she just got her toes and eyebrows done as I proceeded with my acrylics. I got a white tip, just natural, which I've never had an issue with before no matter where I've gone. It looks fine, until I get home. I look and there's small bubbles all throughout the nails. Every. Single. One. I go back the next day at 6:30 after work, and the guy makes me sit and wait for 30 minutes, then proceeds to tell me I have to come back tomorrow because they're closing and he doesn't want to stay late. I don't want to come to that place 3 days in a row. No thank you. Also said he didn't see anything wrong with them, even though everybody else I've shown has said it looks awful. I've been getting my nails done for about 8 years and have never had this problem. Rude and disrespectful. I have never written a bad review, no matter how much I hate something. Starting using Pro Nails recently and the quality was average. Yesterday on the way home from work at approx. 5:30 pm I stopped in for a acrylic fill, pedicure & an eyebrow wax. Had to wait 20 minutes or , not an issue I was a walk in. Pedicure was fine, the same tech did my fill. Not that good, my nails are a horrible mess !!! When I left I wasn't sure , I was tired from a long day. until someone at work today asked me what I was using & how long I had the fungus on my nails. I was so embarrassed I have no fungus just a horrible manicure. Had my eyebrows waxed, by a different tech the owner came in during the waxing & said something to her. She starting rushing got rough with me slamming things around, got globs of aloe in my eyes. I asked for a tissue & she refused, she gave me a cotton ball which made it worse. My eyes were burning for about an hour afterwards ... what a horrible experience I will never go there again, Now I have to find another salon to get my nails done at again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've only been there twice and both times the couldn't do simple design on my nails. Went in for EASTER and asked for something cute the gave me pumpkin colors and today I said I'll give them one more try well its May and I got snow flakes when I said I wasn't happy with the job done the owner said dont worry its on me the proceeds to charge me $23 and then hsd the never to said smile you got it for free .. what the design..
