There are a number of locations for Bravo Suit and Tux throughout the country, but this is the only one in Houston. I was in need of last minute tux and the ratings for this place were too good to ignore. I'm pleased to report the hype is real and they did a great job of taking care of me. The man behind the operation is Frank. There are multiple associates that are there to help measure and make recommendations but Frank was able to get me what I wanted without wasting my time. A quick measurement and discussion of options eventually found me a tux that felt fitted, light, and more importantly looked good. He was extremely friendly and professional the whole time. The prices are listed on their website, but I managed to score a jacket, pants, and tie for just about $170. They will take a deposit of $100 to reserve a suit and will have it ready within 24 hours (or will order one in several days). The suits are on rental for a week. They have a cornucopia of suits, shirts, accessories that are perfect for all special occasions from weddings to proms. I am extremely pleased from my experience and wouldn't hesitate to consult with Frank and his team again for a future fitting. They get my highest recommendation for a job well done. read more

Great place to deal with. Picked the suit style there were many to pick from. They were very attentive sized me right up, event was on a Friday, they said you can pick up Wed. Bring back sometime next week, when I brought back I had a cuff link missing they said don't worry happens all the time! No question the only place I will get a tux or refer someone! I am leaving this review due to the terrible customer service I received today. I have rented a suit from this establishment this past year with no issues. Today I came in to try on suits so I could get a good idea of what color I would look good in for my wedding. I was met by an aggressive shop keep. He seemed offended I even walked into the establishment. He went on to say that I need to make an appointment to try on suits because I need to have my measurements taken. Mind you, there is virtually no one in the shop. They are not busy at all, this was a Wednesday afternoon. Furthermore, I have NEVER had to have an appointment set to try on suits here. The shop keep did not let me get a single word in and explain that he had actually helped me before. He clearly did not recognize me because he was so kind to me before. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what but it is completely unacceptable to treat a customer the way he did. I was planning on having all 8 of my groomsmen order their rental from here. Instead of letting me speak, Frank did all the talking. Rudely cut me off when I tried to talk and then gave me his card rudely and rushed me out of his shop. I used to boast about how great this place was and recommended this place to all my friends and family. Never again will I spend a dime here or recommend this place to a friend of family member again. read more

I went to Bravo to get suits for my groomsmen and a tuxedo for my wedding. After going to several other stores to compare prices and service, I will say that Bravo hands down had the best service and package for my money. I was helped by a very pleasant gentleman named Frank who eyeballed my sizes and without even measuring me found exactly the right coat and pants for me, simply amazing and quite the exhibition of industry experience. One of my groomsmen who sent in his sizes and was unable to come to the store ended up having the wrong length and size of pants when he tried them on the day before the wedding. Normally this could be a big issue, but he was able to take in the pants, have them altered by the on-site tailor, and out the door in minutes-free of charge. Good luck trying to get a hold of them over the phone because they rarely pick up the first (or second) time. I tried several times to get a hold of them over the past few days and about 75 percent of my calls ended up going to a voice mail. At one occasion, the mail box was full and it hung up on me. Before you consider them, I would give this factor a consideration because you might need to get a hold of them for questions or changes to your order. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though because I know they get very busy and have no one to pick up the phone during their peak hours. The quality of the suits are on par and will provide you with what you need for a fair price. They aren't top quality brands but they will fit and look sharp, especially if you need a slim fit suit. The slim fit suits here really are slim fit, unlike Men's Warehouse where slim fit actually means parachute fit. Overall, I think they did a great job on fitting and the price was very fair. What I liked was that if you decide that you want to keep the rental suit, you can just pay the deposit. They don't do this at Men's Warehouse. When you are at the store, the service is top notch. We had ordered 8 suits for our middle son's wedding through another company. Literally NONE of the suits fit upon arrival. The measurements were so far off that alterations were not feasible.
